A good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We had a room with a view over the swimmingpool and a part of town.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there are more than enough options. There also a rooftop bar and restaurant with a beautiful view over the city.

Stayed here for a few days. The hotel is well maintained. The staff were great. Nice courtyard with a swimming pool. The food was ok.

It may have been classy 15 yrs ago, not now.
The property is in desperate need of maintenance. All the linen and towels should be replaced, they were small, thin and pulled threads on all we saw.
Beds were rock hard.
Staff were friendly.
It's is possibly a 2.5 star at best.

It’s not the newest place, but the staff are excellent, rooms are nice, breakfast is pretty good, and it has some great extras like the pool, big gym, poolside bar, ATMs, and nice views. Just be aware there’s loud music from the old people exercising at the park in the evening.

Possibly the hotel with the best ammenities in Battambang, but it does have its issues. Came with several people and various issues with rooms (AC, balcony, smell, bugs, etc.) and front desk staff was not often friendly or approachable regarding our questions or concerns.

All that to say, it provides a nice bit of luxury in Battambang if you are interested in that. The rooftop bar / restaurant has a very expansive menu and makes very good drinks.

Choosing to stay in Classy because it’s convenient but the day of check out make me super disappointed. We asked for check out since 7am but asked me to wait until the 9am because invoice included VAT. I’ve delayed all my departure and appointments

So Classy please improve your services! That’s not acceptable

What an amazing boutique hotel! The staff was super friendly, quality breakfast, and the pool was amazing. I also ordered fish and chips via room service and it was super high quality and yummy. Thanks for the great stay!

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at Classy Hotel & Spa. Having chosen your establishment for its reputed hospitality and customer care, I was dismayed to encounter a series of unwelcoming and distressing experiences that fell far short of my expectations and the standards your hotel purports to uphold.

Upon my arrival for check-in, I was met with a cold reception that lacked any semblance of a warm welcome. This was both surprising and disheartening, as one would anticipate a friendly greeting to set the tone for a pleasant stay. Regrettably, this was not an isolated incident, as the dismissive attitude persisted when I requested an additional key card. The staff member's demeanor was not only unhelpful but also conveyed a sense of being looked down upon, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment.

My dissatisfaction was compounded upon my departure. After checking out and embarking on my journey to Siem Reap, I received an unexpected and troubling telephone call from your hotel, accusing me of failing to settle my bill. This accusation was not only unfounded, as I had indeed paid in full, but it also caused me undue stress and embarrassment. To make matters worse, the receptionist informed me that this directive came directly from the manager, which suggests a serious lack of communication and record-keeping within your team.

It is with regret that I must say my experience at Classy Hotel & Spa was marred by a series of negative interactions that cast a shadow over my entire visit. The level of service was not only disappointing but also disrespectful, leaving me to question the integrity of your establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction.

I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary measures to address these issues promptly. It is imperative that all guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and that administrative errors such as the one I experienced are avoided to maintain the hotel's reputation.

I look forward to your response and a resolution to these concerns.

Coming to Battenbang, don't look past this hotel. Located on the river close to everything. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Would stay here again.

Not a great experience at Classy Hotel with a rather cold checkin/ checkout experience, Aircon in room substandard and hotel /room overdue some TLC. Only positive was the pool experience which is great and so are the staff in the area.
