Amazing location just 5 minutes or less from the main train station. Amenities are lovely especially as a solo traveller. They’ve got a restaurant in the lobby and drinks on top floor which is very convenient if you don’t like going out anymore

Perfect location from the city center and to everything els. Amazing restaurants , cafes and bars very very close by to the hotel. The hotel has the only roof top bar with the best view of the whole city! Great service and very helpful staff.

We got a room right next to the construction floor.  The hallway carpet was dirty and damaged.  The room was dated and needs to be refreshed. The construction noises on our second day were unbearable. We put up with it the first day we checked in but finally complained to the front desk the 2nd day. Great hotel, friendly check in staff, decent sized room with good amenities. About a 10 -15 minute walk from the center. Pool and sauna was very nice and also warm. Little shop in lobby with 2 bars, 1 including great views.

Don’t confuse this with the other rad blu which is attached to the train station. This one was not bad but wasn’t great. If you are willing to spend a bit more I’d go for the other rad blu at the metro station as it is far superior.

Perfectly located if you need to make your plane in the morning. A beautiful hotel with a magnificent dining room and surroundings. Unfortunately bar was not open but from what I saw it looked great. Rooms are pretty comfortable, however the bed linens are a little too scratchy for me, and the pillows a little to uncomfortable for my liking.

Convenient location. Very close to the central station and the center of the city. The inside is quite nice and they have conference rooms for rent.

Had an awesome stay here! Staff are great and helpful. Tasty food. Rooms were clean and practical. Lobby had this beautiful design, same for the rooms. Breakfast is included with all rooms. Great for family, couple and business. Although there wasn't much else to do other than dining or hanging in the lobby due to the Pandemic.

Stunning structure, with a beautiful view and complete with everything. The only drawback is the distance from the transport, when you arrive and leave with luggage. To return!!!

Great place. The location is perfect. The room was nice and clean. The bed was good and so was the bathroom. Easy check in and out by self-service kiosk like in an airport. We also liked the separate but indoor café at the hotel.

The location was good. Clean, big room

Location is just wonderful, as is the staff. The hotel has an old Victorian style which is perfect for tea parties. As an overnight guest I do prefere a more modern look for the rooms, but that is my personal opinion.

It was very comfortable. First trip out of the Country and I felt comfortable like being in my home. The breakfast was fine food wise. I enjoyed my stay.

The room facilities are all good. The price is not cheap. The breakfast is especially expensive. Northern Europe is really a high-consumption area. In addition, the front desk service level needs to be improved. They issued the wrong water bill and recorded the wrong breakfast bill. 😅

I stayed there for three days. Although the location is remote, there are buses and subways to reach the city. The subway is closer to the hotel and there is a supermarket at the subway entrance, which is quite convenient. The overall situation is pretty good.

It's in the suburbs, the hygiene is good. But there is no other food nearby except McDonald's

The hotel is located next to the highway, about 30 minutes drive to Oslo Airport and 15 minutes to the city center, with convenient transportation. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich, there is self-parking, and check-in and check-out are very fast.

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is very good. Except for the lack of some daily necessities commonly provided by European hotels (slippers, toothbrushes, etc.), everything else is OK. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the city center, which is acceptable for daily travel.

The location is in one of my favourite areas in Oslo with walking distance to the ocean, munch museum and train station. A lot of hyped restaurants nearby. The breakfast is definitely one of the best in town with their omlette and pencake stations.Cannot wait to book more nights ;)

Spent 4 nights in the smallest room (13meters). No shelves at All for your clothing (had to remove the iron and ironing board to have one very narrow flat surface). We‘ve been there for a long weekend City Trip. It‘s quite good located - a little outside of the city Core, but still in walkable reach for everything to visit. My first time staying at this hotel was fantastic. I stayed her from oct. 1-4. The staff there were very helpful and polite. Specially the female staff whom worked during the weekends. My family left on Sunday 3.oct while I stayed until Monday 4. Oct. I asked politely if I can check out just before 2pm. The hotel is centrally located (near the main street Karl Johan's Gate, the Palace, the University of Oslo's old campus and the subway station). The hotel room amenities are great (they feel and look like a serviced apartment than hotel rooms) and the hotel staff can be really friendly and helpful. They also promote less food waste.

Nice hotel, good touch to have free coffee in the lobby. Had a few issues with my payment but the team sorted out for me within a few days. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice even when the hotel was quiet with few guests.

Nice modern hotel close to Helsfyr bus/train station (5 min walk). Superb complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet. Not too much around the hotel. Hotel restaurant is pricey. They have a few complimentary manual bikes… all downhill to Oslo and then uphill all the way back. Airport bus stops at Helsfyr station and trains take you to port and downtown.

Great hotel, modern, located side by side with the shopping mall. Restaurant food was brilliant as was the breakfast. Excellent food, great service. You feel that the hotel staff really cares for their guests. The soft boiled egg test was passed with flying colours 😂 The only thing we’d wish was freshly squeezed orange juice. My favourite hotel in Oslo! Rooms are spacious but on other hand very cosy and convenient, with quite big table for convenient work at computer if needed. Breakfast buffet is best, I've seen during my recent business trips around Nordics with great selection of any kind of food, they even have gluten free corner here! The location of the hotel is great which is convenient to most tourists spots! The room is clean and comfortable! The service provided by the hotel is generally good as well!

The room was a little bit too small as well as the bed if its for two people, you can barely move around for the case like you have luggages and rucksacks. Feels so pressured staying in. While given the affordable price and the good location, the place is alright for a short stay. Not much facilities are available, don't give high expectation, while it's just a okay place for sleep.

Went to check in before my time,hotel staff suggested me to keep luggage at storage ,and checked in will be only possible after 3 pm ,check process is in online system,if you want to do early you have to pay additional charges.There is no slippers and bottle water in the room. Cleanliness of room is fine ,but the waiting area in reception area needs a improvement

Sure, the place isn’t brand new anymore. But it’s an ok hotel, and an affordable one. The breakfast buffet offers options to any kind of diets. The rooms are a bit noisy, and being 1m90 I don’t fit in the shower.

When I booked this hotel, I read everyone's reviews, which were extremely extreme. There are good reviews and bad reviews! Only when I checked in did I understand why. We booked standard rooms throughout the trip, but we stayed in two time periods. The first time we arrived was around 9 a.m. on Sunday. We originally thought we wouldn't be able to check in early, but we didn't expect that all 4 rooms...

There is a lack of sanitary ware and the waiters are off on weekends…

Located about as central as you can get. Very easy access to all forms of public transportation. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. Due to the building being older, some of the rooms can be a bit small and odd shaped, but overall pleasant.

Check in went smoothly. Got a room in the second floor, 209. Went to bed quite early because I was tired after lots of travelling. But when I tried to sleep I got disturbed by a grinding sound from below every 10-15 minutes. Eventuelly I gave up, got dressed, packed and went down to the reception to ask for a new room. Got one on 6th floor, quite identical in looks but had a balcony as well. Managed...

The whole 7th floor is a hell. We had to ask for different room as the AC on the roof was super loud. After moving to different floor, it was ok. For the price of Clarion you get less here. Breakfast was fine, hotel location was great.

Overall it is a good hotel. The rooms are renovated and normal size. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and everything is fresh. Good walking distance to main attractions and good connection to public transport. A renovation of the exterior facade will elevate its standards. I also think when there is no electric kettle in the room the coffee and tea should be free in the lobby.
