The hotel is nice. Rooms are fresh and big. Good food and point for vegetarian options. The only negative thing is the cleaner who stole my candy bars and some money from another person and moved my personal stuff. Like I put my glasses in the bathroom but when I come back it were on the desk near the TV. I don’t know if the hotel is aware of it but you should be

Nice and clean hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great view. Tasty food in restaurant, including very good pizza. Great thanks to Antonio for a "pizza lesson" 😉🍕 !

I had an amazing time at the Hotel San Carlo in Livigno. The host's hospitality and service were top-notch and made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my entire stay. The restaurant at the hotel was a highlight for me, as the food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed dining there and would highly recommend it to others. The location of the hotel was also great and easily accessible. My room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Even though I really like Livigno, I would definitely recommend staying at the Hotel San Carlo because my stay there was fantastic. The experience was so enjoyable that I would prefer to stay there in the future instead of other accommodations in Livigno. Love it! I also have to mention that the hotel had an amazing spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool that had a breathtaking view of the mountains. It was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and added an extra level of luxury to my stay. It was truly incredible!

This place really made our trip! Kind and friendly staff that were willing to help with anything that came up. Excellent food at the restaurant (amazing pizza Nutella for dessert) and comfortable rooms. Exactly what we needed for our ski vacation.
I want to especially thank the staff who saved our vacation when found every possible solution to help us when our car broke down.

The best staff I’ve ever met in an hotel, willing to help way beyond expectations.
Except that, rooms are comfortable and very clean, breakfast is great, and the pizza in the restaurant is just great.

We stayed at the San Carlo hotel for 5 nights and I highly recommend it! The rooms are lovely, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast is fantastic, and their pizza is amazing!
Most importantly - the staff was exceptional- kind, friendly, always looking for ways to improve our stay (especially Melany and Pasquale)!

Great pleace with unforgetable window views, fantastic service, delicious food, excellent pizzaiolo, who prepares the beast pizza in Italy. I'd live to come here again &again. I'd recommend this hotel to everybody.

One of the worst places I've stayed, there was not enough water to suffice for several days of skiing, food was inedible, burgers that were cooked were raw, chips were cold and soggy, there was dead mice in the basement. Somebody who was also there broke a €200 wardrobe and was charged €1300. Staff were extremely rude. In our room the lock on the bathroom and the safe was broken. The pasta was hard and overcooked. Several people were given food poisoning due to raw meat. People were charged for a shower door that was broken but that was only the result of wear and tear. Pizza was disappointing and disgusting for it being an Italian business.
