Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement.

Rooms not at the height of the price, as small, poorly designed shower, the bathroom was enlarged, also a shower head full of limestone. Phon not working, from the room you can hear the high music of the Lido below from 10 in the morning until late in the evening. On the positive side, the entertainment, nice and not obsessive and the food, of excellent quality and served by staff who are always friendly...

The building resembles a castle, therefore, it has a special environment. It is located right at the seafront, in this way the rooms have a great view. The personnel is very helpful and kind, especially Theresa, who is helping out at breakfast. Room cleaning is very thorough.

Perfect place for beach/food/atmosphere

We stayed 1 week in this hotel . Good location and private beach , there is beach bar where you can have breakfast with the see view . The service is normal, the rooms are quiete clean , BUT kitchen/ the food was so bad , there wasn’t fresh vegetables , salads , the quality of the food was very low , we had to have dinner out of the hotel every night , despite we’ve paid full price .

Good meal for reasonable prices

Appartamenti ristrutturati e puliti, dotati di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare in autonomia. Host molto gentili e accoglienti. Nota di merito per l’intervento tempestivo ed efficace in seguito ad alcuni inconvenienti, come rottura di una tapparella e telecomando del condizionatore non funzionante.

The structure is bright and welcoming, it is five minutes from the center and ten minutes from the beach of Lido Pizzo di Gallipoli and is located in a quiet area where you can relax in all serenity; we had a really good time, we had the feeling of being guests in a friend's house and we will definitely return.

A fantastic experience! Everything perfect starting from the cleanliness, rooms (with their comforts), staff and location (very close to the most beautiful beaches). Excellent price! I recommend it! We will definitely be back!

5 STARS! By mistake a previous B & B had dropped us on a reservation and so we were left without accommodation. We called this facility at 2pm the same day. At 4 pm we already had the room. Terrific price quality. Very clean rooms and accommodation equipped with everything from dishes to air conditioning. Possibility to wash clothes in a shared washing machine. Great experience! We booked an hour before arriving, what about? Availability, kindness, courtesy! Strategic place to reach various places on the Salento coast and a few minutes by car you get to Gallipoli! Quiet, clean and great for those who want a bit of tranquility! Super satisfied!
