First time at this property and it was a nice surprise.
Good location and great rooms.
The staff (Denise and Federica) at the reception are attentive to every customer's need.
Definitely worth keeping in mind for the future if we return to the area.

Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement.

Basic but spotless rooms. Poor toilet set. Breakfast is taken in a partner bar about 100 meters from the hotel and offers the possibility of choosing 3 products each. Excellent pasticciotto from Lecce.

The location of the property is excellent, in the center of the town and close to all the main services. Good location in relation to the beach, reachable on foot. The breakfast at the patisserie they have an agreement with is also excellent.

Hotel **** with a good View, bud the rooms verry cramped breakfast was Like a Work canteen. Everything was dirty , Not towels in the room. Whirlpool verry dirty and sunbeds broken. Elevator was old and dirty We rent the room with breakfast Bad the sunbeds at the beach opposite was with extra charche

Excellent structure with a comfortable and spacious room and a large bathroom with a comfortable shower to say the least.
Cleaning is carried out daily with discretion and attention.
The staff is attentive, friendly, professional and precise.
The hotel is located in a central area that allows you to reach everything you need on foot.

PLACE TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
I have no words for the disgusting place.
We waited 50 minutes to arrive like dogs.
The floor in the wet bathroom leaks water from the toilet. Ants in the room, cold water in the shower, the bathroom door handle falling off, noisy rooms you can hear everything from the other rooms.
Fridge makes noise in the morning.
There is no elevator.
To find someone by luck you go to the Reception.
Holiday to forget

Lovely staff, simple and very clean room with a nice balcony, hotel very well located in the city center!

We didn't book in advance, but that was not a problem. Denise, the staff at the reception, was helpful e very sympathetic. We got a good room, with a great shower and just a few blocks from everything we needed - the beach, the restaurants and the pastry where the breakfast was served.

Recent hotel is new!
Too bad for the care of the common areas, it would be enough to cut the grass and keep the cobwebs clean and little else.
I took an apartment for 3 adults + 1 child, very large and well furnished with two bathrooms, but even here a little more maintenance is needed.
Type shower head to be replaced, in drawer of
Bathroom to change, and air conditioning to fix. It's not worth having breakfast on your own at the bar, it's cheaper and you choose where to have it. I took a parking space which is too expensive for 6d except Saturday and Sunday you can always find where to park. Friendly reception is available. Good location
