Location: 44 km from airport in Tivat, 40 km from the airport of Podgorica, 22 km from the town of Budva, a resort town of Petrovac, 300 metres from town beach, 15 minutes walk from the famous beach "lučice".

Consists of one 4-storey building.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. We stayed here 14 nights but it was a nightmare. If you have any back problems, the mattress will kill you or your vacation. The cleaning was very bad, during 2 weeks they almost never cleaned the surfaces and the floor was only slightly cleaned, but never under the tables or the bed. The shower cabin had lots of mold. The breakfast was OK, but, they only serve instant coffee. I got sick with rotavirus in this hotel and stayed in bed for a week(((((. Very overpriced hotel, in my opinion. The only nice thing here were the receptionists, the were always nice and actually tried to help whenever asked. Also, the hotel is on the top of a high hill and you have to climb it every time you return to the hotel, this becomes such a burden if you want to actually relax more on your vacation. Pay more and choose a better hotel, it will be totally worth it.

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

The buffet dinner was very disappointing. The hot dishes were lukewarm, the fish and crumbed veal very dry and tough, the pasta was cold. We arrived at 645pm - 15 minutes after the buffet commenced. By this time most of the hot food dishes were empty. This was pointed out to the kitchen staff by many people. A further two dishes of food were brought out. Certainly not enough food for the volume of diners at the buffet. Not all the available tables in the dining room had cutlery, and none was to be found anywhere. The table cloth on our table was stained and dirty. There was one serviette on a table for 6 people. When these comments were raised with “Sonya” at reception they fell on deaf ears. She walked off with her back to us. Sadly a very disappointing dining experience. Insufficient food and not good quality or value for the price charged. We will be going elsewhere tonight.

This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast plentiful if a bit predictable by day 3. Reception staff very helpful but restaurant staff looked so unhappy. This hotel was ok but not good.

Terrible hotel. If you want to live with cockroach and get a food poisoning this is your hotel. Staff is also unfriendly and rude. Spa and treatments are way too expensive. Location is the only good thing in this hotel. Never again! Let the photos speak.

Much of this hotel was impressive as was the location. The room was good, the A/C worked and hot and cold water were up to scratch. The hotel was quiet and staff whilst not over enthusiastic were not disinterested. Breakfast was plentiful if a little predictable and the cooked options were very greasy but tolerable. The bar being closed at 10 was disappointing. Our main complaint was the pool. A big 5 floor multi roomed hotel had a tiny pool with maybe 20 sunbeds and whilst there were notices saying 'towels would be removed' from beds without people on them this was not the case. The sun begins to disappear into the shade from midday and is totally gone by 3pm which demonstrates a basic design fault with a hotel catering for an influx of sun seeking tourists.
