Stayed here second time. Maybe due to high arrivals, service quality was dropped compared to my last stay.

First time back at my regular PJ hotel since covid. Many changes and the renovations (not complete) has definitely spruced up the look. Service remains immaculate.

I ve only came for seminar. Te hall room is nice. I like the simple breakfast and tea break but not for the lunch menu. The main course is not fresh as supposed to be to suite with the star rating hotel.

We had Falun Dafa experience sharing conference here. The ball room is nice, class is high. Food was fine as well. Enough private parking. We did not stay overnight though. Overall experience was good.

The room we stayed in was big but pretty sparse and could do with some revamping. I think some paintings on the wall would liven things up. Stay was overall comfortable. For a short trip this is a quite ok experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It is hard to contact them by trip free call, but they reply my mail inquiry within decent time. Breakfast was ok and for this price i think it is worth the money. Location also is very nice, direct view to blue mosque and located next to a small shopping center. Very convenient.

Generally the hotel staff and environment are good. Overall, water pressure is great with plenty of electrical output socket. Disappointed are the choice of TV program, limited choice of breakfast and the parking level with the hassel to authenticate at lobby before we can exit.

Had few nights in Best Western i-City and my little brothers are having their best time on school break. Went to water park beside to hotel everyday, free of charge thanks to Best Western. Also their breakfast is delicious and the vibes is enjoyable.

very comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff especially the house keeping. the price so fair you can get free buffet breakfast and water park free for 2 person. Very strategic location all you can access by walking and if coming here don't forget to request the room facing theme park, you can see the very nice lighting scenery.

Rooms and service are good, but the location is very bad. Getting there in a taxi or even private vehicle is very difficult if you are not around from here. The parking area or the front area will be crowded at weekend and expect long vehicles queues.

Very helpful staff especially Ms Jessica. The food was delicious. And my room was excellent. I like it very much. Affordable staycation package with breakfast, Hi tea, snack bar, free movie and theme park ticket. Also complimentary of birthday decorations. Near to I centre mall. Recommended.

Stay here for 2 night. Although the room a little bit small, it was very clean. The staff from the receptionist, guards and room service are great. Very polite and always greet you. The matress is very comfy and so are the pillow. The only negative point to my dislike is during the night, a lot of noise coming from the amusement park nearby.

This is one of my favourite hotel in Shah Alam. The hotel was very nice and had a lot of great eateries just a walking distance from the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It has all what I need and meet my expectations. I would recommend this hotel and I will be staying there for my next visit.

This makes it a perfect location, where the usual high decibel din does not force any attendees to shout until hoarse. It is located in Shah Alarm's UITM campus. Good for a short stay. It is a quiet area next to a hospital but listening to someone continuosly shouting is very disturbing. I am not sure where did the sound came from as it was very close...might be next door. Elevator worked well but slow. Ample parking space but you have to pay for each entry. Overall good.

Great easy spot I can go to my campus nearby . All room come with private bathroom hassle free whenever I need go out in the morning.

great accomodation. spacious hotel parking space provided. booked for a couple room with window but have no complimentary snacks. have water filter and ironing board provided at the aisle. the hotel lobby also provide 24hours free self service coffee maker machine for guests. included with breakfast with adequately fulfilling menu.

This is a private daily rental. We stayed for a night. Car park inside Sunway is great. At that moment, we were surprised to see lobby in B1 level. Such a One-table lobby! Later we found we can only access to our unit thru B1. The moment we walked into the unit, it was amazing decorated even thought it is a small studio. One unit for four persons are comfortable. It takes a queue because only one toilet...

VFM place to stay at the pyramid tower. Suite comes with all amenities for business travelers. I've also seen families stay here. Ask for the suites facing the lagoon for a great view from the balcony.

Great resort with super luxury lifestyle.. But room services are very much slow and not upto the mark... Other things at resort like waterpark and wildlife park and x park is amazing... Definately you should go there n enjoyyyy

The Hotel overall condition is acceptable versus the price that they charged. The toilet and the bed sheet can be better improved. The front desk staffs are friendly.

Near ro Mentari BRT which connected to Sunway Pyramid. A lot of stalls, eatery and medan nearby all walking distance. I used to go for body massage 10 Mins walking from this hotel. Linen need to be changed. Pillows are very thick and old buy you get what you pay.

An inexpensive hotel with decent room. However only improvement will be the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel amenities/ cupboards /side table. Side table /cupboard was dirty and dilapidated. In need of refurbishment of the rooms . WiFi signal was terrible and impossible to log on.

The place look great from outside, but the room here a bit dirty and the floor feel sticky and I have seen cockroaches during my visit here......the good thing is room rate are cheap here.

Bedroom and bathroom was very clean, overall satisfied. Check-in and check-out was simple with refundable RM50 deposit. Within walking distance to quite a few eateries. Just room was not well-insulated soundwise so you can hear the voices outside if people are making noise. If you drive you will have a hard time finding parking until after midnight.

The staffs are helpful and understanding. The room is ok however the elevator and wifi is not working. What makes it worse is the room on the first floor, has no telco coverage. The TV has very few working channel but the reception quality is very bad.

Something you'd definitely expect from a super-budget hotel. Overall, it was a good enough place to sleep through the night. Though it could have been better if some utilities were usable enough (e.g. Damaged doorknobs and an under-maintained elevator).
