The hotel is not really up to 4-star standards... very average service... very average food, dishes are too repetitive and very little choice... a shame because the hotel is good. There is room for improvement in terms of reception and service...

There is no advantage except that it is close to the port. There are stairs at night and you can't sleep at two or three o'clock in the morning. It is strongly not recommended to choose

The room is very clean and the surrounding environment is also very good, but the front desk service is a bit slow.

Lexus was tight on rooms, so the hotel transferred us to a five-star hotel on the other side of the river. Great👍, rich breakfast, upgraded to a suite, good location, next to the Blue Penny Museum, surrounded by commercial facilities. Good. Toiletries Bulgari👍👍👍

I had a very bad experience there. I was on a day pass and the staff was not friendly at all. We had to wait almost 45min for the snacks. The waiter told us that that lunch will be served at noon and we had to wait 1hr. We booked the spa for a massage at 13hr00. However, wrt to delays for lunch, we attended at 13hr15 and the therapist refuses to do our 1 hour massage. She did only 30min. Very disappointed with the service there.

Writing from hotel as we speak. 11.30 at night, noise from bar is horrible. Supposedly quiet business hotel...it is not quiet at all right now...2 hours of being unable to sleep.
2 out of 3 sinks in our apartment are leaking...reported but not fixed.
Supposedly clean bed linen is not clean and is unironed and smells musty and stale.
Lamp gas no bulb.
Spare bed, brought in so my friend and I don't have to share a bed is a child's bed, too short and creaks, with a mattress that moves when I do.
Food is unmemorable and massively overpriced. Tea, well, just don't bother. Looks and tastes like Wasing up water. Taxi over the water regularly not available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Suffren Hotel in Mauritius, and I can't say enough good things about it. Even though I checked in late at night and only stayed for a day, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.
The hotel is beautifully maintained. My room was spotless and cozy, and the lobby and restaurant areas were just as impressive. Room service was prompt and the food was great, which added to the overall positive experience.
I highly recommend Le Suffren Hotel. The exceptional service and friendly staff really stood out, and I’m looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time.
