This hotel is all about cashing in money and nothing about hospitality!
We’ve booked a room to stay with our kids using the indoor pool and on arrival they tell you that kids under 5 cannot access the pool, please note, none of this is written within the booking description!
We checked out immediately and not even a refund apart from the extra driving due to its remote location! A complete joke shame on you! This is not hospitality!

The only nice thing here is the pool : pretty, big and beautiful view (but closing at 7pm).
Rooms are basic.
The staff is rather unpleasant and very not competent.
They forgot to give us back one of the identity card when we checked out and did not call us when they found out, telling us they have too many clients to call each one of them if something like this happens. They offered for us to pay 350€ to have it delivered so we drove 6h to come get it.
They did not warn us upon arrival to book their restaurant (Sunday evening) so they gave us a brochure to get pizza delivered to the hotel.
The wifi was broken and they were waiting for it to get fixed so no internet.
And they still managed to charge us for the swim cap you need for the spa.

A hotel which can do much much better. It has the perfect location and perfect ambience. It is situated in a tranquil setting for utmost relaxation. Unfortunately the downside is that the service leaves much to be desired.
Upon check in the first major hiccup is that we found no towels in the room and once we got them an hour later the floor drain of the shower was blocked. This was not fixed up until we left.
On the second day again we did not find any towels in the room and we could not go to the pool until these arrived some 3 hours later.
The breakfast was okay although to get something from the live station you have to wait quite a lot because the hob does not work properly.
The tv does not switch on and the room in general is not properly kitted or has the proper facilities to store clothes etc.
In all the service is a hit and miss and can be improved much much more to be on the level of the set up of the hotel in general.
Unfortunately I would not be visiting this hotel again although it has by far one of the best views and potential to be a much better hotel.

We're in the middle of moving house and this holiday to Sicily was the perfect getaway. The view from the hotel is stunning, there's a nice pool, breakfast is good and the wellness is a great extra to really calm down.
The staff is very friendly and even though there's a language barrier sometimes there's always a solution. From the hotel it's very easy to visit the Etna volcano.

What a fantastic stay. Superb views, outstanding welcoming staff, exceptional spa facilities overlooking the planes surrounding Catania. The room was clean, quiet and included free drinks. The gym was accessible to my 10 years old daughter who adored the heated swimming pool in the spa. Food was very tasty. Homemade delicious pastry, cakes and luxurious patisserie.
