We stayed at this hotel twice in 2023 and in 2024 for a month. In 2023, the breakfasts were more varied. In 2024, we came with a small child for a month. I asked several times to clean the room when it was convenient for me, because the child can sleep. So that I called and invited them to clean the room. In the end, I called once and asked them to clean, they came only an hour later. The child was already sleeping and they woke him up. We talked at the reception so that this would not happen. The situation repeated the next day. We talked to the manager, still no one came to clean. One of the days we were not in the room all day and our room was not cleaned. The service is not very good. The mood was ruined by this room service and indifferent work at the reception.

Once I had to move the bed because my things rolled in there. There was a lot of dust under the bed and someone's sock was lying there.

They don't do wet cleaning of the floors here, they only vacuum.

Water and hand soap were provided only upon check-in. A year ago, they renewed water and soap every day.

Breakfast is good and the rooms are spacious. Beside that the service is horrible. Maintenance is really bad. They didn’t add soap and shampoo after it finished even after I asked for it. Parts of the hotel are without light. Pool is without water for a while
