Hotels in Kuantan

The place is still under renovation. We chosen this place for a night stay before heading to Trengganu . The room experience is ok until midnight when the sewage smell suddenly become very strong that we need to open the window .

All good . Just disappointed that the kids club facilities Ps4 need to pay a fees to use. It should be free for kids to use ( eg: limit 30 min per session ) so that all kids can enjoy which is practice by other hotel.

Went during school holidays plus public holiday, all good but very crowded in breakfast time even need to queue but I very enjoyed

Although the hotel is currently under major renovations, I still had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend having breakfast early, especially during peak season or school holidays, as the queue can get quite long.

De-stress with family at beach front Swiss-garden Kuantan. Had a terrific time in newly refurbished family room although when arrived the main lobby was still under renovation. After sumptous breakfast, we went for ATV ride by the beach which cost rm50 for a 30-minute fun ride 🏍

Always a pleasant stay at Swiss Garden Kuantan. It’s our go-to hotel whenever we’re on a work trip. Conveniently located closer to Gebeng compared to staying in the city centre

1st Time stay vacation here, wow nice n excellent hotel service. Food n Beverage very delicious and variety food. The room too big for me with family totally 5 person. Service from reception I give 5 ⭐. Their pool very big.. I suggest anybody want to stay here..

Old interior rooms. But thats ok since we spent most of the times at the pool! Very large and interesting layout pool. Ada like waterpark for the kids. The strentgh of this resort definitely the pool, waterpark and beach. Agak jauh like 1-2km from main road where most of the kedai makan located.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. The room is quite spacious. Located nearby the beach. Lots of paid activities at the beach. Kids friendly pool. The pool also open for visitor. Not much of choices for breakfast buffet. But the foods was good. Parking also provided.

We took a connecting room with balcony, facing pool and beach. Kids and adults pool is nice, food (steamboat dinner, breakfast, room service) is delicious. Direct access to beach where you can do activities such as banana boat and ATV. They also have a woodball area, but haven't asked on it as I have no idea how to play 😅 Not far from city centre too, about 30mins drive. Good place to relax and spend...

Overall is good to stay. A comfort room with good condition. Spacious and clean. Average breakfast, nice food but quite limited. A big swimming pool just like a river give enough space even lot of guest use it. Wide spece for kids and kids enjoys swimming and play just like water park but the playground in the water is aging and oldies.

Great place for kids which awesome pool for 3 star resort. Worth every penny. nearby attractions place 30 min to kemaman and kuantan . manage to paint our batik at batik village..we are having great time here with kids

It seems like a budget hotel yet it's a lot, i mean a lot and much much more than just another budget hotel. Location is excellent, it is very near East Coast Mall. Several eatery outlets nearby. There's Cowboy Mart just across the road. The room is spacious and clean! Unlike most budget hotels where you have to go outside to do your ironing, this hotel has iron in its room!! I took the single room without window, nothing much to complain about. Good thing is the room is clean, no unpleasant scents, washroom dry and organized. Just checked out. Strategic location,opposite to KCM & can walk to ECM. Room is clean & mine is standard room but its cozy, have hair dryer, iron etc ( at least i dont need to request.). Its worthy for a cheap price & short stay.

Check in is smooth.The girl staff is very helpful and kind. The room is quite big. 4pillows available in room. Astro not functioning well. Just 1 channel is available. My only problem is the cleanliness of the room. Bathroom dirty. The air conditioning also not very cold. I stayed 3D2N, but there's no daily housekeeping available. Location is near shopping mall.

Everything was great, water is strong just shampoo can add more for customers who staying for more than 1 night and the blanket need to clean properly when putting in to the new bed, in the midnight i felt abit itchy of that blanket. Still recommended to visit this hotel.

Almost perfect hotel for budget conscious people

The family room is reasonably priced & spacious (advertised for 3 occupants but should accommodate 4 comfortably).

The room was super big! Bigger than my apartment! Bed and pillows were just right. TV was a bit small but ok quality. Bathroom was nicely decorated with bathtub. However, the latter had the tap leaking and the drain closure system spoiled. Amenities were adequate. Pool was big and looks nice. Breakfast was good. Small spread but good tasting. Surroundings were not that good but out of their control...

Dinner at the chinese restaurant. Price reasonable. Food serving n portion also worthy. Staff helpful n friendly. Tq

Poorly maintained facilities. Pool is dirty. Mini themepark is the only attraction here. Room is so so. No access card, still using key. Dont expect any high end security system. Checking in was a breeze. Ample of parking space for visitors.

Pool are too small for holiday getaway. Room size could be better. Shower head not convenience to use. Should be improved

More than half of the place is managed by Swiss Garden Hotel Management, whilst the rest is managed by private owners. The swimming pool is huge with slides and tube-slide which children would go craze. Do not expect this resort to have a good restaurants like Swiss Garden Hotel the neighbour as there is only one restaurant operated by external party. Anyhow, this place is still a great holiday gateaway...

Awesome location, right beside the kuantan tower. Parking is free and guarded too. Good for a quick stay.

Ok location in city centre n close to amenities

Breakfast was too simple, was expecting at least there is some eggs for their nasi lemak. I mean thats like compulsory when you want to call a dish as nasi lemak

Decided to stay at this hotel for a night. The seconds you step out of the hotel, you can find many cafes and eateries. The room (Premier Deluxe King) is big with window facing the river with the big Kuantan sign. It was lovely. The room is exactly as advertised. Will stay again for a short stay.

Hotel location is top notch. Easy to access halal food and many cafes around. Great that it has free parking too. However, cleanliness is average. The towels have lots of stain marks. The floor feels sandy (no carpet in the room). Breakfast not bad actually, has quite varieties of food. Iron board is outside the room (very well used, looks kinda old). But overall, a decent hotel for low cost stay.

The beach and the serene surroundings . Food is easy to find. The nasi lemak for breakfast was excellent !

Superb location. A walking distance to the beach. Came here on a weekday during school holidays, however the beach was not crowded at all. A lot of road-side restaurants along the main road leading to the resort. The room was not luxurious, but comfortable. Overall this place is well-maintained and the owners are friendly.

Good for family vacation. Children enjoy the great momment together, swimming in the pool and playing at the beach.

Very nice view, peaceful and clean. Beautiful beach and quiet spot.Truely village panoramic view.Shaded swimming pool is the favourite spot for kids. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My car was brokedown after check out. The owner and her family help us a lot. Definitely, recommended to all of you.

Breakfast is good eventhough just a simple breakfast. Tasty nasi lemak and kuey teow goreng. Location is great. Just beside a mosque and opposite kuantan city mall.

Uncle is friendly. Easy assessable to ecm/kcm. There's no need to wander what to eat everymorning because the pasar pagi is just next beside.

I was using Google Map when I need to search for hotel and it's send me to somewhere else. I was stay for 1 night because of small work I need to do in Kuantan. For me every was good. The suggestion for improvement would be free of dust bed sheet since I am very meticulous about cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the town and very convenient to stay for a day or two. Receptionist at that time was very helpful person. He gave our family a medium room that fixed our family. Recommended to stay for a day or two days.

Room so warm,clean and cozy, toilet very clean, that most important to me as me and my huaband are from working journey,easy to find the location, near the city and can find place to eat easily, the price is very reasonable

This hotel is near to town and other attraction places. Staff are friendly. Room is a bit small and a few basic facilities provided. Aircond is old and not that cold. Water leaking from the ceiling in my room. There is one lift in the premise. Parking lots are plenty but usually left few lots to park if you're lucky. Over all it is recommended to stay here.

It's a good place to stay if you are planning not to stay at a hotel for a long time. The price is also good. It's better to book it online since you can get cheaper price than walk-in. My problem here is only on the wifi available. The line sometime went worse and sometime I can't even connect it. There is parking available around there, but it's a small site. The receptionist is also easy to communicate...

Breakfast nasi lemak so much delicious, you can eat how much you want. One thing i really hate, if the elevator not in service, you gotta take stairs. Long hour drive car got jet lagged meh

The room are big,comfortable & clean. TV functions well, air-con good, clean toilet but so many ants all over the table & my son found a big cockroach in the room. But I killed it as soon as I see it went out again coz I'm allergic with their legs...please call the pest control & solved this matters. Otherwise OK... No problem. I recommended this hotel to all...

The room and the bathroom was clean. And the price is worth it since it is a budget hotel. Just that there's no lift only staircase so not suitable for elderly ppl. Also the smoke smell at the lobby is quite strong and sometimes the smell sticks on your clothes. Overall, it was a decent hotel.

-The internet is good to use for WhatsApp, YouTube etc but not enough to have a video conversation, i had to use it at the reception -There was hot water in the bathroom -Free coffee and water -Toliet paper -The room was clean -Location is perfect

Good price, Good location, nearby kedai makan, 7e & tourist spots..clean (bed ok, room size big, shower, TV, AC & WiFi all working well)..RM58 per night . Only issue is no lift. Sharp stairs case (a bit dangerous for children or adults)
