In a quiet and beautiful place, the sea is very close, the breakfast is delicious. Everywhere is very clean, both in the rooms and in the corridors. Pleasant and helpful staff, took into account the request for the room. We go here with our children every year. A great place to relax.

Rooms a little tired but in general all good. Everything working and very well placed. Few mins and you are either in high street or across the Monkey bridge and at the beach.

Very good location as it is close to everything. Cabin houses have everything you would need (pan, cutlery, glasses etc.). At first it is a bit hard with no AC, but eventually you get used to it. There is place for BBQ and place for kids to play. Had a lovely stay.

We stayed 6 people in two 4-place bungalows for 4 nights. The bungalows were well-situated, very close to a little river that you can jump to refresh yourself after a sauna. The houses were quite clean and each house had a set of tableware for 4 people, towels, bedding, shampoo and soap. We rested from July 7-11, 2022. A wonderful hotel, clean, quiet, very comfortable. Very attentive and responsive owners. Five minutes walk to the sea, there are many cafes and places for entertainment nearby. They were very satisfied. We definitely recommend!!!

Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. Everything was great. I did not expected, that it will so cool place. Pools outside and inside. Saunas and other stuff. We were in two floors villa. It was good, had two toilets, in one was shower. We rested on weekdays, in the middle of the week. Peaceful rest in this hotel. Good location. The beach is nearby. Neat hotel with air conditioners. Pleasant and helpful service staff. Delicious breakfast. Everything was great. We plan to come back again.

It's really close to the sea, the rooms are fine, but the "free parking" zone is really small, so it's basically nonexistant and you have to pay at least 13 euros if you're staying for one night - or you can walk 1km and park for free. Either way it's not too comfortable.

Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters. Variety of beers and cocktails to choose from, negroni was fantastic. The terrace in the summer offers beautiful views of sunset and Baltic sea.

On arrival we have been greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, they made us feel very welcomed, their hospitality level is excellent and needs to be awarded. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again. We recommend it 100%.

I really liked the communication of the staff. Everything needed was provided. The room is clean, they politely inquired about cleaning, maybe something is needed. The food in the cafe is very tasty, the employees are nice. There is a trampoline and swings for children. It would be time to repair the stairs from the outside when entering the cafe, because if they are broken, it is not safe to climb...

I stayed at the Austėja hotel for 8 nights, only four days later the housekeeper came and I had to ask for it for several days. The sheets were not changed during the entire stay...

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment). Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment. The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! I travel a lot and this is the top budget hotel I have been at. Very spacious, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, sufficient balcony, large bathroom, excellent shower, good quality towels, incredibly comfortable bed, small workspace, free wifi, multiple mirrors, hanging space, coat space, fan, large windows, bedside lights... It simply had everything and was very comfortable.

Loved the interior. Modern interior mixed with old style concert posters. Monkey 47 Gin cocktail was really well made. Only one spot better that made better gin tonics is Sanatorija Gin bar in Vilnius. Prices are higher than other places in Palanga to eat but portions, waiters are really good here. The only thing I missed was salt on my cepelinai and potatoes with my cold beet soup.

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though. Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc.
