Nice place

Very average hotel. Rooms are very small and don't look clean. Staff is helpful and kind. If you are going to spend one night in Port Louis it's fine, but not more than that. Waterfront is near, at about a 15 minutes walk.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. Facilities and service was excellent. I had an 8 pm flight and they let me keep the room until late afternoon. Very much appreciated.

It's a great place to stay, in the heart of Port Louis and next to waterfront and other amenities. Wonderful service from everyone. Would surely recommend for any business travellers.

Elevator was not working. Staff tried to accommodate for this issue. Room clean and well appointed. Good position. Expensive for what is offered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Suffren Hotel in Mauritius, and I can't say enough good things about it. Even though I checked in late at night and only stayed for a day, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall good stay. But the cleaning staff and maintenance staff are way more friendly than the front desk staff. The front desk staff are bit stuck up. Only one older guy there is nice. Maybe we were just always unlucky the few times we went to front desk, they were just not in a good mood....

This place is amazing I didn't stay a night but I went to a buffet they have many options veg . Lactose intolerant. Etc. The sushi was amazing but if you order sushi at the restaurant it can be pricey. But overall this is a great experience

This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Besides from the hard bed, the hotel provided awesome service, food, and a warm welcoming feeling. We had an event that they absolutely managed perfectly. The staff were like family, from the bartenders to the sushi chef, they made our entire group feel like family.

It's at a good quiet location, walking distance to the Waterfront, Central market and anywhere else. The rooms are basic but comfortable if you're in town for business or up and about. They could improve on the meals, particularly breakfast, what with all the local food options and fruits available. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Walking distance to all the business in Port Louis. Do not expect luxury treatments or sandy shore.. you are not paying for it! Clean spacy rooms with free WiFi. If facing the road they can be noisy, ask for rooms on the back (no sight either). the breakfast is simple but good.

The hotels are good in terms of price, Sea view should be improved, Swiming pools are well maintained. Lizards and anta should be removed from homes. Good to visit for 3 days stay.

Cocotiers is a paradise in the midst of an ocean. The singing of melodies by birds each day each morning sets each day at the Cocotiers a memorable priceless event. Cocotiers is a perfect holiday hotel!

First the positives: 1 - The room was very nice and spacious and was cleaned every day to a good standard. 2 - The outdoor area with the pool was very pleasant and the pool although not heated (which is fine considering it was very hot) was also cleaned regularly...

Very friendly staff, nice and spacious room. It is right in the middle of a business neighborhood, so it is not great for tourism. Restaurant was good. You have a lot of choices for breakfast, but some food was not great (sausages, bacon).

I went there yesterday only to have dinner with my parents at the restaurant on the occasion of my birthday. The place looked very cozy and warm. The food was very tasty but the service took long and we had to ask several times to get a drink due to a lack of staff there. Overall I give the service a 6.5 out of 10. But we all had a great time there.

Amazing staff!! They're super friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The homemade meals were really tasty and abundant. I forgot a toothpaste and they provided one for me for free. I had it on my bedroom first thing in the morning. WiFi is really good and the rooms have a nice desk to get some work done. The area is quiet and perfect to have a good night sleep

Was a very nice stay, clean and friendly. It's not a holiday lodge or hotel but it's perfect if you need a place to sleep and eat. I was very pleased that each room had it's own iron and ironing board, I normally have to ask for one.

It's a business hotel . Not very large. Located in the centre of town and easily accessible. Conference room is adequate for less than a 100 people. Food is good. Basic amenities available. Rooms are fine with essential facilities. Will get the job done. Parking is a bit of a worry, as such there is no dedicated hotel parking so you need to get a parking by yourself.

Excellent service. They trat you like their only guest. Don't eat herr if you don't like spicy foods. (you know, your curry n stuff like that)

I rented the location for a workshop. The service was great we had a coffee break and lunch break. The quality of the food was good for a good price. I only gave a 3 for location because the underground parking was horrible. I scraped the bottom of my car and it was very small. I would not advise to use their parking if you have a small car. It is practical that it's close to a metro line.

been there for a book launch and was quite impressed for my first attendance in a hotel in town. very spacious and fully equipped. the only inconvenience is the parking and the now one lane road because of the trains that make the traffic slow

Went there for a conference only. Nice and helpful staff. Food is good and the restaurant is on the 12th floor so the view is great. It offers an underground parking which is limited to a few cars. The parking entrance is right below the building and a bit narrow with a deep downward slope so coming out will be a bit tricky.

The place has good rooms, very spacious. Experience was bad. The food doesn't taste well. Place is very dirty. Rooms had no disposal bins. Windows are not clean. My sheets look as if they were not changed. The place needs improvement.

When you think of a great place to stay in Mauritius, think of Palms Hotel. You will be nicely surprised how much more there is beyond the legendary local hospitality that can make your visit so enjoyable.

It is one awesome place to stay..you will never get a feel that you are staying in hotel.. It's like home.. The staffs n services was awesome n beyond expectation... I went there for my vaccation , had a great time over there...infact I don't want to move out of my room...more than comfortable and happy stay..I would love to go again only to stay in Auberge le rajah..

A good place if you are looking for something cheap. It's way far from the tourist destinations, but I was on a business trip and it was just perfect. The reception is open 9am - 5 pm only, this may give you some trouble. But it gets compensated by the awesome service by the staff. All in all a perfect place for a small stay
