While the interior may be considered a little old fashioned, I found this hotel to be clean, the staff attentive and polite, the breakfast quite good, and the location excellent. Good solid Hilton property with spacious rooms and some of the nicest staff encountered in a while, management here really does place a premium on hospitality. Lobby is closed for renovation, rooms could use an update, breakfast and lounge are refreshing. Location is not bad but can be slightly inconvenient depending on where you're going.

For a short trip this is a quite ok experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It is hard to contact them by trip free call, but they reply my mail inquiry within decent time. Hotel room is clean, however its clearly old. Old towels, only 1 pillow per person, no kettle even though there are coffee and mugs, no milk. Hallway carpets are dirty. Service at the hotel-restaurant is terrible and more expensive than others, be prepared to wait 50min for a kebab, only...

Location is a bit odd with one way street in front of hotel. Taking Grab to PJ SS2/Paramount (abt 5Km not too far way) will cost RM 15-20 extra during peak hours.

Rooms and service are good, but the location is very bad. Getting there in a taxi or even private vehicle is very difficult if you are not around from here. The parking area or the front area will be crowded at weekend and expect long vehicles queues.

Stay here for 2 night. Although the room a little bit small, it was very clean. The staff from the receptionist, guards and room service are great. Very polite and always greet you. Second time stayed in Royale Chulan The Curve. This time, they arranged the room which is very high humidity and smelly. Looks like a very run down room to us, full of smell and water mark on the wall. The corridor is also humid and smelly. Unhappy experience.

1. Tiny cockroaches in the room 2. The tap connected to the bidet in the bathroom was faulty. When you turn it on, water splashed everywhere. Couldn't use the bidet in the end. 3. I booked this hotel for my friend who wanted to transit temporarily. She want to move to Subang Jaya early the next morning. Overall the hotel is quite comfortable to stay in, but needs to give more attention to the cleanliness aspect. Beside that, there is no parking for guest provided.

The sink is stinky (it smells rotten), the room is very very dusty, the carpet requires dire vacuuming. the bathroom is visible towards others outside. However, it is bearable. There is no bathroom water heater. Available coffee and tea, and water heater. The bed is comfy, the lighting is excellent. I love it as it is not dim like some hotels. There is no bell boy, so u gotta drag your stuff yourself...
