Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well kept grounds.

We stayed one night before driving to the airport in the morning. Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Easy to park in front of the place. Restaurants very close, no need to drive there.

The basic concept is that of the widespread hotel, as each "room" is in fact an apartment. In our case, equipped with a double bedroom with a camping cot (one of the few times we found it already assembled as soon as we arrived!), A bathroom (without bidet, but with a shower directly integrated into the toilet) and a room / entrance with sofa bed, kitchenette and table. We stopped at this hotel, which is beautifully situated on the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, even though the night was cut short and by a violent storm without consequences for our stay. Due to the power cut, the breakfast was almost non-existent, the room was paid for. In terms of service, from reception, to breakfast, it wasn't great. We will hope for better days.

We really loved our stay in this hotel, we had a room with a beautiful view onto the lake and the personnel was always very nice to us, trying to do their best whenever we needed something. Plus, the location is great as really close to all the main restaurants and the city center and you can easily go and visit the other lovely villages around (Bracciano, Anguillara etc…)

The centre trapizzino, needless to say, that is great. Sitting on the shore of the lake, staff very kind, in short, an obligatory stop!

Delightful apartment! All with great attention to detail, the owner is really kind and welcoming. I was there in July with my aunt and her little dog, the lady was nice to us, we had a problem with the hot water and she immediately helped us! The apartment was large with everything needed: a kitchenette, a not too big bathroom, two bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a sitting room with television...

Delightful mini apartment, with all comforts. Unfortunately too close to the road. Parking. Helpful and kind host. Lovely private beach with access. The only drawback from the gate to the crossroad to the beach the road is very dangerous, be careful. Our family stay here when visiting and Erica and Andrea are lovely. They’re so helpful it is amazing. The rooms are lovely and the terrace bar is perfect for an aperitivo with friends. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights after escaping a hectic 3 days in Rome. It was a lovely setting with fantastic modern rooms. We were made very welcome and enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the train car. Each night we walked along the lake to choose a restaurant for dinner. Lovely welcoming host. Safe secure storage for our bicycles! Lovely big room with balcony. Spotless bathroom. Very exciting breakfast buffet!

The owners of the B&B are very nice and helpful. The rooms are medium in size and very clean. The only flaw is that these are actually rooms with attached bathroom inside the same apartment and the doors are quite thin, so you can hear "neighbors" when entering / leaving. Furthermore, the rooms are located on the first floor and there is no lift.

A lovely, homey B&B. It's comfortable and the breakfast is to die for! There were several delicious cakes, cereal, pastries, and yogurt. They even bought eggs to make for tomorrow morning.

It was a fantastic experience from the very first moment of our arrival: the super friendly personnel, the charming yurt that we booked, the restaurant on the beach and just the whole beautiful territory of the camping. The yurt had everything, even a fridge and a small heater (we arrived on a cold day)♡

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff checked me in and let me to my yurt and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. The camp is across the street from the beach. It was very peaceful and allowed me to fully relax. The food was also very good.

If this place has any drawbacks, it is made up infinitely by the lovely helpful staff. Peaceful, quaint, and great for shoulder seasons - I was there in October.

Very nice & friendly place. Recommendable! Friendly owners and staff. Lots of trees so you can stay in the shade. Very nice beach with Bar 1 min just across the street. Seems like a lot people from Rome have their caravan here all year. I would love to do so, too! :-)

This is an amazing place to be, they have all the structure for camping. Also, if you want to stay in a bungalow this is great idea. They have a private beach in front the lake with a fantastic view and a great BBQ area where me and my friends had a fantastic time. We chose this property for our wedding. We have known Pino and Anna for several years and it seemed like the perfect place for our party. Courtesy and kindness are elements that distinguish them. The quality is excellent. Indeed, the dishes offered are not even trivial as you might think of a farmhouse. The flaw, however, was the management of the event (a baptism), too much confusion ... We should be more organized when there are events with many people.
