I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share some feedback. While I appreciate that the interior of the room has been newly renovated, I was quite surprised that the corridors and room doors were not updated as well. They appear old and worn, which creates a sharp contrast with the modern room interiors. Additionally, there appears to be no control or signage to encourage guests to dry off...

Definitely will be my top choice if come to kuantan again. Place undergo renovation and upgrading work and really looking forward to thats in future. Room is clean, amenities provided also ok. Staff really helpful and very nice. There is fireshow at night and i really enjoyed it. The pool also clean. The design of the room not really privacy but thats ok. The beach very clean.

No problem throughout the whole stay. But a bit slow on queueing for breakfast. Has facilities like pickle ball but need to pay. Has gym and swimming pool and is free of charge. Why can’t all sport activities free for hotel guest? Able to direct access to beach is a plus point to choose this hotel.

Staffs are friendly n efficient. Dealt with Haiqal during arrival registration n his very friendly. Nice sea view

The place is still under renovation. We chosen this place for a night stay before heading to Trengganu . The room experience is ok until midnight when the sewage smell suddenly become very strong that we need to open the window .

Best hotel! Spacious rooms and a large pool. Very satisfied, everything was perfect here.

The hotel was fine, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd happily stay here again, God willing.

This was my second visit here, and this time I brought my parents along. However, this stay was less enjoyable. The main reason was that the swimming pool, which was exclusive to guests during my previous visit, was open to outside visitors this time. As a result, the pool was quite crowded, and it was hard to move freely when trying to swim. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine.

The hotel swimming pool and beach are beautiful. Good for relaxation and near to outlets...

The exterior of the hotel appears quite old, but the rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. The main highlight of this hotel is the mini water park and swimming pool, which are a big hit with the kids. They had a great time, making it a fun and enjoyable stay for families.

My stay had been a very pleasant one. What I love about this hotel is the cozy room and comfy bed. Location is very strategic where I can easily get food just by walking 5 to 10 mins near & across the hotel. Also, the staffs are very professional, understanding and swiftly took care of our problems. My friend's room aircond was not working well. They had it checked and fixed right away. However it...

Perfect place to stay with complete facilities in the room (iron, kettle, mini fridge, toiletries just shampoo, soap which is still okay) Plenty of parking. Great location. Smooth check in and check out process. Clean. Great price, just stayed here for one night to take a break from Terengganu drive (otw to KL)

Check in and out is seamless. Location is good with plenty of street parking. Room is clean although slightly aged. Overall worth the price paying. Second time staying at Skytree and will consider to stay here again for my next visit in Kuantan.

We had a very comfortable stay — definitely great value for money. The room, bathroom, and even the lobby were all clean, with no unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. This is my second time. As usual, selesa dan near to Kuantan hot spot.

The rooms are neat & clean, comfortable and staff are friendly. I like the surrounding area and very convenient to buy food for breakfast,lunch or dinner.

Just checked out. Strategic location,opposite to KCM & can walk to ECM. Room is clean & mine is standard room but its cozy, have hair dryer, iron etc ( at least i dont need to request.). Its worthy for a cheap price & short stay.

Check in is smooth.The girl staff is very helpful and kind. The room is quite big. 4pillows available in room. Astro not functioning well. Just 1 channel is available. My only problem is the cleanliness of the room. Bathroom dirty. The air conditioning also not very cold. I stayed 3D2N, but there's no daily housekeeping available. Location is near shopping mall.

Everything was great, water is strong just shampoo can add more for customers who staying for more than 1 night and the blanket need to clean properly when putting in to the new bed, in the midnight i felt abit itchy of that blanket. Still recommended to visit this hotel.

Services & room very nice and good Please make sure your team housekeeping make proper cleaning. Some blankets not clean also table have many dust.

This is a Muslim-friendly hotel, located near eateries and a shopping mall. The breakfast spread was good. The pool is kid-friendly, too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Quick check in process, got a big room with settee, a short walking distance to Berjaya Megamall for a reception.
