We spent a week at Shandrani with family and absolutely loved it! The views are simply magnificent — the hotel is in a bay with more than 5 beaches, each with its own vibe (calm, rough, etc). I gave it four stars because it has a free child care center called The Nest. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport but far from the market. Rooms are good... Staff are nice and friendly. Next to blue bay which is good, free boat trip which is good, but the operators simply don't care... They took us out when the current and wind was too strong, they should warn you before and recommend taking it another day. I had a wonderful stay for a day before a night flight. The check-in team were very helpful, and the room was clean and modern. From the moment you arrive, the staff and reception staff prepare you for a home-like atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and large. It's in a great location on the island, close to a shopping center and excellent restaurants.

Breakfast good enough to get you started, there are beaches and local food close by, Google is your friend. Near the airport, with regular shuttles. The hotel booking page said that we could check in at 2pm. We arrived at around 1:30pm, but the front desk said that we could only check in at 3pm. Considering that we had just finished swimming at the beach and wanted to check in earlier, the front desk was very considerate and let us check in at 2pm.

It was my first time with my husband and some friends at Maritim Crystal and we had such a great time!! The food is amazing,staff super friendly and caring. We had a relaxing massage and i can just say that it was one of the best. I would 100% recommend a stay there.

The hotel is beautiful, however, the housekeeping is bad. I saw a rat and few cockroaches in the restaurant. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There is very little entertainment outside the hotel and visitors must know that they may be stuck in the hotel and on the beachfront in order to have fun.

Nice place to chill with family. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. We visited the hotel for the second time. Our children liked the heated swimming pool. On the flip side, I felt that the kids club could be a little bit more organized. The staffs should be trained to ensure safety of the children under their responsibility at all times.

Very nice hotel overall, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent location with direct access to the water and not that stuffed with people. Again, I think the best part about this hotel are the extremely nice people that work here. Makes for an amazing atmosphere. The temperature of the showers is a little inconsistent, but that's a minor detail and can be overlooked, since the rest is flawless.

The staff was very good, polite, soft spoken and co-operative. We did not find the indian food in the hotel, although they were striving for us to provide the indian cuisine. I highly laud their efforts providing us indian food. The property is good worth to stay.

It's more like an old money style hotel. The hotel environment is good, but the facilities in the room are a little old. The power outage was short for 30 seconds twice during the two days of stay. There are three swimming pools. The hotel is large and it takes a long time to get back to the room. Personally, I prefer a more convenient and closer one.

Sands Suites Resort and Spa is a charming place to unwind. Sands' Dolphin Bar overlooks the beach and infinity pool. The activities centre offers a range of things to do on the water. Simply swimming in the sea is delightful too. The food is very good too, meaning it's easy to stay at the resort and enjoy a holiday in the sun.

I wouldn’t know where to start. THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE. It’s the staff for me, they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and comfortable. We felt incredibly well taken care of.
