The hotel was located inside the mall which has many restaurants and shops. Had a meal at one of the restaurants inside the mal. The food was cheap and the environment was nice.

We only planned to stay for 3 nights but extended to 5/6 nights I guess. I lost count. I love this hotel very much!!!!! Since I was a child and now I just got married and all the preparations was here. It was a blast.

So much complaints for one-night in this hotel. Sometimes, being so cheap would cause so much trouble. I learned something very useful tonight; When it comes to family, stop being so cheap.

The only drain hole available is at the shower section. The bathroom floor is not inclining properly resulting the water to flow at the wrong way and stagnant.

Hotel is Okay and it’s a 3 star hotel as it mentioned. Room spacious and comfy beds. Aircond works fine and cold. Free parking. Restaurant only available for breakfast. A pool at the rooftop. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

Everything was good and worth the price we paid below RM100 for weekend stay with breakfast for 2 pax. The breakfast buffet got many varieties which make the price we paid more worth it.

Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. This resort is awesome and a great experience. It is a must visit in Malaysia. If you have yet to go to Dubai, this place will be a good place to visit. The environment is very good for couples The service is super great and the food has a lot of choices for the breakfast buffet. I like the seaview room because it totally faces the unlimited unblock scenes to see the seaview.

Prefer for couple staycation thou the villa is outdated but the pool is decent and probably nice if the jacuzzi works for us We even took nice photos in the mini villa itself

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to an ocean view room. The room itself was awesome and having a solo pool was such an indulgence. It is the perfect place to be forced to relax. Booked two apartments with 3 bedrooms sea viewed. Requested for the apartment to be side to side. Was informed the rooms were not ready when i wanted to check in but somehow one of the staff managed to settle the room issue. Fast action well done. I have stayed twice in this resort. Although parking is ample, not easy to get covered parking during long weekends. Have to settle for outside parking. No worries on that. A bit run down. We had to bang on the lift doors to get the lift to open. But you get what you pay for. RM 260 for a rented apartment for 2 days, which is ok for PD, I guess. Good location and beach reserved just for those staying in the apartment block. However, in the trees and bushes not far from the beach, a rubbish tip of plastic bottles and other assorted waste. What a shame Malaysians can't...

Everything was perfect and grand! Straight out from movie. From staff, facility, service, safety to attentiveness, a perfect place for families with young children!The resort is 29 years old so technically it does have its own down time but it didn't affect our stay at all since all the staff from every department were proactive and fast in resolving our requests. Definitely a must go place again!...

The location is quite good as it is located near a private beach where you and your loved ones can spend time without worrying about overcrowding the beach as well kept and quite clean. The water is also refreshing this place doesn’t have an eerie vibe like many other hotels, it feels safe and secure to bring your loved ones.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

No safe, no bed light, the most uncomfortable chairs in the world, no bed table, small,.....the door doesn't close itself, you have to pull strong the door behind you, aircon not OK, goes up and down, wifi not good or not works, no internet,.... for this price in Malaysia you must do more. Overall comfy stay, the environment its almost like resort style. Swimming pool is very nice; Aircon temperature put to the lowest is just nice for me, but might not sufficient for those who used to cooler environment.

This hotel located near the beach and it has stairs to the beach. The beach might not be suitable for swimming, but there's a nearby beach with cafes and restaurants. A chinese restaurant is a few km on the way to PD. Breakfast is ok. If you require a sea view room, you may need to top up some extra Rm60.

Nice view from swimming pool, can swim at seaside then follow the routes will lead you back to the hotel swimming pool, really convenient. Overall great place to stay. Hotel breakfast is tasty, will come again.

The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze.
