Absolute junk of a hotel. Don't waste your money here. Run down looking rooms, hot water not working, supposed to come with a mini fridge but didn't come with it, towels all were not given until asked, said parking ticket was validated but didn't end up getting validated. So many better hotels nearby, don't waste your time and money here. Regret staying here.

Arrived at 2:30pm and asked for early check in but was denied because the room was not ready. The staff at the check in counter was not friendly and didn’t even bother to smile or talk nicely..Then when we finally got the room, the toilet smells like pee.. and there’s no remote for the tv. Called the housekeeping and they just sprayed the toilet with refresher but we insisted they clean the floor again.. no face towel.. water pressure was good but the shower head is broken.. cannot watch Astro due to bad weather as it was raining. Pool was ok but near the pool there a pile of abandon old woods.

Hotel management should do something about their service and facilities.
