I thank the management of Sedrah Hotel for the good reception and hospitality. Clean hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was very good. I will come back soon to this wonderful Hotel in Irbid /Jordan
Normal experience overall for a 4 start hotel.
Staff is very nice and respectful.
Rooms are big, clean enough but are facing a busy street.
Close to Yarmouk University and taxis can be found easily.
Breakfast was adequate.
Prices are a bit high.
Good for a night or two at Irbid.
Comfortable, Excellent Room Service, Polite and Friendly Staff, Best suited for all to stay for long
Comfortable beds and a spacious room. Bathroom was a little cramped in the shower corner but overall, I found the room to be a great place for the price. It's a convenient walking distance to shops and cafes also. Definitely an upgrade from some of the cheap hotels I stayed in at Israel/Jordan.
Lower than standard but maybe good compared to other hotels in Irbid.. Breakfast is bad.. Rooms are larger than average.

Staff are nice and rooms are spacious and clean.
Hotel is clean staff are friendly. I would stay here again many times.
Got a free upgrade and very spacious accommodation for my price however there was cigarette smoke circulating in my room throughout the night which gave me a dry throat for my stay in Jordan which is the only bad thing I can say.
Friendly staff. Clean and spacious facility. Great location. Available parking. Outstanding value for the money…. Looking forward to my next stay at Sara Crown.
Very large and spacious rooms. The rooms are dated but that was expected. The staff worked hard and quickly to resolve a clogged shower drain we had. Overall a great value and decent experience.
My one issue was being required to show my marriage documents. It made check-in a 45min mess. It's the only hotel in Jordan that i stayed in that required this
Hotel doesn't look good from outside but rooms are spacious and neat. Breakfast was good too.

One of the best hotels to stay in comparing with others in the area, wide rooms and good service; but, some times its price goes high.
It is a nice clean hotel. Near the University but not on the noisy street. I would recommend a higher room with windows open to the west (University st.) because the view is really beautiful. The rooms open to south have balconies and nice if the weather is good.
Also there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside and a good Falafel place beside it.

The place is excellent and clean and the guys are very respectful
Irbid Plaza was my home For 7 nights and 6 days. The staff is very friendly and and has a 24 hour service/ reception desk. Location is strategic and best as it is just around the city junction on University street.

Very unique postion for this hotel , not 5 sates but gives you what you need and the place it self is very satisfying!
Very nice place. Super quiet! Beautifully located at the top of the hill, with magnificent view of the city. Staff is very kind and helpful. Parking available.
Very nice room and rural location. Very quiet when we were there but I suspect that peak season it may be a bit more lively.
Staff is polite and has good information for the tourism. Food is awesome in here. Jerash city view is magnificent. Rooms are clean and service from staff is great.

Jarash, Hadrian's Gate Hotel, 20, Jarash 🧭 Map
The hotel is small and basic but just what we needed for a one-night stay in Jerash.
We stayed in the rooftop room with amazing views of the old city. The hotel cannot be more conveniently located, a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins, and a short walk from (the admittedly limited number of) restaurants. It seems that most tourists visit for the day, but it is worth staying the night, not...
Ismael is extremely friendly and hospitable and very keen to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. We stayed in the rooftop room which had an amazing view of the arch and some of the ruins and the rest of our family were in the two twin rooms on the ground floor. The hotel's location was perfect - just a two minute walk to the ruins which meant you could get there before the tours arrived.
The rooms...
Stayed here when in Jerash. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly owner and were well looked after. The hotel is dead opposite the Hadrian’s gate which is impressive. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The shower was so nice and warm and pressure wasn’t off which was good. The breakfast was great too. Even though this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in whilst...
Best hotel in Jerash.
We spent one night to visit the archeological site.
Ismael, the owner, is very kind and welcoming and helps the travelers a lot.
The hotel is just in front of the archeological site so we could easily walk there.
It is next to shops and restaurants, all at a walkable distance.
The room was simple but very clean, with tv, air conditioning and frigo.
Good breakfast with fresh fruits...
Ismael is hospitable and incredibly helpful. The hotel is wonderfully located, comfortable and very clean. The rooms are luxurious and well furnished. Staying at this hotel is worth a trip to Jerash! The best hotel I've stayed at in Jordan and I return every chance I get.
