The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

I enjoyed my stay very much, especially the size and comfort of the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, directly opposite the major attractions in this wonderful, historic small city. I did not have breakfast.

The Cloister was a part of a church dedicated to St. Domenico, now an 4 stars italian Hotel!

Good accommodation. Large and very clean rooms. Location away from built-up areas. There is no breakfast service or bar open this season inside the residence. Normal price.

Very quiet place, with a stop in front of the structure. Private indoor parking and laundry located in it. The only flaw is the 'small damage' inside the apartments probably done by under-aged people.

Convenient, clean and pleasant Pleasant front desk folks. Close and easy drive to parking to access the historic areas. We thought 30 Euros per person to use the pool was excessive so we did not use those facilities.

For a European hotel, the room was gigantic! This hotel feels like a spa for locals more than for tourists. We have only seen locals in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you are eating in the right place. The room we had was basic and comfortable. To be considered a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice. Had a great stay. They’ll make you fresh espresso drinks at breakfast, because no one wants to use the Nespresso instant coffee machine 🤮. You should have a car to get to the center of town. If you’re a cat person, look for the cat that sometimes hides in the bushes near the entrance of the hotel. She has to be coaxed out at first, but once she identifies you as a “friendly”, she turns out to be kind...

I spent one night at the hotel. The location is 5minuye by car from Urbino. Rooms and services are good and there is a good pool.

Friendly staff but not very professional. The hotel needs remodeling. Breakfast quality seems to be dependent on the amount of guest at the hotel, few = bad. Pool area is nice but can be quite packed in the afternoon, especially when the hotel owners family with kids are there.

Very comfortable hotel with a wide choice of rooms. Very close to the historic center of Cagli, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The only negative note is the lack of an internal restaurant and breakfast room. However, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be consumed in various places in the immediate vicinity, all within easy walking distance.

I've been a guest at the restaurante and it's been a pleasant experience. Good food, huge portions in a relaxing atmosphere.

We only dined there but the service and food was really excellent. Not surprised as I t is 4 star Michelin rated. The decor is elegant. It was winter when we went there but I can imagine how beautiful it must be in the spring.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Gubbio's historic old town, a breathtaking medieval walled city. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel itself has a unique atmosphere, almost like staying in a museum.

We were overwhelmed by the hotel. Period, Full stop, The room was large, comfortable and well furnished and the bathroom was the best we experienced during our two-week Umbrian sojourn. The spa, pool and gym facilities are astonishing! We devoured two wonderful meals with "curated" wines provided by the excellent wait-staff.

The hotel, the hoteliers, the food, the room, all of them were great. But on top of it all, I had a massage and your Masseuse was excellent. I love her service!

Beautiful hotel, with outstanding features (swimming pools, spa, paddle court...). Great place for us to stay and rest when driving across Italy. The restaurant was also excellent with great dishes. I would have enjoyed a bit more info when I checked-in to better understand what the hotel had to offer, but I obviously find out by myself. Overall, I can only recommend this excellent hotel!!

The rooms were reasonable and the staff fine. The star was breakfast which was extensive including smoked salmon and avocado and 6 types of cake.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. This time, not so much. The guy at the front desk, zero personality. On the surface all looked clean but dig deeper. Window louvers dirty full of cobwebs, random black hairs (not mine!) in shower and underneath soap packages, etc. This place needs a good cleaning.

Nice hotel, useful climatisation everywhere (38°C outside in July !), with a very good restaurant with affordable price. Their only problem ? Almost all employees don't speak English or have a very poor level of English.

Amazing location, right beside the Palazzo Sri Consoli in Gubbio with its stunning views. Staff are wonderful; friendly and helpful, especially Olga who served us apperitivi on the squre, even moving the chairs and table into the sun. The room was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Really fabulous stay.

If you are a fan of the TV series Don Mateo, you have to stay at this hotel. We were in the room that Maresciallo Cecini stayed. Beautiful room. Great hotel.

I spent my time at the hotel in June and everything was outstanding. The location is in the heart of medieval Gubbio, with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was the best I ever had, great selection from scrambled eggs to 10 types of pie. The staff was very courteous and shared great tips for places to visit nearby. Beautiful hotel in the best location in Gubbio. The decor is plush and lovely and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, more friendly or more professional. The very helpful lady on reception allowed us to leave our bags and check-in early at 12.00pm because our room was ready.

Historic hotel in an excellent location in medieval Gubbio. Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful frescoed breakfast room. Wonderful views from our lavish rooms with frescoes on the ceilings and gilded mouldings above the doors. Gubbio is a very switched on tourist town that has remained authentic. Highly recommended.

Position was great, just outside the city centre. Free parking really close to the hotel also simplified the short stay. Staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips.

Perfect position very close to the town centre with secure main entrance after dark. Wheelchair users will struggle with the main entrance ramp and stair even if using the lift. Lovely room with fully equipped bathroom and interior courtyard facing balcony. Air conditioning could be stronger, during the visit temperatures reached 38 and the AC was not as strong as it should be. Fantastic breakfast...

Central location and nice, rustic building. Rooms for four people are very small and cramped, while bathrooms are very large and comfortable. Dinner was provided in a restaurant nearby and was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was very scarse and croissants weren’t fresh.

I am not a person used to going to campsites ...... but for my peluso I find this commitment a must ...... I found at Mithos a clean and well-kept village Victor with his sister ..... I think that the children of the owner are helpful and kind people the only problem I had was the TV that didn't work ..... I was immediately replaced with a new one in short, top in all respects thanks to the welcome...

A wonderful, quiet and interesting place. We rented a cottage for 4 days and we are very pleased. Very friendly service and calm guests. Perfect for a great little campsite to visit misano World Circuit. Literally within walking distance to the track. Toilets and washing facilities and a corner shop across the road. Great little walk to the town/beach too.

Wonderful location with views all round. Well kept grounds, pool, restaurant terrace and very well restored buildings. Food very good and generous portions. A very relaxing place to spend all day by the pool but also great base for sightseeing.

Exceptional location, service and food! We had an amazing experience staying at the Borgo. This castle is almost 1700 years and is in amazing shape. You will not find a friendlier staff and the restaurant is amazing too. We highly recommended Borgo di Celle.

We have stayed here a few times. Today we called in to obtain some prices for a later visit for a group, as always there were very accommodating. Our only problem is something they cannot change, the proximity to the town, you need a car. But once again we were taken by the views

We loved this family owned and managed hotel and enjoyed two very relaxing weeks in this area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. They have beach towels and bicycles to use, free of charge and the breakfasts we had were tasty and plentiful. We visited Misano for the Ferrari Challenge races and were really pleased with our stay......spacious, spotless room......very friendly staff.....comfy bed.....definitely, an enjoyable visit and if we were to visit Misano again, we`d be back in a flash.......P.S. half hour walk to the circuit :)
