I could only call it magical. It’s a relatively small hotel in what feels to be a middle of the forest. What an absolute gem! Thus place is a heaven. Smells nice, rooms are nice, treatments are fabulous, the best therapists. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional - cleaners, receptionists, waiters, therapists. And location is excellent too. Can't wait to be back!

Definitely its the best place to stay in Anykščiai. Great spa, great restaurant, wonderful location. The only thing that was annoying - incredibly slow elevator. Apart from that great stay!

Quite nice place for a reasonable price, beautiful view through the window, comfortable beds, fast wifi,good quality tv, nice big bathrooms, i just missed a small refrigerator in the room. Visited Gradiali restaurant with family : the atmosphere inside and outside is cosy, but the music was very disturbing - something you would hear at a cheap local bar, definitely not a classy restaurant. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast good, although bread and croisants were not too fresh. Vaccinaction passes were not asked for although should be mandatory. Overall, not perfect, but very much worth the money.

I liked the place a lot. Basketbal court, football court also two children playgrounds. The breakfast was really nice also the room was tidy and neat. The only drawback is the swimming place. It shall be cleaned from grass. Totally recommend fir staying.

We were at the homestead last weekend and were very pleased. When we found bad feedback about the homestead heating and the hot tub, we were afraid that the homestead would not live up to expectations, but everything worked fine, the homestead was warm and cozy. Aitvaras exceeded our expectations! Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The house is very spacious, comfortable, cosy, nicely decorated. Great view over Kalita hill. Lovely playground for kids. Nice extras like wood for barbecue and for night fire on the hill. We loved our stay at Aitvaras!

A perfect place to stay for couple days while visiting Anykščiai. It is close to center, but feels like out of town. Lots of birds and nature feeling. There is everything You could need inside the house. Also a grill outsode. Wifi and spacy parking. Children/human/dog firendly.

We celebrated a bachelorette party, we were very happy with the environment, the terrace is super and has a lot of space, everything is thought out, clean and organized environment, clean sheets, comfortable mattresses. A small minus is that there is no speaker for music. The hosts are very nice, they did not interfere with the celebration after serving. And also, a very nice puppy :D We recommend

I really enjoyed everything, thoughtful about everything for a pleasant stay. Nice, good and beautiful.

The environment is amazing, both the house itself and the whole area. The downside is that there was only a microwave in the house, which did not heat anything, and there were no utensils or tools. We were informed about the dishes and had to be transported. There were also problems with the warm water, we were 16 people. On the first day, even normally warm water was not enough for everyone to wash...

Nice homestead, but you are asked to pay extra for the barbecue, skewers, and firewood. It's good that the dishes are not charged extra.

Anyway, for myself. There are no indications that there is a rural tourism homestead, without navigation there is no chance to find it. The place may not be bad, near the Boiled River, but somehow it didn't stick. All services (beds for children, parking spaces at the homestead, stay at the homestead for non-sleeping guests) must be paid extra. The host was not very friendly. There is a wifi router...

A wonderful homestead in the nature by the river, lots of activities for children and adults. The traditional Lithuanian sauna experience is very interesting. The kind hosts made sure not to disturb us. It would be nice to be bitten one day.

There is no water access at all. Cabins are tidy. But the beds are inconvenient. But we didn't have the time to free the house for 12 hours. It was an unpleasant surprise.

It was the perfect place for warm summer vacation. I loved the little shirin-yoku trail and stone gardens around the houses. Best feature was the lake with all the inclusive activities (boats, SUP boards, water bicycle). We also spent some time on the tennis court.

My husband and I had our wedding anniversary celebration here last weekend and we had an amazing time! We had an international crowd from 7-8 countries and everyone loved it. The staff and the owner, Rūta, were friendly, genuine and catered to all of our wishes (no matter how last minute). If the weather is not so good, you need to think in advance more about entertainment in villa. Quite small but really enjoyable spa in the forest near villa.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this secluded lakeside homestay. Private shore of the lake with linden, you can fish and go boating, spacious closed yard for children to play, neat and beautiful rooms, kind and caring landlady. We recommend it.

Very nice homestead, well-kept. We had a nice time with friends. Thank you, hostess for the kind reception, the hostess is very friendly and helpful. I really liked the coast, a private beach with lime trees, clean water, and the coast is sandy. We will definitely visit again. It is not close to residential houses, there is enough privacy. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Homestead - together with a landlady who has no idea about tact and another person's right to privacy. Follows every step and comments or expresses displeasure if something is not up to her "standards". Lives in a sauna house - use the sauna only after "passing" the housekeeper's room. Everything was alright. Nice comunication with the host. Clean, calm place for family. Bedroom was perfect. Parking place, tv, wifi are ok. Were are no kichen equipments at all-mini bar bar/fridge, dishes, cups. There were no any shampoo, shower gel and ect. Ot is a lack of conditioners imon hot weather.

Enough space for 10 adults for a long weekend stay. A bunch of different activities to do on the grounds (bbq, netball etc…) which served the group well. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating from the initial tour of the property to providing wood for the bbq and sauna.

Overall our stay was good, though it's a place for family with kids rather than a place to spend an evening with your friends. Rooms are unfinished, cables hanging from sockets etc, missing tools where other rooms had so we had to borrow them. We were shocked to see russian channels on TV (even though their propoganda is banned in Lithuania) which was 90% of what you could find on TV.. Only for that...

To spend the night in Utena, the most adequate place in terms of money and rooms. Each room has its own toilet and shower.

A large dog walks around the hotel, which, in principle, lives there, is also a frequent guest in the kitchen, which is not very hygienic. This circumstance is a little annoying. Everything else is fine if you stop for a couple of days

The hotel is more of two stars. Rooms are tiny, a bit old fashioned. Power sockets are lacking. Bathroom is extremely tiny. The hotel is clean though and although it is a bit distant from the town centre it is suitable for a very short stay. The management of the hotel was quite flexible and breakfast was good, therefore, I put additional star in my review.

This is not a 4 star Hotel. The lack of basic features and details in the rooms and at breakfast makes it less enjoyable than a decent 3 star hotel in Lithuania. The design is recent but very plain and boring. Staff was inattentive and brisk. Otherwise friendly once you got their attention.
