It's at a good quiet location, walking distance to the Waterfront, Central market and anywhere else. The rooms are basic but comfortable if you're in town for business or up and about. They could improve on the meals, particularly breakfast, what with all the local food options and fruits available. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Walking distance to all the business in Port Louis. Do not expect luxury treatments or sandy shore.. you are not paying for it! Clean spacy rooms with free WiFi. If facing the road they can be noisy, ask for rooms on the back (no sight either). the breakfast is simple but good.

Very average hotel. Rooms are very small and don't look clean. Staff is helpful and kind. If you are going to spend one night in Port Louis it's fine, but not more than that. Waterfront is near, at about a 15 minutes walk.

It's an old hotel with very good location.  Service standards are very good. The room does need renovation and room lighting should be improved.

The Hotel was not busy , yet it was always difficult getting served. The hotel hosted a Private function on our second night that took up the entire wharf area. We were able to sit in the area. Amazing staff!! They're super friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The homemade meals were really tasty and abundant. I forgot a toothpaste and they provided one for me for free. I had it on my bedroom first thing in the morning. WiFi is really good and the rooms have a nice desk to get some work done. The area is quiet and perfect to have a good night sleep

It's a business hotel . Not very large. Located in the centre of town and easily accessible. Conference room is adequate for less than a 100 people. Food is good. Basic amenities available. Rooms are fine with essential facilities. Will get the job done. Parking is a bit of a worry, as such there is no dedicated hotel parking so you need to get a parking by yourself.

Excellent service. They trat you like their only guest. Don't eat herr if you don't like spicy foods. (you know, your curry n stuff like that)

I rented the location for a workshop. The service was great we had a coffee break and lunch break. The quality of the food was good for a good price. I only gave a 3 for location because the underground parking was horrible. I scraped the bottom of my car and it was very small. I would not advise to use their parking if you have a small car. It is practical that it's close to a metro line.

been there for a book launch and was quite impressed for my first attendance in a hotel in town. very spacious and fully equipped. the only inconvenience is the parking and the now one lane road because of the trains that make the traffic slow

Went there for a conference only. Nice and helpful staff. Food is good and the restaurant is on the 12th floor so the view is great. It offers an underground parking which is limited to a few cars. The parking entrance is right below the building and a bit narrow with a deep downward slope so coming out will be a bit tricky.

The place has good rooms, very spacious. Experience was bad. The food doesn't taste well. Place is very dirty. Rooms had no disposal bins. Windows are not clean. My sheets look as if they were not changed. The place needs improvement.

When you think of a great place to stay in Mauritius, think of Palms Hotel. You will be nicely surprised how much more there is beyond the legendary local hospitality that can make your visit so enjoyable.

A good place if you are looking for something cheap. It's way far from the tourist destinations, but I was on a business trip and it was just perfect. The reception is open 9am - 5 pm only, this may give you some trouble. But it gets compensated by the awesome service by the staff. All in all a perfect place for a small stay

Perfect hotel and beach Great villa and staff. The beach is fantastic and a good choice of restaurants. Nothing is cheap in Mauritius but similar to other Indian Ocean or top Caribbean resorts.

I can only recommend this extraordinary resort. Our family had an amazing time at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber. We have been there twice already and we will go there again. Great value studio apartment. Modern furnishings and décor, small garden terrace and a modern bathroom and small kitchenette. Very clean. Nice swimming pool overlooking the ocean. A very short stroll to a gorgeous long beach, maybe less than a minute. Only negative would be it was quite noisy, other guests could be heard outside and also from the apartment above. Nice place but no room service etc. You have to arrange everything on your own. But otherwise very clean and well maintained place just by the sea.
