What a lucky find. We needed a cost effective stay for our halfway stop on the way to our final destination, what a lucky find. The staff is super accomodating the rooms are clean and have the basic amenities, but what was best is the included breakfast. The Cappuccino is amazing, the Cornetti to die for. Would absolutely recommend!

Needed a room for the night with my family and found this hotel online. We showed up in the evening and was greeted by a lovely staff who quickly helped us check in on our room. Throughout our visit all the staff was very helpful and always available. The location was great and the breakfast was delicious and local. No complaints!

The owners are super kind and helpful! The rooms are clean and well equipped. If you have a electric car you can even charge it up in the garage. 10/10

Wellness hotel at the limits of Varese city, close to lakeside (Capolago) and related parks. Wide , well furnished (wooden rural , not modern), large baths and shower. Great breakfast including fresh fruit, sweets, dairy and some meat items. The huge gym&wellness area, as well as the outdoor garden pool (summer only) are the pearl of the place. There were many plants around, and many bugs crawled in through the windows. Later, I went to the front desk and was asked to change rooms. People in the rooms next to me were talking and laughing loudly in the middle of the night, without caring about the feelings of the surrounding tenants. The fragrance in the room was a bit pungent, and the accommodation experience was a bit poor.

A really cosy, homey hotel, perfect, very friendly service and atmosphere with a stylish variety. Every room is different and lovely designed. Excellent food, very reasonable prices, great breakfast and the perfect location in the centre, a quiet corner with everything in walking distance. We stayed 4 nights and love to come back! Been there for dinner, great aperitivo, really good pasta and a waiter who went the extra mile to make us feel like at home. Definitely worth a visit. Reservation recommended.

Great hotel, free parking, gated at night. The hotel is modern and only 10 minutes to center of town, supermarket right down the street. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great. Booked at short notice as our Bergamo flight was cancelled due to a strike. Staff were very accommodating even though they had a lot of unexpected guests that night! Easy access to Malpensa airport.

It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

I was in and out of Italy a several times, Hotel Villa Flori is definitely one of the best hospitality I have ever had! You can stay in a private room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price, so it is recommended not only for those staying in Como but also for those traveling to Switzerland. You can enter Switzerland by taking the train one stop from Como Station.

The front desk clerks were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our shower flooding, which was not resolved due to the holiday schedule. Beyond All Expectations! This hotel is truly a gem located just a short walk from the lake and the Cernobbio ferry station. The rooms are large and comfortable and the lobby is beautifully decorated. The location is quite remote, requiring a noisy highway to reach the lake. The lakeside area isn't very close to the Lihu Scenic Area, and the facilities are old. The hotel reception looks amazing but they seemed to have stopped the renovations at the room. They look old and have a lot of signs of usage. The bed and sheets are great however. Amazing views. It is quite high and it’s a steep walk so unless you are happy walking over a km at incline, perhaps look for another spot.

Lovely spot in the heart of Cernobbio. Can walk to the park at the waterfront and hop on the ferry to any spot on Lake Como. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Disappointed based on other reviews. I guess from them that this restaurant is great for pizza but the fish main course we had whilst substantial was just big plate of calamari - ok if that’s what you were expecting but for EUR28 we were hoping for something more balanced.

Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.
