I have stayed at this place twice. I will be again. It’s peaceful and nice. Love the pool and the beach few steps away. The rooms are airy and pretty.

Outstanding Staff Beautiful grounds with a view of the smoking Vulcano, absolutely stunning. A fantastic pool and beautiful black beach make this a really fun hotel. The service is fabulous, the staff really cares about making your stay comfortable.

The hotel itself is well maintained and clean, every employee is keen to help unfortunately the restaurant (that also serves breakfast) is run by a different company and they have no idea how to run it. The hotel gives a chill and relaxing vibe, but does have some flaws and is not perfect. Rooms are good but not that roomy. The restaurant overlooks the sea with a stunning view and it is amazing to have a drink at the terrace above. The flaws are in the little things like; no help with luggage when arriving. No towels when arriving in the room. No WiFi reception in the room. Can’t even charge my MacBook...

Beautiful resort and environments, the staff had outstanding service, friendly and so helpful. The food was amazing - a true taste of Italy! And the Bartender, Samuel, made amazing drinks. Amazing hotel with rooms and a pool owerlooking the ocean! The rooms are clean and functional and with a breathtaking view (our Room has a view over the ocean). The staff where super friendly and service minded. Thay helped us book all restaurants and taxis all week. Just love this place!

Elegant small hotel outside the crowded port zone of Vulcano. Rooms are tiny but super clean. A relaxed atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. Nice pool where I also had a nice lunch ..the view is beautiful with the volcanic mountains and palm trees. At 5 in the morning the rooster will remind you that you can still sleep few hours ;-)

Great stay 4 nights, mid week. 20min walk from ferry port or they can pick you up. Freindly staff, very nice pool area nice breakfast, limited menu in the restaurant, but still in the low season. Keep an eye for the Aeolian wall lizard. Would definitely stay here again.🇮🇹🌋🍷♥️

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. This is a wonderfully located and truly relaxing resort. We were greeted at the gates (after a very easy transfer from the ferry port) by the wonderful Maria who gave us a superb tour of the resort and was continually helpful, attentive and charming throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel in location quiet a stone's throw from the center and from the beaches of Ponente and Levant. The rooms are perfectly air conditioned and equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool with whirlpool offers relaxation and fun both both adults and children. The staff is very polite and ready to meet the wishes and needs of guests. In short, a hotel absolutely to be recommended!

A bit dated/old hotel, situated close to Port and restaurants, in a quiet street.

One of the greatest sunset places I have ever seen. Great service, nice room and located on a very special island.

Rooms are tidy and beautifully furnished. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Located in the "black beaches" area it's only a few minutes away from the center & 10 minutes from the trail that takes you on top of the vulcano.

The location of the hotel between the beach with the "volcanic spring" and the black beach is just unbeatable. Furthermor, you'll find many restaurants and shops within walking distance and there is free parking. The highlights of Eros is the lovely decoration throughout the property, the friendly staff, the beautiful pool and the fresh and healthy food for breakfast and lunch.

It doesn't get more convenient than this, with the ferry terminal two minutes away, supermarkets and all the restaurants marginally further, and the magnificent view from the shared terrace! We particularly enjoyed watching the big ferries (Siremar) come and go... The room isn't particularly impressive but with very efficient aircon, modern bathroom and reasonable beds it is more than sufficient...

I'm not sure why this hotel has only 2 stars. Rooms are great, bed is comfortable, AC and TV work well. Service is great. View is awesome. Only cons is a bit of noise in the morning when the boats are starting to come in but nothing outrageous.

Beautiful location furnished with typically Sicilian taste. Unique welcome, first by telephone with Manfredi and then the kindness and availability of Cristiana. We stayed in a fabulous annex. What about the breakfast served on the terrace with a beautiful sea view? Gorgeous! ... I highly recommend it and when I return to Vulcano I will definitely stay at La Giara.

La Giara Pension is a very welcoming, well-kept facility, with very clean and comfortable rooms. It has a splendid terrace where excellent breakfasts are served. Four days at “La Giara” to be remembered with pleasure. The family-run structure is simple but equipped with essential functional and well-maintained services. This place was incredible even though it is a bit far from the port they have a free shuttle. The restaurant is beautiful and all the food is delicious and made with so much love. The homemade pasta was amazing the Chicken was the best I have ever had. The steak was a bit weird but good. The dessert cannoli was beyond words definitely will return.

We were given a lift up from the lovely Eros Hotel and ate here in the evening. I can only say that it was a beautiful and totally romantic experience. 5 days in Vulcano. Location surrounded by nature. Basic and clean apartment, small kitchen in the covered porch, new fridge and air conditioning inside !!! Also outside the hammock. I was happy and I thank Marco (owner) for all the availability, assistance and advice, then all the staff for their friendliness (Virginia, DaVid, etc etc) ... I recommend it.

The structure is very nice and is located just 15/20 minutes walk from the port / center of Vulcano. I've been here for the second time, I loved the place and the staff. It's only 5 minutes away from the Sabbie Nere Beach, tops 15 minutes away walk from the city centre. Loved the fresh breakfast made by Marco every day, also the room service was great. I'll come back for sure:)

A corner of paradise, simply perfect! Super comfortable room, clean and equipped with every comfort. In the morning quality breakfast served with a big smile by the owner and his staff! Everything perfect, you will be awakened by birdsong, what more could you want!

The room was very clean and the bathroom well-equiped. The location is very convenient, close to the volcano treck and not far from the pier (10min). I enjoyed the breakfast and the kindness of the host. Special mention to the rooftop, quiet and with a view over the volcano.
