Ștefan is a hospitable host who's taking care of his guests. I really recommend him. Road access is a bit challenging but you will have your car in the apartment parking always. Good food, clean and quiet. Very beautiful green garden.

Lovely place!!! Nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was simple but had everything and it was really tasty!! The hosts made us feel like home!!!

Apartment is on georgeus place, with wonderful sea views and old cityscape. Host are very welcome. There is a garden under olive trees. Room where we stayed was clean and adorable.

Medin Apartments was the best accommodation among the 9 places I stayed at in Petrovac over August-September 2017. I like its quiet location among the olive trees above the township, the value for money, clean rooms with good WiFi, family owners - and the genuinely non-smoking rooms (I stayed 4 times). Stairway access to town and beaches.

Superb place: very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, sea view, fast wifi, free parking. Only 5 minutes on foot to the beach. Best of all are the hosts who offer a wonderful welcome.

Spacious, cozy apartments, you have to walk a little to the sea, there is also a supermarket and a market within walking distance.

The hotel is good to live for 10-15 days 😉

Location is absolutely stunning. Literally built into the side of a rock. Room was very comfortable and had enough basic stuff to cook a meal with a full sized fridge/freezer. Incredible ambient on an amazing environment. The bar across the street is very nice with a great ambiance. The house is worth seeing and I can only recommend! Unfortunately, the environment of Sveti Stefan is somewhat very designed for chic, which influence the audience. Who endures the clientele but can experience wonderful days here.

This small establishment offers an excellent but reasonably priced alternative to the more costly places on the beach. Very good, small downside on the sheets not changed we had to remove them after 3 days and put them on the floor, also very well soundproofed except when the cleaning ladies at 8am clean together in the room opposite and speak loudly, breakfast buffet always the same, not great quality in the products, the staff is really very nice, no one told us that there was a swimming pool or any sign in the hotel...

Only 4 people including ourselves staying this week so hotel was quiet. Only knew this as when we arrived for breakfast there was no buffet out. We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

It's not a super style apartment but it is very usable, clean and with great views. The delivery of breakfast is a bonus. The traffic noise is a bit excessive early morning.

Modern accommodation in a prime location for excursions or beach holidays. The staff is extremely friendly and has great tips and contacts for excursions and activities. The small kitchenette is only sparsely furnished, but even allows for self-catering, since there are various supermarkets and a bakery nearby and a kiosk with cool drinks just opposite.
