Swiss-Garden Beach Resort, Kuantan

Hotel staff very friendly. Swimming pool is so big and clean. Have kid zone for swimming called splash. Breakfast comes with variety of foods, desert and many more. Spacious parking area. Beach is beautiful. Special thanks to receptionist, parking valet attendance and bellman for making our stay there a memorable experience. Will come back again!

We had a pleasant stay during our 4D3N family vacation in the last week of Dec’23. Check in was smooth, the service was improved ever since we visited 5 years ago. Kudos to the staff - concierge, front office, pool, games room and Garden Terrace.

What we love: The newly refurbished room is the top notch of this hotel and it is the reason why we give second chances to this hotel ..comfortable, modern, spacious, spotless clean, had ample storage space/wardrobe to keep our things. The view from our balcony was a sight for sore eyes, beautiful beach and peaceful (not many people during that time). Both adult and kids’ pools are well maintained. Well-designed games room/children’s playroom and amenities. The choice of foods at the Garden Terrace during breakfast was quite ok. Lunch and dinner we didn't try it..also we haven't tried other cafes..so it's unfair for us to review on it.

Room for improvement: The lobby, registration counter and Garden Terrace cafe are showing its age...outdated in comparison to other features of this hotel e.g. room, playroom, gym. The mood and ambience were unpleasant and gloomy that making us not wants to stay there for too long. The hallways to the room/playroom/the pool were also need to be upgraded. There was musty smell in the elevator and children’s playroom. Yet, we believe the hotel is working to refurbish its facilities.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here...definitely will come back and hope to see the new look!!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here for 3D2N. We stayed in 3 separate rooms. All rooms are very new, spacious, and equipped with a modern minimalist style. The hotel is a kid-friendly hotel as it has a spacious kids' swimming pool and playroom. The beach is accessible from the hotel and comes with a lot of activities such as ATV and horse riding.

The staff provided the best service as they were very helpful and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and definitely will come back!! If you have kids, this is definitely the right place to bring them here!

P/s: the newly renovated room does not have a bathtub like the old one. It would be nice if a bathtub is included in the hotel room 🤪

First n foremost service they provide to guests exceeded the expectation. Staffs are friendly. A perfect place for vacation with family especially for children. They got indoor and outdoor play area. Lot of activities for children with proper guidance and support. Caffe, bar and restaurant and awesome. Rooms are spacious and maintained well. Adults got beach activities in evenings. A clean and neat white sand beach shore maintained well by resorts around there.

Our vacation here was amazing. The whole staff was so kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, even though a bit old facility, everything was in excelant condition. The only disappointing thing was the lack of handed shower head, because we were with 16 month old child and taking shower was difficult. The breakfast was quite variety and tasty. The hotel has direct access to beautiful, clean and quiet beach. The pools are perfect and the hole family had a really fun time in them. If you plan to visit the hotel necessary include Saturday, because they offer free spectacular fire show on the beach, it was really amazing. Near by the hotel you can ride ATV on the beach on such a good price.

Greeted by friendly staff at reception. They are very courteous when explaining about the room and facilities. The room was great. No unpleasant smell and very clean. Tried two restaurants. Both offered ample variety of dishes. Facilities like swimming pool and beachside are clean and well kept. Overall I felt like they really care about my stay there. The hotel located about 12km from Kuantan town.
My only caution is if you are planning on taking a nap after a long drive you may want to avoid ground level rooms because it can be noisy with traffic of people using the swimming pool and going to the beach.

Enjoyed a 3d2n stay at the hotel, was assign to room with pool and beach view, view was stunning, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly with good level of patience. Have room for improvement on dining when comes to food variety. Overall was a pleasant stay. Keep it up!!
