Swiss-Garden Beach Resort, Kuantan

The place is still under renovation. We chosen this place for a night stay before heading to Trengganu . The room experience is ok until midnight when the sewage smell suddenly become very strong that we need to open the window .

All good . Just disappointed that the kids club facilities
Ps4 need to pay a fees to use. It should be free for kids to use ( eg: limit 30 min per session ) so that all kids can enjoy which is practice by other hotel.

Went during school holidays plus public holiday, all good but very crowded in breakfast time even need to queue but I very enjoyed

Although the hotel is currently under major renovations, I still had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend having breakfast early, especially during peak season or school holidays, as the queue can get quite long.

De-stress with family at beach front Swiss-garden Kuantan. Had a terrific time in newly refurbished family room although when arrived the main lobby was still under renovation. After sumptous breakfast, we went for ATV ride by the beach which cost rm50 for a 30-minute fun ride 🏍

Always a pleasant stay at Swiss Garden Kuantan. It’s our go-to hotel whenever we’re on a work trip. Conveniently located closer to Gebeng compared to staying in the city centre

Despite the hotel still being under renovation, I truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the staff throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Looking forward to seeing the hotel after the renovation is complete!

this is our third visit to Swiss Garden beach Resort Kuantan. we found out that this round the service is drop. our in room service didn't clean it.. its 'stay' in front of room for 2d2n. we really hope that the service can be improved. besides, the swiss care line always no one answer!!

Other than this, overall is perfect. we love the amenities, and the environment.

Even the place is still under renovation but the staff the area the surrounding is welcoming. Really really have please not stay with my kids. The kids room is top notch. The kids pool also.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. A bit dissappointing as some part of the resort are under renovation i.e Lobby area. Something i only discovered after confirming my booking. It impacted the first impression and experience. You cannot relax at the balcony due to noise from renovation. I truly hope the renovations will bring improvements.
