Hotel is located in the centre of the city, right on the main road. The structure is easily accessible, and provided with public and private parking. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a great view of the valley. Prices are aligned with competition. Hotel also houses a great restaurant, with an unexpected selection of wines.

Wonderfully quaint, rustic and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great hiking in surrounding mountains. It is a quick drive up into the mountains so get there before dark. Restaurant served very satisfying food and wine. I recommend it

Fantastic location with amazing views of the mountains. The room was comfortable and a good breakfast provided. The owner allowed us to park our motorcycle in the private garage which was much appreciated. They have an arrangement with a local hotel where we were able to eat in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in a village and landscape taken out from fairy tales – I can only imagine it in winter with all covered in white snow! My wife and I went there for some good rest after driving thru the famed Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm, the view out the window was fantastic (note: everywhere you look in this region of Italy is breathtaking...

Went on a school trip with shook in February and it was lovely we stayed in a room on the 1st floor and it was lovely we had a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom( with a shower ) and a lovely balcony. A very nice and comfortable hotel with a big cellar garage for motorcycles.The breakfast was good and the man who was running it when I was there was very friendly. The wifi signal was a bit weak in my room far from the lobby, but that´s not a big deal.

Very nice, quiet place. Spacious apartment, safe parking. Kitchen with all you need. Small store is just 50 m away. The village is very beautiful - I came for cycling and Stelvio but we enjoyed evening walks very much too. It's good for jogging also.

Large apartment (we took the attic to have two bedrooms) but without a dishwasher and no lift. The price seen the period (the week following the August 15th) all in all correct. The biggest flaw is that it is not really in Bormio and therefore it is always necessary to take the car to go downtown.

The area is unbelievably scenic. The spa complex is huge and very good. However the hotel itself is pretty medicare, especially since it claims to have five stars. What makes a good five-star experience? Feeling special being their guest. It’s not at all the case with this hotel. The staff doesn't look particularly friendly or welcoming—not much smiling or nice words in general. We’ve heard “no” too...

I loved my time there, I actually regret I did a 5 hours entry only, should have stayed all day! I didn’t sleep in the hotel, but got there around opening time in the morning so the 9:30 entry slot, even if was a Saturday there were very few people in morning, started to get more busy around lunch time. the snow outside made it even more beautiful

Nice hotel to stay for vacation

It's located outside the city center. It's (by foot) 15 minutes to city center, 5 min. to supermarket, 10 min. to ski lift. Reach to ski lift is no problem, free ski bus is less than 50 meters from hotel. Going back bus stops in the hotel's gate. Rooms did not impress, condition was bad. Equipment had a lot of damage. Room and bathroom was small. Room service was much better than hotel technical condition...

No air-conditioning made sleeping a bit challenging in our humid June stay. The balcony door does opens to allow fresh air in, but with no other windows, you can not get any cross flow ventilation. Sadly, the pool was "broken" during our stay, so we didn't get a chance to use it (although it looks pretty big). Booked in advance, TK starts the ski season. Thanks to this managed to stay in a single room under the roof with a veranda and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is pleased, not Italian. In the sense that there was something to eat besides cruasan and coffee. Cheeses, cereals, meats, eggs, fresh juice and fruit... the Staff is helpful, trying to solve urgent issues promptly, to help. Stayed here for 3 nights whilst cycling the local mountain passes - really well maintained hotel, lovely facilities and great views. Very accommodating for our bikes - told us we can leave them in our rooms or in the ski room. Breakfast was of a really high standard and catered for every taste in a buffet style.

Great chalet hotel, good breakfast buffet that my 13yo loved. Spacious, clean triple room and two large lounges to chill with friends. Nice bar too with snack menu and ample parking. If you eat in their restaurant then you get a table reserved for breakfast. Also useful is that the reception has a small supply of OTC medicines to tide you over until you can get to the pharmacy eg. Paracetamol, ibuprofen...

Acceptable place. Near the center. Too hot. Dinner in another hotel (good and plentiful) at 2 km. Some lights did not work, there is no light in front of the room and you have to look for the patch. No parking (3 places in the whole hotel). Do not clean enough. Very friendly and sociable the staff that earns the three stars more

Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean.

It’s a beautiful hotel to feast your eyes on and even more gorgeous when you arrive. Eight tired motor bikers turned up to a welcoming smile. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I was one of a group who spent a week in Hotel San Lorenzo. Everything was top class, rooms were simple and spotless, thoroughly clean every day. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range for meats, fruit, cereals and juices. Choice of breads could have been better but tha tis a very small issue. Table service was exemplary. Staff were unfailingly helpful in all respects.

The residence can be easily reached by car and has a very convenient private underground parking with a car lift. The pedestrian center is a 2-minute walk away. We stayed in the AD residence with our 9 month old daughter. Everything perfect, cot, high chair, maximum availability and friendliness of the owners. The structure is brand new, modern equipped with every comfort. The mini apartments are spacious, comfortable, well furnished and enjoy a wonderful view over the valley!
