Cozy, small hotel with nice rooms and beautiful panoramic views. Located near the beautiful beaches and green forests, magnificent views of the Bay of Petrovac.

Built: 2006

Location: 44 km from airport in Tivat, 40 km from the airport of Podgorica, 22 km from the town of Budva, a resort town of Petrovac, 300 metres from town beach, 15 minutes walk from the famous beach "lučice".

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 50 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebble 300 meters from the hotel (2-coastline). Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach - fee. The beach is 2 km away and Another beach lučice is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Beach equipment is also available at extra cost

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

The buffet dinner was very disappointing. The hot dishes were lukewarm, the fish and crumbed veal very dry and tough, the pasta was cold. We arrived at 645pm - 15 minutes after the buffet commenced. By this time most of the hot food dishes were empty. This was pointed out to the kitchen staff by many people. A further two dishes of food were brought out. Certainly not enough food for the volume of diners at the buffet. Not all the available tables in the dining room had cutlery, and none was to be found anywhere. The table cloth on our table was stained and dirty. There was one serviette on a table for 6 people. When these comments were raised with “Sonya” at reception they fell on deaf ears. She walked off with her back to us. Sadly a very disappointing dining experience. Insufficient food and not good quality or value for the price charged. We will be going elsewhere tonight.

This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast plentiful if a bit predictable by day 3. Reception staff very helpful but restaurant staff looked so unhappy. This hotel was ok but not good.

Terrible hotel. If you want to live with cockroach and get a food poisoning this is your hotel. Staff is also unfriendly and rude. Spa and treatments are way too expensive. Location is the only good thing in this hotel. Never again! Let the photos speak.

Much of this hotel was impressive as was the location. The room was good, the A/C worked and hot and cold water were up to scratch. The hotel was quiet and staff whilst not over enthusiastic were not disinterested. Breakfast was plentiful if a little predictable and the cooked options were very greasy but tolerable. The bar being closed at 10 was disappointing. Our main complaint was the pool. A big 5 floor multi roomed hotel had a tiny pool with maybe 20 sunbeds and whilst there were notices saying 'towels would be removed' from beds without people on them this was not the case. The sun begins to disappear into the shade from midday and is totally gone by 3pm which demonstrates a basic design fault with a hotel catering for an influx of sun seeking tourists.

The breakfast was great value for the money, variety of salads available, scrambled or boiled eggs, croissants, coffee, tea and so on. On a few occasions there was also cake for dessert, which was exceptionally good.
The balcony where we had our breakfast and dinner had a really nice view.
There was a living room just next to the restaurant where we watched few football matches.
The room was nice and clean, with nice view from the balcony. They were changing new towels every day.

Just returned from a fantastic 7 nights at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice, the indoor pool sublime and the bed super comfy with robust air conditioning. We had no issues with WiFi and actually no issues with anything! More than this, the staff at Monte Casa were without exception kind, efficient and friendly. My mum is registered blind and they watched her like a hawk when I needed to pop to our room for 20 mins. We absolutely loved it here and are already planning our return. We love you! HVALA ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hotel very clean inside but outside not very clean. Pool area not clean with overgrown bushes full of bees/wasps which need to be removed for safety. Pool very small with little room for the few sunbeds which you had to get early. Towels left on beds were supposed to be removed but they were not!!! Very annoying when people leave them all day. Selfish. Rooms very nice and air con great. Breakfast poor as food cold most of the time. When asked for something that had run out staff took ages to sort it out or just didn't bother. Breakfast staff very miserable and not helpful. More interested in using their phones rather than cleaning tables. Reception staff ok but when we arrived it was nearly 3pm and after a very long day we were still made to wait for our room.
