Having a room with a terrace and unobstructed view of the desert is really something special. Amazingly located between red dunes of the Kalahari. Comfortable bungalows and rooms. Excellent food. And the top attractions: Bushmen walk, Cheetah feeding, game drives. Worth every penny!

First experience in Namibia. Great time between cheetah feeding and game drive. Very good catering. Pitches are widely spaced, well-equipped but a little far from reception. One of the most beautiful night skies of our stay.

Great first night in Namibia. Room had great view on Girafe and Gnou with great sunset . Lovely Dîner and Breakfast. Nighttime gale drive was super cold and ok while sunset gale drive was very cold but amazing

Honestly, this place is magical. One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. The amount of animals that wander the ground is amazing. The rooms are stunning. The food is incredible. And the optional activities (game drive and cheetah feeding) will blow your mind. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and guides, I really hope to return one day!

Management (Angela) was friendly and accomodating and address our concerns immediately. Staff were personable and attentive. Grounds are split into two lodges 6 kms apart. Dinner was amazing! We were hoping to view the dark sky through a huge mirror telescope but we were told it was broken. Truly a shame as it was a moonless sky and many planets would have been visible. Great Lodge for a stop on the way south. We did a game drive and saw an amazing number of animals. Fantastic buffet dinner! The room had a heater which was so appreciated as the nights were cold!

The hotel/lodge is well located & pleasant throughout - Gondwana are a little more expensive than is average BUT their lodges are of an excellent quality & their staff are very committed to giving a good service

Nice place to stay, staff are very helpful and pleasant. On site restaurant is very good with good choice of food. Rooms are air conditioned and fair size. No TV but do you really need one! WiFi is decent enough for normal use. We had morning sun rise game drive, by the time we got there we had lost the sunrise moment which was disappointing but we had 1 1/2 game drive which was good seeing a few animals...

The campsites are all very private, each with their own shower, toilet and basin. The sites are immaculately clean and the water is hot for a lovely and refreshing shower. There is a separate basin for doing your dishes as well as a large table with seating under a roof. Each site also has its own braai. We spent two nights at the Anib Lodge and took part in the annual game count. We had one of the comfort rooms which are set a little apart.
