Hotels in Kuala Terengganu

We stay here for 3days 2nights. It is said this is the best hotel in Town.. Most reviews commended on the spaciousness of the rooms, no doubt about it. My comments will be on details: 1. A very well kept hotel. The bellboys are very helpful and humble. The receptionist Cik Hikmah was very friendly and humble too. Room service staff very very efficient. There is a nice aroma when we enter the hotel. The children's water playground is nice and well kept too. Ample parking space.

I love everything about this stay. The location, room, toilet, front desk all.. almost perfect. But pls improve your room service menu. Should have more variety. Your tv signal also bad. Other than that. Fine

I think this was considered the high end hotel in Kuala Terengganu. Good enough for overnight before heading to island. At least it is clean. Toilet and bathroom are separated so 2 person can do their business at the same time. Near to airport but far from city center (18min). Overall is good.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of locals food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room but design is a little like "cheap kitchen kabinet". Parking is at the back & a little dark. There is a lot of cars parked beside the road in front making maneuver a bit of challenge

If you are looking for a short getaway, i would highly recommend this island. Very quite and not alot of customer. They do provide a complete range of activities for you including snorkelling, mountain hiking, karaoke, and many more. To those who love scuba diving, this is one of the best dive centre that i visited. Highly recommended for night dive if you have an Advance Scuba Diving License.

I had the 3D2N stay here and was average during the stay, with the sea life being the best part of my stay. The room is very dated and dark, would’ve been better with installing a large sliding door overlooking the pool to brighten up the room, and bizarre bathroom layout with two shower/toilet combo. This is the biggest hotel on the island. It is well maintained and the rooms are clean. We did the night snorkeling which was much fun! Props to Qiwooi, he is basically the PR guy who will welcome you when you arrive. Had an amazing time swimming with the fishes. Staff are friendly, buffet spreads are plentiful and decent. Kid friendly, however the pool is considered a "quiet zone" because rooms are located very close by. You're gonna have a great time if you decide to come here.

One of the best hotels we have visited to. Many things to do and everything was so pretty . One of the best beaches in Bali . Good breakfast with so many choices. The only thing I complain is that as it’s located on the nature side there are many flies around, found 1 inside the room . So I would recommend not to open the windows room too often .

Duluxe king - has window etc like featured. But has limited iron & the blanket caused us itchiness. Had to roll out the dust & stone before when to sleep. Maybe they don't change the bedding freq.

The room is suppose to be clean but unlucky me, I found a live cockroach. The bathroom has an annoying water dripping sound. Not sure about other guests but I find it creepy when the mirror is facing exactly at the bed I'm sleeping on. The price for a one night stay is cheap if you can stand the water dripping sound (maybe only my room). Ample parking and food is within walking distance with convenience...

good budget hotel to stay & relax overnight. room is small but clean. located at nearby chendering beach. however no elevator ya and sound proofing very poor. you can hear clearly your next room use shower. kids laughing outside. lol and please sediakan tong sampah kat luar hotel. saya perhatikan ada yang buang bungkusan kat tepi2 divider, which is not nice lah
