Staff was really nice and helpful, cool skybar as well super buffet for breakfast ans lunch at their own restaurant. In the room everything was comfortable.

The room feels pretty dated and run down but very clean and comfortable. Very very difficult to find and enter the parking area, no signs and super tight squeeze. Service was good and they responded to an issue is the room quickly and professionally. Does feel a bit overpriced and not quite at Hilton standards overall.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly staff. Roof top deck, sky bar and lap pool stunningly gorgeous, with fantastic views.

Wonderful quiet hotel, that fits my needs and expectations of a business trip. If you are here for a long vacation you may need to take into consideration that the room's furniture is a bit old, the pool is quite small and the Jim is not that equipped. However, the open wild view from the rooftop is amazing while grabbing a cop of beer :) Cheers!

Great hotel, clean and tidy. Located directly in the city center of Windhoek. Staff is very kind and supports one anytime. Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of local and international dishes. Very kind breakfast service at Dune restaurant. Last but not least... watching the sunset at the bar on 15th floor is awsome.

Only 4 star review as the service was really bad we went there with a group and food took super long and was bad most went to bed before the second course. The hotel is nice western style and the rooftop bar is cool as well but all in all the bad service the overcrowded breakfast damped the experience seriously.

Spent six days here as part of the pandemic requirements for visitors to Namibia as the time. Great location, with good view of the town from the roof top, and even room windows. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, my experience with a food was a mixed one, as many of the items were not available when ordered throughout my stay. Overall, a classy place to stay.

Probably the best place to stay in Windhoek. Extremely professional staff and all the amenities are top quality. The food is fantastic with quick service, including room service. Definitely earns it's 4 stars.

I've been to the Country Club Resort now three times and really enjoyed it here. It's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. A shuttle to town or to one of the nearby malls is offered for free and does give you at least some mobility if you do not want to rent a car. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and tries to assist you if there should be any problems.

Located on the outskirts of Windhoek it is easily accessible via the Western Bypass. This is a lovely resort in the Capital, providing a wide variety. There is lovely conference rooms for business needs. The casino provides a place to relax after a long day on the eighteen hole golf course. Be sure to visit this facility, friendly staff will ensure you enjoy your stay.

To be brutally honest, the rooms need to be renovated. Many things need to be improved. But i loved their customer service. Super friendly

Breakfast was of continental style, no need to have more choices. Rooms were big and clean, the pool big enough and clean, too. Only negative thing was, that we had to drive with our car for a dinner, because it was not possible to have a dinner in Villa Moringa. Could returned back and stay again.

I was very much impressed by how they have redifined their achiectural art with a mix of morden touch. The environment was very natural and refreshing. I like how it makes you feel like you're out the world, yet still be able to feel the warmth of the city.

Lovely place to stay with spacious and comfortable suite room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious although service was slow. You will need to get a taxi into Windhoek rather than walk. I recommend it for a bit of end-of-holiday luxury!

Their food has that rich umami flavor. Their service is excellent. I love the packaging that the food comes in, it’s really beautiful and well thought out. Their fried rice and noodles are a must have. Try the dongbei pork as a snack.

An oasis in the city desert. Beautiful grounds, friendly people, fabulous rooms. For a Windhoek stay and a safari start point - there's nothing more one could wish for.
