This hotel offers great views over the harbour, and you are also able to see Holmenkollen ski lift from rooms on higher floors. It is conveniently located very close to National Theatre, where you can catch the Metro, but also a tram stop, where you can get trams 13 and 19 - just walk through the park crossing by the Royal Palace. There are convenience stores very close by, like 7Eleven, and a Joker...

Soft bedding, excellent rooms, great service

No frills, but exactly what you need. Spotless rooms, lovely beds. Rooms must be sound proof! Best nights sleep in years, totally silent! Reception staff lovely. Breakfast extensive and well laid out. Close to Oslo airport.

Near perfect example of what a hotel should be. Only let down is the horrible price for parking nearby.

The service was excellent, friendly staff, and rooms was clean and tidy. Some of the rooms are big and have a good size. Would recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel- great location! Everything was clean and the employees were so so nice. There’s a free evening meal (dinner to me) Monday through Thursday which is great. One wierd thing is that the windows faced an enclosed courtyard, so there’s not a lot of fresh air in the room from the window. Totally recommend it!

It is located in Oslo city. The hotel is in good place. But rooms in the right side are very small. Help desk staff are kind, polite and helpful

Great rooms, close to the center and an amazing breakfast

Easy check in. Originally given a room with 2 twin beds when booked a double. Quickly changed and new room brilliant, think I was given a suite room as the other doubles must have been booked up. Best breakfast at a hotel ever, especially in Scandinavia.

Extremely tiny room. No kettle. Nice shower. Hand basin is minute without a plug. I can't even fill my water bottle in it (have to fill small plastic cup and then decant). Nice comfy bed. Clean and neat but SMALL

Location just on the edge of the very very centre, so still quite central. Well kept and good breakfast. Rooms is very compact and small, but okay. Note hallway can be quite noisy.

The hotel is situated closed by Royal Palace, centre , also by the Oslo bussterminal. The breakfast was varied and very good. The hotel is perfect for persons who doesn't want to spend a lot of time in the room, the room is pretty small.

The best and most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered. The room was reasonably priced and I always love it when there's a bath tub in the bathroom 😊 Breakfast was a bit meh, but I only drink coffee anyway.

The receptionist was really friendly. Location is very central, just a short walk from the train station and close to lots of eateries, including a Max burgers just a few minutes away which is open until late at night. The room is kind of small and a bit worn down, but comfortable enough. Our kid loved the cot provided and the bathtub.

Nice and cosy room, breakfast was fine and overall a good option when you are in Oslo 😊

Small good hotel in inner city of Oslo. Short ways to central railway station, opera. Just around the corner of the main street. Very good value for money.

Nice enough hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower hot with good pressure, which are my two most basic needs. The free Nespresso coffee and tea making facility was certainly a bonus in a city that charges $6 for a basic coffee. The include breakfast was very good, with lots of food options. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really nice, rooms really clean, breakfast had so much choice and really good. Not sure about the mystery fish pancake thing, but you know, we're from away. Recommend!

Amazing breakfast spread, convenient location for city tour. Small room that we got but if you are a tourist then why would you be in a hotel for long.

My room on the second floor was too near the tram and the noise for m the tram could be heard loudly deep into the night and early in the morning. But the breakfast was okay. The location is great if you wish to stay in the middle of the city.

Very nice hotel. 10 minutes drive to city centre and 20/25 minutes to the airport. Rooms and baths are comfortable. Tea and coffee in the rooms. I stayed in the standard room and hence i would give the property 3 1/2 stars. It has a nice lobby bar and the breakfast is quite good.

Once we first go there the staff were friendly and service was great further cleaning service does a good job! Each floor has wall decoration of an iconic building and lots colours through the breakfast room, hallway and bedroom really makes the hotel so lovely to stay in. Great hotel, modern, located side by side with the shopping mall. Restaurant food was brilliant as was the breakfast. Excellent food, great service. You feel that the hotel staff really cares for their guests. The soft boiled egg test was passed with flying colours 😂 The only thing we’d wish was freshly squeezed orange juice. My favourite hotel in Oslo! Rooms are spacious but on other hand very cosy and convenient, with quite big table for convenient work at computer if needed. Breakfast buffet is best, I've seen during my recent business trips around Nordics with great selection of any kind of food, they even have gluten free corner here! Staff is always super helpful, stayed here several times, always only the best experience...

Sure, the place isn’t brand new anymore. But it’s an ok hotel, and an affordable one. The breakfast buffet offers options to any kind of diets. The rooms are a bit noisy, and being 1m90 I don’t fit in the shower.

Convenient for a quick one night stay. Room was comfortable with a nordic .. European feel. There was an issue with the bed in the first room.and the staff was wonderful in accommodating us and moving our room immediately.

Quiet, relaxed hotel, yet very central. The room was spacious with a large comfy bed and had a balcony with sea view (superior plus room). Excellent breakfast. Close to public transport and many nice restaurants within walking distance. Lobby bar.

The property is recently renovated and the rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Size is moderate, but very good value as prices are quite reasonable. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection with eggs available to order. Service in the restaurant and reception is very friendly and helpful.

Was given an amazing room with a great view. Room was quiet, clean and had everything. Staff were superb and food in hotel restaurant was excellent.

Great location as it's a very short walk to shopping centres, bus and train stations, laundromat and restaurants. Hotel service has been excellent and we even received a free room upgrade as we are staying here for our honeymoon! Definitely consider staying here again when we return.

Good hotel, very friendly staff that speak excellent english. The hotel has nice and clean rooms. Beds are big and soft and the blankets are nice and thick. The breakfast has great options and is very delicious. Well worth it's prize. The hotel isn't perfect though, the thermostat leaves some to be desired, and there is nothing to keep the bathroom from becoming a pool after you take a shower.

Very nice hotel, with very nice views. Hotel building is one of the highest in the area so you get nice overview of the city if you get room on higher floors. If not, there is restaurant and bar at top with amazing views.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but nice rooms and a nice breakfast buffet. Pretty much what you want from a hotel. A big plus is the great bar at the top of the building. The elevators on the other hand, are really annoying. It takes forever to get an elevator a lot the time, even if they have this advanced elevator system...

Nice hotel, very centrally located with small but we'll furnished rooms. Food is delicious, and the service was excellent. Two minor gripes; firstly, if the hotel is busy it can take an age to get s lift that isn't full, and secondly, the AC struggles to cool a room sufficiently, making it can be very warm in the room. Luckily the windows do open a little too help with this.

The breakfast had many options, good food quality, and fresh meals. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. The location was very convenient, and it was easy to take public transportation. Plus: they have baggage storage service (after checkout) which is super helpful if your flight is late and you still want to explore the city.

I grew up in the area and to me this hotel has always been a goto for my trips back home. The restaurants, especially de 5 stuer has amazing food and drink

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The junior suite was just superb. The bed was one of the comfiest I have experienced, the mattress was bouncy and it felt like I was cocooned in it. Basic functions did not work like the TV (no way to actually control the TV) or the small fridge (which was producing heat). We asked politely if they could be fixed and the hotel staff seemed quite put out.
