In one of the nicest and quietest areas of Podgorica, I'm lucky to be in one of the nicest rooms, bright almost all day, excellent mountain view, 5 minutes from the center. The service is exemplary, great hosting, friendly like in most Mediterranean countries, one of which I belong to. I recommend it with my eyes closed 🇬🇷🇲🇪🇪🇺

A very pleasant hotel located in a quiet residential area, approximately 15 minutes from the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean. The small swimming pool, sauna, and gym are a great bonus. The fast internet connection works flawlessly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. Excellent stuff, variety of a breakfast makes it perfect. You will need to take your towels if using fitness. Fitness room is the only downside because it is not good enough equipped.
If you have a big car you may have problems with parking in the back of the hotel because of limited place and narrow entrance, at the front of hotel it wont be a problem.
Rooms facing the main street may get noise from a traffic.
Overall, hotel for recommendation.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Perla Residence for 14 days (2 consecutive weeks).

Rooms, we ordered a standard room, it came with a equipped kitchen with what we needed. It was rather big and came with a balcony. The room felt clean and nice, room service everyday around 12. It has an ac unit you can turn on and off yourself which is appreciated as I'm not accustomed to the heat.

Service, staff, the staff we've met and been in contact with has been amazing and friendly, reception, kitchen and room service, always friendly and helpful even when helping with trivial tasks. I also had email correspondence with the hotel prior to my visit and I appreciate the service given.

Service, facilities and other services, they have a laundry room, gym, indoor pool, massage, 24h reception service, elevator, bicycles, free Wi-Fi and helped us with taxi. The gym is basic and has a few machines but it is enough for average usage. The pool is a bit cold which is wonderful for the very hot weather but a bit off putting at first. We ordered roomservice of greeksalad and fresh fruit along with a martini, quality is very good and I really enjoyed the salad. We didn't order massage and we didn't ask for laundry (we brought more than enough clothes) or bicycles so no further review of that is possible. Breakfast was amazing, there's plenty to choose between and it tasted great. The day of our departure they also served smoothies which was a very nice touch.

Location, it's along a residential area with a pizzeria a block to the right (facing the entrance) and a bakery and store down the street down the corner to the left of the hotel. It's a long trip from the airport so ordering taxi prior to your arrival is recommended.

Tips for Montenegro, taxi is cheap, train is cheap (no ac and slow trains) make sure you write down adresses in case someone doesn't speak English. It'll be hot so bring water with you, make sure to have cash, train from Podgorica to Sutomore costs €2/person, Sutomore has a very nice beach which I recommend.

We enjoyed our trip, we enjoyed the service we received and we would definitely consider returning.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff and tremendous service, everyone is very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (from amount to pans). The hotel also has a lovely little pool and a small gym. The room is very spacious, the wifi is good and does not disconnect.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a few minutes from the mall and really good restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

The only downside is the drainage in the shower, the current was so strong (in a good section) but the drain could not drain the water and there was flooding after showering

We stayed in the three-bedroom flat between 9.3-9.23, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Comfortable accommodation, wonderful staff- the reception ladies were of great help and the housekeeping team cleaned to a standard higher than some five-star hotels. Only flaw was lack of a microwave, so we had to heat up milk etc. using the oven.
Overall excellent value for money, would definitely return!

I love this place! Nice people, clean and comfortable apartment, there are fitness room and SPA as well.
