We had a great stay at The Himalayan Villa Resort. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable, the rate was economical, and the sunrise view from the terrace was amazing. They were very kind and responsive to our needs. It would be even better if they offered airport pick-up and drop-off service. Highly recommended!

Very Disappointed – Personal Belongings Stolen from Room We stayed at Hotel Himalayan Villa for one night on April 15–16, 2025. Unfortunately, during our stay, a valuable personal item—a pair of Gucci glasses in a green case (worth approx. €500)—was stolen from my wife’s luggage inside our room. The incident most likely occurred while we were out visiting Nagarkot. When we unpacked at our next hotel, we noticed the glasses were missing. This is the first time in over 20 years of traveling that we have experienced theft from a hotel room. We are deeply disappointed and feel that the hotel failed to provide a secure and trustworthy environment. We have sent this information to the hotel management, but we received no response. This lack of professionalism shows that the hotel is operating at an amateur level. We do not recommend this hotel to international travelers looking for a safe and reliable place to stay.

2 nights stay in Hotel Himalaya Villa, this stay gave us a very pleasant travel experience. The hotel manager Mr. Govinda arranged everything for us from accommodation, meals, area attractions and pick up service , and even a hand-drawn hiking routes, making our stay in Nagarkot wonderful. It is highly recommended that people with travel plans in Nagarkot choose to book this hotel

A beautiful hotel with a great view of the Himalayas...The staff was kind and warm who checked on us every time we crossed paths. The food was great and have a lot of veggi options.. They have a noteworthy open common area where you can just relax and chill getting an uninterrupted view of the valley and the majestic himalayas.. I surely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff has been really helpful throughout my stay here. From the food, snacks and the coffee - I’ve had a lovely time at Himalayan Villa. Don’t miss out on the chicken burger, chicken momos and their hot lemon/ginger/honey tea :) I will definitely recommend this to my friends - keep it up and great job to the staff!

Amazing view as we managed to get lucky on a clear day. Amazing room. Breakfast was really good as well.
And want to give a special call out to the manager Govinda who made us feel very welcome. We were only there for one night but would highly recommend.

I give my highest recommendation for this beautiful hotel. It is nestled on top of the world with perfect view of the Himalayas. The hotel has all amenities, rooms are very clean, beds are super comfortable, high speed internet. Very well maintained grounds. Beautiful sunrise views. Thank you Govinda Luitel and team for such wonderful experience.
