MS Hotel

They are cheaters. Disorganized, unpolite, dishonest. We stayed in their apartment found in airbnb. They tried to make us paying twice. The owner Admir is a coward who doesn't appear after he trying to cheat. The only kind person was the receptionist, who was the only one able to speak English.

Cheap place without anything special.Water pressure and temperature changes every 10 seconds from rain drops to high stream and from almost boiling to really cold so it's hard to take a shower. Breakfasts are good with Swedish table but dinner isn't that great: same vegetable soup whole week but at least main course changes every day, but it's cold. Room and bathroom are dusty. 2 stars for breakfast, friendly owners and because it's cheap.

The buffet is terrible. Everything is drowning in fat and most often is cold. Coffe looks and tastes like water with dirt from a street.

At 00:00 you have to be in hotel, if not you will sleep out. I don t understand this. First hotel where is close at 00:00. If you want a good vacation don t go here!

We were here with friends for 10 days in September 2019. We had full board. The so-called "hotel" is a poorly equipped hostel, with an adapted room for a kitchen preparing miserable food in which we found flies. The staff reacted with surprise that something like this bothers us. After 3 days, we all began to have serious gastrointestinal problems that continued until we returned home. The request to replace the inoperative fridge was not met for the entire 10 day stay. The receptionist looked constantly offended. The whole "resort" Dobra Voda without a place to walk, in a continuous construction, with tacky stalls selling "Chinese"
I have the impression that apart from the well-known places like Kotor, Ulcijn and Budva, Montenegro has a lot to do in the field of tourism.
