Rooms are good...
Staff are nice and friendly.
Next to blue bay which is good, free boat trip which is good, but the operators simply don't care... They took us out when the current and wind was too strong, they should warn you before and recommend taking it another day.
If all inclusive it's ok with the drinks, but measures are poor, I know they use the cheap

Here’s the feedback for improvements:
First, it shouldn't be labeled as a resort but rather as a hotel. To qualify as a resort, there needs to be more space, better service, and improved quality.
Regarding cleanliness: low quality, dirty dishes, and tablecloths that remain dirty and aren't replaced. The bathroom and room were dirty, with hair from other guests everywhere. The bathroom has a leak from the shower.
The walls of the room have mold and water infiltration, causing a bad smell.
The service was terrible. I found the male staff disrespectful towards women. They were not polite.
The bar feels like a space in the middle of a road. I ordered a tropical drink that was sour.
There is no entertainment at the pool or in the only hall that serves lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
The space can be classified as a 2-star hotel.
I do not recommend it. The low price ultimately is not worth it.

We stayed a week at le peninsula resort and it was fantastic. The vibe was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and overall great. From the cleaning staff, bar tenders, entertainment staff, waiters, chefs and the boat house crew made it special for us. The food was delicious. The view is beautiful. We are definitely going back!!!!

🌟 A Truly Wonderful Stay! 🌟I recently enjoyed a stay at the Peninsula Bay Resort, and I must say, one night is simply not enough to fully experience this amazing place! The staff are incredibly energetic and proactive, always going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food and beverage service is impeccable, with a special mention to the local Mauritian cuisine buffet—though it wasn't my usual choice, I still loved every bite!A huge shoutout to the pastry chef who made my stay extra special. 🥐🍰 Kudos to the entire team for showcasing the true essence of Mauritian hospitality. The staff here truly make all the difference. Can't wait to return for my next stay! 👏

🎈pleasant, family-friendly, clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel.. the restaurant is excellent, varied, various and very delicious dishes right on the beach, fabulous surroundings, truly wonderful atmosphere! I recommend it wholeheartedly🎈

This hotel seemed great when we arrived but my partner soon became very ill after eating the breakfast buffet. He ended up in hospital for 1 day. The staff were not helpful at all and made me feel like a nuisance when asking for a plastic bag for him to be sick. There was pigeon poo all over the stairs and a pigeon in the breakfast bar. We really liked the hotel setting and facilities but spent too much time sick to really enjoy. I would not return.

Good hotel with all accommodation. The service is ok except the tea break snacks and display has to be rearranged as it was a total mess with a long wait to get 'bajias' which they put in small quantities. The dinner was not that great though it was an open buffet but the breakfast and lunch were the best. Overall it was a nice place to be and recommended for a weekend.

Beautiful location with a coral beach in front of the hotel and a nice sand public beach next to it.
We spent here 8 nights as a couple mid December, everything was up to par. Clean rooms, good food, good drinks (we bought all inclusive). All the employees were kind and friendly.
Honestly I can't understand the lower ratings as the price ratio for a 3* hotel is perfect.

Rated as a 3 star hotel, with a little finesse here & the it could easily be 4 star. The location is magnificent, beautiful sunsets, snorkeling every single day just of the beach. Lovely pool just slightly on the shallow side. 1meter deep to be exact. The rooms are good & spacious but needs a bit of updating here & there. Food options are also good with full board.

Beautiful private beach, staff is really nice and always helpful :) the hotel in general is very pretty. Recommending the spa! I also like the shows in the evening.
Points for improvement: food for breakfast, very limited choice and not really good, food for dinner is expensive and also not exceptional.
Finally, the doors in the rooms are not straightly built, so you have air passing and it's extremely noisy when people are talking or playing petanque.
