Beautiful and friendly staff. Room card keys are weird tho because you have to insert them into the heater/AC unit for the unit to run. It's really really hot in Italy during the summer so when you return to your room its smoking hot. Plus it seems like the staff control the temps no matter how low or high you set the thermostat.

This is a really nice, clean, and overall pleasant hotel with super friendly and helpful staff that really attends your every need. Close to a magnificent restaurant and a quite charming beach town. A real gem. The breakfast is really good too. Very much recommended.

The staff is friendly. Breakfast is a buffet and you can choose from fruit, pastries, spreads to coffee, tea or milk. A few minutes' walk from the center of town with several free places in front of the hotel.

Excellent place to relax, enjoy the sea and visit the many cultural sites of central Puglia and Salento! Only 3 rooms, all with large bathroom, balcony and sea view; great pool. Everything quite new and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace. Water bottles for free all day long, and the large fridge can also be used. 3 Min. walk to beach (very crowded in August) and into town....

Good Seafood and Fish, We had pasta, fish and grilled veal, All were well presented, good size and the service was very good. We really enjoyed our dinner and had a good time. I recommend you to stop by if you are in Santa Sabina area.

Mediocre food, but good enough for the price. But I was disappointed that the waitress was unprepared and rude in her discussions. Reservation made last minute on return from Greece, thanks to a cancellation. The facility is beautiful, especially the swimming pool. The houses are huge, sleeping up to 6 and a large balcony. I had a great time. The owner Antonio is a very helpful person and is a professional in tourism, not an improvised one. The houses are well made and comfortable. The pool is well maintained and also has rides for children.
