Well located hotel. There is good infrastructure close to the hotel. Bars, restaurants and supermarket. Only the air conditioning system doesn't work well. Reasonable breakfast.

A nice hotel just outside the city center. The room was spacious enough for 2 of us. The staff were helpful and attentive. It has a great restaurant attached to it and would highly recommend that! It was a short walk to train station. I’d stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for one night in Trento. a solid 5 - Star rating. Good clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Also a very convenient location for getting to the downtown sights and the train station on the #8 bus. The staff is very helpful and could not have been nicer.

Not a bad hotel at all - lovely staff, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast - but the room was small, the soundproofing wasn’t great and there were some maintenance issues which disturbed our sleep and which I reported on departure. About 20 mins walk from historic centre of Trento, which wasn’t an issue for us.

Paid 62€ for a nice, clean, spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. A bit expensive but it was all there was at 1am! very sleep town. Next time I'd try to book somewhere cheaper in advance

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay in Trento Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet.

Very nice and cozy hotel just a few minutes away from the train station and less than 10 minutes from the city center. Although the room might seem at first a bit ascetic, it has everything you need.

Great stay! We stayed with our 8 year old daughter, everything was perfect. Children can use the pool until 4.30pm so we had lots of time to enjoy the facilities, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed covers were soft and high quality. Only tiny negative was the pillows were quite flat and hard but that's the only thing. Balcony and view lovely. Very clean. Very happy with our stay!

It was a new hotel, with a refrigerator and a great breakfast. I booked this hotel because I thought it would be difficult to drive from Dolomites to Milan, but it was the right choice!!! My husband said that I should base myself in Trentino later because of this hotel.

The location took my breath away, besides it being a very clean beautiful and welcoming hotel. Waking up with a view to the mountains and the city was a bliss. Breakfast bar - oh my, sweets galore. One of the issues with staying in Trento is that very few hotels have parking. Thee are basically 3 good options, and Hi Notel seems to be the best. Access is pretty easy in a city were driving around can be a challenge. There is ample parking in site. Stayed for one night as we passed through. Room was great, spacious and modern. Didn’t use spa facilities but looked good and reasonably priced for a day pass. There is payable parking underground. Possibly the best breakfast we had during a week travelling around Italy! Ideal location for wandering into town for drinks/dinner (＜10min walk to centre)

Fantastic view and service. Breakfast while watching the sun rise against the snow covered mountain was a real treat. The only fault is that the room was spartan and the shower cubicle was very small.

The family that runs the place is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and beauty surrounds the place. The dining experience is excellent and the pool is relaxing. nice place, it reminds me of the 80s. the room was okay but the bunk bead made a lot of noise. the service was terrible, they wouldn’t say hello when we came or goodbye when we left. there was no one at the reception either.
