The situation was ideal as it was fairly close to a bakery, mini supermarket and shop. Walking distance to a fabulous cafe/bar by the little port and a small walk onwards to the beach and a swim. We had a view of the sea from the terrace and plenty of room to sit in and out. There were 5 of us so a single bed was made up in the dining area. Punto strategico dal quale raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse, 50 m dal mare (comodissimo soprattutto se ci sono bimbi), con servizi a portata di mano (bar, ristorante, piccolo supermercato, negozietto con souvenir), intrattenimento serale nella piazzetta antistante l'appartamento.

Il proprietario e' stato molto disponibile illustrandoci le attrazioni presenti nella zona. Ha compreso nel prezzo lenzuola e asciugamani. A pochi km ci sono i posti piu' belli del salento.

Saluti da Los Angeles! Super clean, perfect functioning AC, great water pressure and 5 min walk to the sea! What more can you ask for!! Our host Massimo was impeccable. Gave us wonderful recommendations on sites to visits and restaurants. Zero complaints….. just wish we could’ve stayed there longer. Oh btw, will also miss the super cute turtle and kitty. Thanks again for everything ❤️

Fantastic experience, from day one we felt right at home! Very clean room, new, with air conditioning and furnished with everything you need and every morning they clean it impeccably. Two wonderful weeks in a beautiful place: green and well-kept outdoor spaces, clean ... the really efficient gardener. Ho preso l'appartamento e' veramente bello e curato nei dettagli,pulizia impeccabile,Valentina,la proprietaria molto gentile,disponibile,comprensibile sembra di stare a casa.La posizione e' ottimale a 100 mt dal mare,l'unica cosa il mare ha i sassi ed io prediligo la sabbia ma a pochi km ci sono le Maldive del Salento, le pescoluse,lido marini,torre san Giovanni

Struttura confortevole e camere abbastanza domotizzate, a completare il tutto era inclusa la Pay tv Sky (che quando magari piove uno la sfrutta)

Overall the room is clean and aesthetically nice .. It manages to stay cool in this hot summer season. But .... there was little toilet paper in the room, only two rolls in 5 days! To contact the staff of the structure was not easy, when we called from home to ask for information and travel for days they rarely answered.

la piscina pulita, gli spazi verdi ben curati, il bagno grande, le giostre per i bambini, la colazione, la tranquillità e la dimensione del posto molto adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli. la posizione rende agevole la visita di molte spiagge belle della zona
