For me, everything's okay. It just, the smell of the smoke is abit strong. The wifi was fast, the room.was clean, room keeper was good, lift was ok. But it only had one lift. Family room is big and value for money with close proximity to Palm Mall, many eateries and night life. However the room sound insulation is very poor and located beside the main road, you will encounter plenty of racer wannabe especially during weekends and public holidays. The pillow sux too.

For a budget Hotel like this, it was quite okay. The bathroom floor can be quite slippery and the water hose is leaking at the time i stayed there. The bed and pillow was comfy. Anyway, if the purpose just to sleep, I'd say i have a great night here.

The only outstanding features are value for money and location. Many restaurants and shops around this hotel at walking distance. Palm mall is just near by. The room is clean. The bed might be too soft for certain people but with the amount paid should negate most of the drawbacks that you are going to face if any.

Really a nice budget hotel. Inexpensive but comfy enough. Had basic amenities such as kettle, instant coffee/tea, shampoo, TV . No mini fridge. The location is quite good as it is located near a private beach where you and your loved ones can spend time without worrying about overcrowding the beach as well kept and quite clean. Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

Quiet hotel with a view of the lake and the Putra Mosque. The carpeted path to the room needs to be improved, it is quite dirty, full of dust and small garbage.

Near mosque putra, beautiful view, check in very fast & doesn't take long for registration.

Strategic location. I like the overall service. The fact that it is beside the lake side, makes me like it so much.

This resort previously known as Ilham Resort. Stayed at Deluxe Twin Room with only 1 window way back at toilet. I didn't have problem with that. The room seems like just finish renovated. The room and toilet was so spacious. The pool nice and there is an access to the beach.

Renovated to even better and comfortable room. Love everything. Food is delicious. But my room service didn't leave slippers and tissue paper. Also one thing that's only downside is the pool water is not full enough for it to filter. Hope can be looked at. Overall very nice and beautiful experience. Love the USB charger.
