Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The whole city is very quiet. This hotel is right by the river, and its swimming pool is also very good. It is a good choice for business trips or family trips.

A good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We had a room with a view over the swimmingpool and a part of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there are more than enough options. There also a rooftop bar and restaurant with a beautiful view over the city. Yes, we would come here again.

It’s not the newest place, but the staff are excellent, rooms are nice, breakfast is pretty good, and it has some great extras like the pool, big gym, poolside bar, ATMs, and nice views. Just be aware there’s loud music from the old people exercising at the park in the evening.

The hotel is quite appropriate for business travelers. Centrally located with a solid breakfast to enjoy. It’s also quite quiet given its location. The higher you go the better the view too.

Location of the hotel is really great, right near the market and pub street. So, if going out is the goal then this is a great option with rooftop access and swimming pool. Great budget hotel. They have rooms starting at $16/night. On our last visit the towels seemed new and our room (one bed) was spacious and clean. They accept credit cards.

I had a really great stay at The Royal Hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

The best Part of the Star was the friendly owner he made the stay very pleasant. Also the tour guide he organised was amazing 10/10 recommend (ask for Mr.Soon). The rooms were super clean, beds comfortable, quiet, and close to the city center.

Reasonable price, great location. Room is clean but no breakfast. There are limited parking spot which is not convenient, they will wake you up early in the morning and ask you to help moving your car if it blocks someone else's car.

Au Cabaret Vert has beautiful grounds. The pool is really nice to take a dip in and sit around with a cold drink. The staff are friendly and service is great.

Sheets dirty (they did change them), air conditioner not working (they did fix it), pillow very uncomfortable (although they did provide a moderately better alternative), everyone is very nice, but it took an hour for us to get our food for dinner. Breakfast was also very very slow. Shower is awful. I would not stay here again.

Star hotel offers great value accommodation that is clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a large waiting area in the reception lobby with water and chairs. The rooms are quite spacious and has both a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedding is comfortable also. Star hotel is a short walk from the markets and the street stalls along the river. Everyone has their own price point and level of comfort. We stayed in the family bungalow, if you enjoy rustic accommodation and the feeling of the breeze between the floorboards this place is for you. As a family it did not suit our needs. The bathrooms were in need of some TLC and the pool was murky. We felt it was more a 2 star resort due to the accommodation standard in the family bungalow.
