The location is decent and the rooms are standard, for a 3/4 star hotel (nothing extraordinary or 5 star level). The lady who showed us around was nice and was really helpful 😊

This guest house is situated in the heart of Rabat, in very quiet area, very close to restaurants. Tea and water were also in the room upon arrival. Our room had 2 bedrooms, two televisions and also a balcony. However, there is NO lift. Owner was very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was offered in nearby restaurant, just round the corner. They also brought take-away dinner right to our door since it was raining. Extra towels were available in laundry room. Relaxing stay.

While the location is nice, the room was absolutely terrible. The bathroom was located right inside the bedroom and only separated by curtains, meaning no privacy if you want to use the toilet. During our entire stay, there was an extremely strong scent in the room which caused headaches and heavy breathing problems. We could barely sleep.

Vertrek nice rooms, fully equipped and airconditioned. Staff on the second day could be a bit more friendly/helpful though, but the quality of food and service was still good.

Disappointed, maintenance on room poor, shower not fixed to wall properly, taps were wobbly and full of gunk. First room had plaster falling off walls onto bed. Customer service was good though as they did quickly find us another room. Good location for quick access to restaurants and Mdina. Door to room directly on staircase with frosted glass so when someone uses the stairwell the light goes on and lights up the room!

We have no hesitation in recommending this Boutique Hotel. Spent four nights at My Travel House and it was a wonderful experience. This quaint Boutique Hotel, is full of charm, charachter and meticulously maintained. Though, it is in the heart of Rabat, it is peaceful, walking distance to Historical Places, such as The Silent City, Mdina and close to the Bus Stop. It is well worth visiting the I'sle Adam Band Club, for a nice meal at The Bottegin Palazzo Xara. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Jonathan Pace are always available and so ready to make your stay a comfortable one.
