We only planned to stay for 3 nights but extended to 5/6 nights I guess. I lost count. I love this hotel very much!!!!! Since I was a child and now I just got married and all the preparations was here. It was a blast.

One of the best hotel in seremban , friendly and polite staff , room was ok slightly old ,had slight unpleasant smell when enter the room . After turn on the air conditioner then ok . Plus point , pool was well maintained, breakfast was great . My kids were happy . Will come again .

Location is good near to town area, hotel abit old but so far service ok. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Just had the most fantastic experience staying at the Royale chulan Seremban.Each and every staff member treated us so well, they were all friendly, spoke with us daily, left treats in our room each night. The views were spectacular from our room as well as fantastic..Direct views from club lounge very beautiful..i could go on and on the service was just so good. We are already planning our next stay...

Happy with my stay - nice view. Would stay here again! Good service, location and nice mattress. Rooms are good but need a renovation soon!

The location of the hotel is close to the places that I want to go. The check in and check out was so smooth and easy. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and comfy. I like it here

Having buffet ramadhan with my family here. Not many choices but all good and taste really good. Not much people, not crowded and suitable for family gathering. For price i find it a bit over price since there's not many choices of food. But undoubtedly for the taste wise. It is So good!

Attended meeting today. Excellent location for the resort. The food was good. I didn't visit the rooms, I'm sure they are well maintained.

Great customer service. Room was clean and spacious. Swimming pools were wide and had signs of depth. Kids pool had slides to play. They had rooms nearby swimming pools. Quiet and peaceful surroundings near Lake Gardens.

Never had to Check In Seremban before since I need to attend my Cousin's wedding. The room is bigger than I thought! 2 queen beds that can hold for 4 people in each room. Great ambiance

Lively place to gather for a meeting or a wedding reception. The hall is spacious and multi purpose. There is ample car parking space around the resort. The road to the resort is not busy and easy to move about

Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay. One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through. Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift...

1) large room with 2 queen size beds. Comfortable. 2) toilet a bit small vs the room size. Shower room is old & small.

The hotel was awesome and the location was extremely superb. Just need to improve in terms of the air cond only. It was cold but not up to expectation. The service of the hotel was excellent.

Staff at reception counter not friendly, unhelpful. Need improvement to give better service to hotel guests.  Not knowledgeable about the surrounding area around the hotel.

Location of the hotel - excellent as the mall is within the premises. Clean 2 x double beds deluxe room. Breakfast so-so with egg corner and amenities was ok as well.

The hotel was located inside the mall which has many restaurants and shops. Had a meal at one of the restaurants inside the mal. The food was cheap and the environment was nice.

i think it is the best time to change the furnitures in the room. tissue in toilet is not the new roll, i think left from previous guest. also no tissue in the room, only in toilet. the indian receptionists was talking in the phone very loud. not proper if customer see your attitude like this. the good one is water pressure is high. i love to shower here. 😆

Can improve more better service. Location quite ok, a bit isolated but just in walking distance to Aeon Jusco Seremban 2

I booked the hotel as it’s Muslim friendly and near to the work event place. Overall it was a good stay.

Room looks newly renovated and nice except for the bathroom. Location is ok, but u can’t get access to nearby food or convinent store as it’s literally its own compound. You had to take a grab to further to get something, else Grabfood is ur best option. Besides, room window lock is not well lock as the lock is broken, so can hear lots of car passing by.

Not convenience and the room is not clean!

It was okay for an overnight stay but there were lots of noise of motorcycles passing by from the streets. Apart from that, it was a comfortable accommodation.

Hotel must focus on cleanliness. Overall, I/you can stay for a short period with that price especially when you have a job around the area.

Good for overnight stay delicious koeyteow restaurant nearby. Room and bed were comfortable. Water filter for cold and hot water available on the corridor.

The hotel was very comfortable. The front desk staff was lovely, always greeting us with a beautiful smile, and provided excellent service.

Bathroom were smelly, towels not provided in the room and when requested, we were given torn towels. Remote control for TV not available. Only a foreign staff available at night.

A good and affordable rooms to stay in. Convinient and easy to go to many places to get things tht l need. I used these rooms to prepare for the akad nikah of my Moroccan daughter in law who wedded my son. It was super fast for us to go from the hotel to Jabatan Agama Islam Paroi alhamdulillah. We stayed another 2 nights here and have a good rest with our new family members.😍😍

I stay here just for transit before my trip to Johor Bahru. Surprisingly, this lodge feel so cozy to me. Despite that I just had stayed at 4 stars hotel few days before, I feel more attached to this budget hotel. I stay at single room and the outside scenery is beautiful to me as the windows are wide. Room not clean & tidy. Walls all not clean. Bedsheets bad smelly. Washroom don't have hanging to keep towel. Very bad experience in this OYO hotel. Fed up

For me, everything's okay. It just, the smell of the smoke is abit strong. The wifi was fast, the room.was clean, room keeper was good, lift was ok. But it only had one lift. The toilet a bit small, but comfortable. As for the soundproof, its a bit disturbing, because you can actually hear the voices if someone pass by your door. Thankyou

Great spacious rooms with fast unifi/wifi. But abit noisy due to the fact that its next to hospital and mall. A lot of eateries nearby and 7e downstairs. Have both lift and stairs. Friendly reception staffs and cleaners. Will change your towels or clean the room upon request. Not quite satisfied with their toilet seat but other than that superb. The room was not well lit tho. The outside view was blocked...

Some of the showers are not functioning, but the sleeping area is okay.

Location: ok, surrounded by a commercial area. Price: reasonable, not too high, and not cheap Room: the bed is bad. The bedsheet, quilt cover, and pillowcase seem like not changing for a long time, stain marks everywhere. Bathroom: not clean properly. Wifi: slow. TV: Great. Variety of interesting channels. Parking: always full during the daytime.

KPJ Private hospital and Palm Mall is within walking distance.

You'll be having a hard time finding a 🅿 lot. This area is swarming with cars...

Foreign janitors aren't doing their job properly. WiFi almost out of range. Telco internet cannot be reach inside the room. No qibla direction. Small Tv... Two thumbs down.

Family room is big and value for money with close proximity to Palm Mall, many eateries and night life. However the room sound insulation is very poor and located beside the main road, you will encounter plenty of racer wannabe especially during weekends and public holidays. The pillow sux too.

For a budget Hotel like this, it was quite okay. The bathroom floor can be quite slippery and the water hose is leaking at the time i stayed there. The bed and pillow was comfy. Anyway, if the purpose just to sleep, I'd say i have a great night here.

The only outstanding features are value for money and location. Many restaurants and shops around this hotel at walking distance. Palm mall is just near by. The room is clean. The bed might be too soft for certain people but with the amount paid should negate most of the drawbacks that you are going to face if any.

The room was quite small, and there was a faint odor in the bathroom. Parking was acceptable. The only redeeming quality was the excellent water pressure in the shower.

Repeating stay, hotel is decent & clean. Bathroom and toilets are always clean, front desk person is helpful & friendly. Very recommended for short stay, it’s in the middle of city, so easy to move around.

It's close to the bus station, and just a few minutes away by taxi. The room was clean, and I arrived at 3 AM. The WiFi speed was decent, and the price was quite reasonable. However, there aren't many food options nearby.

All is good and well only if you can have lift much better , will repeat to stay soon.

We stay recently for our family of 4. It was an amazing getaway for us. Thank you for your great service. 1. Staff were helpful and attentive as it was raining and our floating breakfast needed some improvisation. 2. Shower water pressure was strong 3. Plenty of plug points 4. Food was good and big portions. Really looking forward to stay at the shorea again. ⭐

Everything was really great. We had a good time at Shorea. Big thanks to all the helpful staffs and all the scrumptious food. I recently brought my family for a one-night stay at this resort. The environment was superb, the design of the resort was also great. The only let down is the abscence of additional activities (hiking, massage, outdoor movies etc despite being listed in the package) and the fact that some parts of the building are quite run down and needs repair. The services were good and friendly. The room provided is based on luck. Sometimes good sometimes poor. If got problem can directly contact the receptionist, and they'll help you solve the problem. On WiFi wise, its just okay still can connect, but not that fast. Okok laa

Room is clean , Bathroom are clean , great for solo travel with not so pricy rate but , tv channel not working in my room , bathroom with no shower gel have to buy at 99 idk if its was just my room

Buddy hotel. Cheap the standar room about rm60, towel, air cond, shower, queen bedroom, tv. Minus that room is like old room. But well...the price cover all the minus.recomended for single person to stay for few day. Oh there's also have a wifi too.
