Came with two bus groups to do qurban in terengganu and staying at this hotel,the hotel is next to the beach with a beautiful view and also close to the shopping center , the room is nice and clean , the breakfast has a variety of food options the taste also delicious , very satisfying .

Rooms were nice, old hotel so couldn't except more. Facilities were old but some worked well. Cleanliness in the common area could use further improvements especially the pool. Value for money. Location was great, near to beach, near to KTCC mall, near to Drawbridge.

The food. The rooms. And the place is just right. There's a small pool by the beach where you can bask and enjoy the morning sun. Multiple function halls and seminar rooms available if you ever need one. Friendly staff, especially at the dining area. Made me feel like home. Nothing much changes here at Primula over the years. If you want a beachfront location in the city, this would be the place. That if you don't mind the old-school feeling of it. Breakfast spread was poor for a hotel of this category. Wifi was close to non-existent. Family guests however will find themselves quite happy here as there's a big pool for kids.

A very well kept hotel. The bellboys are very helpful and humble. The receptionist Cik Hikmah was very friendly and humble too. Room service staff very very efficient. There is a nice aroma when we enter the hotel. The children's water playground is nice and well kept too. Ample parking space.

We love staying here since it is next to the mosque. The room furnishing needs to improve as it is quite old. The king-sized mattress is good and firm. The bathroom floor is slippery.

The hotel needs to refresh and refurbish the rooms badly, it all seems dated and old. Mattress is springy and can obviously sense it requires replacing. To attract quality tourists to the state they need to up their game and not just be an okay hotel for the locals.WIFI was non existent.

Excellent hotel to stay in Kula Terengganu. Polite staff and excellent breakfast options as complimentary. Suitable for vegetarians also. This is an old hotel which didn't do any upgrading and bad upkeep. The shower knob for hot and cold wasn't working very well and I almost got scalded as the hot water seemed to pour more despite adjusting both tops evenly. I think it's just fine. But the resort wouldn't show enough signs.y family were looking over the place for the reception but it took is so long because there were no signs or even of there is, it's not clear enough for customers who arrives during night time.

Rooms are small and walls are thin, just a normal budget hotel to spend a night before our ferry trip to the island. Deposit RM100 needed. The management did tried their best n provide surau also for Muslims bcs the room are so small and only have space to walk around the beds.

For the price rate of RM70 to RM80 a night, I have had a better experience than my experience here. The room is quite small and there is not enough space for prayer. The cleanliness is not satisfactory because it is dusty and dirty. The aircond is also not cold because the aircond looks dirty. I hope it will be better in the future and I hope the management can take care of this. Thank you .

Good value for the price. We took the family room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. It has a bathtub! Towels and soap and shampoo are provided. Air cond remote was not working but management came quickly to fix it. Centrally located just a short walk from Chinatown and the waterfront. Ample parking behind the building. Lifts are quite slow. Communal iron was not working.

The location is excellent. Service is good and the room is clean. I booked a family deluxe room and it is spacious. Mind you although two cards are provided for the occupants but only one can be used for entering the room. Thus, you have to make sure you carry the correct card if you plan to leave one card inside the room. Parking is there but limited which is the only setback I noticed.

Budget hotel at the center of Kuala Terengganu. The design and interior is clean but outdated. TV channel was limited. Staff was good but some are not attentive. Parking is quite far from hotel. The stay experience was okay. The facilities may need to be upgraded for client’s comfort in the future. They responded fast to us when we need them to open the locked toilet door (due to my mistake) and fixed the aircond for my parents’ room. If you are looking for a short getaway, i would highly recommend this island. Very quite and not alot of customer. They do provide a complete range of activities for you including snorkelling, mountain hiking, karaoke, and many more. To those who love scuba diving, this is one of the best dive centre that i visited. Highly recommended for night dive if you have an Advance Scuba Diving License.

Had an amazing time swimming with the fishes. Staff are friendly, buffet spreads are plentiful and decent. Kid friendly, however the pool is considered a "quiet zone" because rooms are located very close by. You're gonna have a great time if you decide to come here.

One of the best hotels we have visited to. Many things to do and everything was so pretty . One of the best beaches in Bali . Good breakfast with so many choices. The only thing I complain is that as it’s located on the nature side there are many flies around, found 1 inside the room . So I would recommend not to open the windows room too often .

Was recommended by my expat friend based at TGG as the location is prime to the beach (2mins), delicious makan stalls (2mins) & Thai pasar Malam. Other than that, nothin to shout about. Pretty basic. No hair dryer not iron although there was an iron board. Water heater, 6 florescent lights 😱 a twin dusty bed! 😤 The only consolation is its spacious n a stone's throw to the beach!!👍🏻⛱️
