I have stayed at this place twice. I will be again. It’s peaceful and nice. Love the pool and the beach few steps away. The rooms are airy and pretty.

The hotel gives a chill and relaxing vibe, but does have some flaws and is not perfect. Rooms are good but not that roomy. The restaurant overlooks the sea with a stunning view and it is amazing to have a drink at the terrace above. The flaws are in the little things like; no help with luggage when arriving. Beautiful resort and environments, the staff had outstanding service, friendly and so helpful. The food was amazing - a true taste of Italy! And the Bartender, Samuel, made amazing drinks. Overall the resort and the staff over exceeded all our expectation! We highly recommend Mari del Sud and will definitely come back !

Beautiful hotel in location quiet a stone's throw from the center and from the beaches of Ponente and Levant. The rooms are perfectly air conditioned and equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool with whirlpool offers relaxation and fun both both adults and children. The staff is very polite and ready to meet the wishes and needs of guests. In short, a hotel absolutely to be recommended!

Elegant small hotel outside the crowded port zone of Vulcano. Rooms are tiny but super clean. A relaxed atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. Nice pool where I also had a nice lunch ..the view is beautiful with the volcanic mountains and palm trees. At 5 in the morning the rooster will remind you that you can still sleep few hours ;-)

Exceptional place, top cleaning. The only flaw: for a residence where it is not possible to hang clothes on the drying rack (supplied with the apartment) in order not to spoil the "panorama", it is advisable to have more comfortable beds / sofa beds. Excellent structure located 3/4 minutes from the pedestrian area and the marina. Staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and adequate. The swimming pool is not large but usable. Many services available, beautiful rooms, but above all very courteous and helpful staff, especially at the reception.

The residence is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The smaller rooms / apartments have a kitchen outside. The property is located slightly away from the center, which is impractical if you travel on foot and with children, but also pleasant as it makes it a quiet and relaxing place. It is located very close to the health center of the island.

A mini paradise right in Lipari. We stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. The room was large and clean, but relatively basic. The view from our room out to the terrace and beyond was simply breathtaking. We had the sea, the castle, and the hills. I was in Sicily for 9 days and this was my favourite hotel. I absolutely recommend it. Carmelo helped us even before we arrived because our boat was cancelled due to bad weather. Solid spot but more as a home Base to explore the island than a destination. Walkable from ferry with ease. We had issues with our keycards often but staff always quite nice. Rooms are good enough and the place is kept very clean.

Just a few minutes walk up from the port of Lipari to the hotel. It has great views and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is European style with a selection of cereals, pastries, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese. Can't forget the coffee ! The rooms are modern and contain all the usual furniture. WiFi throughout the premises. Lovely relaxing pool overlooking the whole bay.

The view is great from the pool and we had a room with the view on the pool and the island. The breakfast was good and the host kind. However, we had to push our heavy luggages to our room and the road is very sloppy. Finally, some little details were weird for a 4 star hotel. Adhesive on the rope for the bed, tube on the ceiling and two "one-person" mattresses together for a couple bedroom.
