Very pleasant traditional style hotel with spectacular views. A good 20 minute tricky walk into Tivoli & longer on the return as there are steep hills to negotiate. Wow. Amazing rooms, amazing breakfast, and amazing view. The hotel sits an easy 3 minute drive from downtown. Or, if you prefer, a liesurely 20 minute walk to Villa D'este. Parking is free and the pool is Romanesque sitting just below a hilltop Ansari and Olive tree farm. Simply put...wow!

Good to stay if you're visiting Tivoli gardens or villa Adriano. Exceptionally clean rooms, with plenty of good quality towels. Extra pillows & toilet rolls would be an idea. A warm and friendly welcome from the lady of the house. There's a really good restaurant about 300 mts walk away called Nobel, set in lovely gardens, tasty home cooked food ,good value for money .

Good hotel with private parking. Although there is no restaurant they recommend one at only 0.5 miles distant with good food which additionally gives a discount. Only 2 miles from downtown and near the magnificent Villa Adriana.

the staff were amazing specially Romeo he was amazing he helped us even with the shittle . he directed us how to use it where to go and where to stay . all the recipients people were wonderful and very helpful . flexible with every thing acually they made our stay easy for virst time visited in the Tivoli . but the location acually was pretty far u will need taxi or shuttle to go to Tivoli attraction...

The hotel is outside the centre of Tivoli but it is very reachable from highway as well as the center of he city. Rooms are clean on confortable and the people are by nice. I stayed with my family and each of us (kids included) enjoyied the stay.

We went to the hotel because we were in the area. We are staying there next year. We asked if we could look around the hotel. The receptionist was most helpful. A lovely hotel with great facilities. Looking forward to our stay

Pros: good price, good breakfast, nice balcony (but no seating), decent beds and linens, location was fine for visiting Tivoli, friendly staff for the most part (especially the breakfast waitresses), price was ok for a last minute booking Cons: A/C did not work, pool not operational (May 27th), odd parties at night, can be confusing to reach with public transit but we were able to figure it out.

The hotel imperatore adriano has a large and comfortable reception, I could not see other for way, however, of a visit made to the hotel and I was more than a few minutes

Rooms small and not soundproofed, the bathroom was below expectations. Restaurant of middle level. If it was a 3 star I would have accepted, but from a 4 stars no. My final rating can't be that mediocre.

Room spacious and comfortable, however temperature heating to be exaggerated and in the night the noise is probably the air conditioners was annoyed. Excellent also the cleanliness of the room. Recommended in complex

Our room was very comfortable, clean, huge, modernly furnished, big bathroom with jacuzzi, the view was amazing, location is in the center of Tivoli.

This B and B is wonderful. It is immaculate and the owner takes excellent care of the guests. The room that we stayed in was well appointed and within easy walking distance to the great things that this gem of a City has to offer. I wish we had stayed longer. Our highest recommendation. 5 Stars!

Bed&Breakfast just steps from the center of Tivoli...the room practically like new..modern and spotlessly clean. Modern furniture, free wifi im the entire property and breakfast is rich and delicious...in the company of the curious feline that she envied from outside the door-window on the garden... in The evening, then the sunset over Rome is amazing.

Not me personally, but some of my relatives were staying. Location found, by chance, not by choice but for an "unscheduled". But if, at first we were lost for a moment, we were then happy. This is a nice little hotel, very clean, and situated very well for a visit to Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este. It's worth much more than what they charge! About 2 km north of where the Hotel is there is an excellent local pizzeria.

All in all the Hotel was ok, the Breakfast is from a German perspective, very Italian. In room 204, the extra bed has a very through description Mattratze. The Service is good. The bathroom is aich well, bissauf the something nasty condition of the Inside of the toilet bowl

This has to be the best place in Tivoli and I know you won't find a better host anywhere.......period. We have never stayed at a place with the host so dedicated to you having a great experience. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again.

Cute and spotless with fantastic service… and best of all, there is no better location in the whole city. It’s right off the main square in a beautiful historic building. The owner Fillipo even arranged our dinner, sending us to the best meal we had in Italy. Can’t recommend more highly.

Beautiful room in the heart of Tivoli, a "small" open space with sitting area and double bed, tastefully furnished and very clean. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary accessories. The young managers are very kind and helpful and dispense lots of information and useful advice for visiting and enjoying the city to the fullest. Free and paid parking nearby.

It is a charming B&B, located in the middle of the old town of Tivoli. It is a little difficult to find, and yet it offers silence and privacy to those who want to enjoy the beauties of the city. Very good hosts.

The room with private bathroom is inserted in the context of Annalisa's apartment. The premises are spacious, bright and quiet. Everything is very neat and clean. The outdoor space is an added value. Family run bed & breakfast. I stayed with my two dogs trying to respect the environments and the well-kept furnishings as much as possible. The owner, a very helpful person, was really hospitable, she helped me in everything. He makes you feel at home like a guest in his home. I highly recommend.

Really nice, they give you fresh fruit and alot of snacks available. Breakfast good but a bit too much sugar for my taste but I suppose it's how they want it here.

Excellent .... courtesy and kindness of the very special owner ... very convenient for visiting Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana and the historic center ... which can be reached on foot with a simple walk (obviously uphill). Highly recommended ...
