Therasia Resort Sea and SPA

In one word - big disappointment.
The two stars are only for the gorgeous view and pool. For me, the value for money is as low as it get get.
Coming from someone who visited a few luxury hotels all around the world, this is a 5 stars hotel with service of a 2 stars on a good day.
Starting from the rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional and unwilling staff. They surely made me feel uncomfortable with any minor request I had.
Moving on to the food-I would recommend to bring food with you because the prices at the restaurant are more than outrageous - 26 euros for a pizza, 22 euros for apperol spritz and 6 euros for a bottle of water. The Rude staff gets even ruder when you only want a snack at the restaurant. Are we not a paying customer?
The breakfast felt like they hide things from you because only by mistake on our second breakfast we found out you can order eggs and pancakes. Why would the waiter won’t ask us if we would like some when he take a coffee request?
The beautiful view won’t cover for the bad taste the staff leaves you with.
Big disappointment.
Shuttle service however was on point.

I stayed at the hotel at 9-11.9.
First of all the view and pool were amazing. I enjoy every moment in the pool with the many comfortable beds outside.
The rooms is comfortable, big and looks better than the photos.
About the breakfast - absolutely far away from the expectations of 5 stars hotel. Very not diverse, Bad coffee experience. They offer omelet or crepe but the waiter doesn’t offer it to you he just ask what do you want to drink. We notice a really small note in the side of the breakfast hall only at the second breakfast just before we leave. I assume this is a technic to save money.
About the service - the bad service I have ever got from stuff. Most of the crew are not nice, doesn’t know English so you need to explain yourself several times, sometimes they even don’t understand me so I gave up.
I felt like the crew judged us when my mate and I ordered only one pizza for both of us, they expect you to waste all your money at their restaurant. The hotel is far away from the city, their are free shuttles every hour, but you want to enjoy the pool and the facilities in the hotel who have 3 different restaurants. Because the hotel is so isolated with no other restaurants in the area they let themselves to take scandalous prices in the menu, for example 26 euro for pizza, 6 euro for bottle of water, 33 euro for regular pasta or 22 euro for Aperol Spritz. If you ask yourself about the dishes, they were fine but absolutely far away from the price they take. We strolled around and felt eyes of the crew looking on us, maybe because we share one pizza in the restaurant, maybe because we are looking young, or maybe we are gays.
