We (family with 2 kids) spent a full week at this hotel. What we liked above all was the size: it is not a huge resort, rather a well distributed hotel with indoor and nice outdoor amenities (a small but cozy pool, direct access to the sea with sandy flooring for sunbathing and rocky seabed, which makes it a much better experience from a water clarity and fish presence perspective). Food was in general...

Absolutely marvellous. We were met and taken care of by Eleonora who was a gem!! The hotel is lucky to have her. Also the woman fixing breakfast was really nice and friendly. We could not have asked for more! Very calm when we visited. The relax area was not open but it gave good impression.

The building resembles a castle, therefore, it has a special environment. It is located right at the seafront, in this way the rooms have a great view. The personnel is very helpful and kind, especially Theresa, who is helping out at breakfast. Room cleaning is very thorough.

Excellent structure we stayed in the residence, really very nice mini apartments, bathroom, double bedroom and bunk bed. Top cleaning of both rooms and common areas. Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement.

Rooms not at the height of the price, as small, poorly designed shower, the bathroom was enlarged, also a shower head full of limestone. Phon not working, from the room you can hear the high music of the Lido below from 10 in the morning until late in the evening. On the positive side, the entertainment, nice and not obsessive and the food, of excellent quality and served by staff who are always friendly...

Beautiful structure not very large, on a human scale. Good cleaning of both the rooms and common areas. Excellent quality of the cuisine offered. A special applause to all the animation. Nice boys and girls with a lot of good energy. I recommend this location in Salento for a vacation

Perfect place for beach/food/atmosphere

We stayed 1 week in this hotel . Good location and private beach , there is beach bar where you can have breakfast with the see view . The service is normal, the rooms are quiete clean , BUT kitchen/ the food was so bad , there wasn’t fresh vegetables , salads , the quality of the food was very low , we had to have dinner out of the hotel every night , despite we’ve paid full price .

Inherent Quality but lack of professional staff. You ask for sparkling water and get still water. You ask for an egg with the sunny side up and get an omelet.

Amazing stay !! Everything was perfect starting from location, facilities, breakfast and services. The property is super (!) clean, lovely designed. You have your own patio to chill. Parking is available. There is a swimming pool. They do have their own restaurant. The houses are quite big and build with solid materials. Bad Wlan in the rooms no coffe or Boiler

The place is fantastic. The houses and rooms are all situated in a garden with fruit trees and other plants. The area is quite large, so even if you just take a room ad not the apartments you wont feel the lack of privacy.

Great property, nice and friendly staff, pretty, well maintained pool area. We liked the variety of the breakfast and helpful waitresses. We spent there 4 nights during our exploring of Salento and we would definitely come back again.

Nicely located near the town centre, with plenty of parking slots around the hotel and at walking distance to many services. The swimming pool is really small though and the WiFi service doesn't reach the rooms but only available in the common area: those were the main disappointment for us.

Excellent structure, really comfortable, neat and clean, located in the central area. The sea can be reached on foot and within a couple of blocks there are places for walking and entertainment, shops and restaurants, all within easy reach without necessarily having to take the car. Do we recommend it? We almost advise against it, otherwise it turns out that we won't find a place again for next season...
