Namche Bazar, Namche Bazar 🧭 Map
One of the BEST hotels/teahouses to stay at, in Namche Bazaar. This is my fifth time in ten years, and it never disappoints... Beautiful building that never ages, rooms with ensuite bathroom, beds with electric blankets, electrical outlets w/power (obviously) in room to charge electronic devices, quiet rooms, HOT WATER.. even in early morning, great food (the chef is very, very good)... it's in center...
I loved the food very well done. I suggest this place
Lovely hotel in Namche. Hot water, power in the rooms, very hot shower and incredibly accommodating staff. Loved it!
Nice accomodation at fair price.
Great place to stay with comfort in Namche Bazar. Their food is delicious made by highly experienced chef.

This place is amazing! The rooms are comfortable, clean and the hot shower was a huge plus after hiking up to Namche.
It was nice and cozy, especially in the dining hall. The staffs were nice and friendly. Definitely a bang for the buck.
Salik is phenomenal! So helpful very comfortable hot showers heated comfy beds. High recommend.
Always the best place to stay in Namche Bazaar. The rooms are nice, view is better and the hospitality the best. What else can we seek for? The mere location, right next to Sagarmatha National Park, is the reason that makes it the best hotel to stay in.
Part of our Luxury EBC Trek Itinerary and worth the higher cost. Rooms: clean, two beds, thick duvets & great pillows. Awesome view of Namche Bazaar from the room's window. Electric blankets that worked all night to keep us warm were included in the beds. We had a hot shower (we think solar-powered, so not available at all hours - particularly not in the morning - but we had no problems). Kettle of...
It's beautiful as hell. If you're going to make the trek up to Base-camp, Yeti Mountain Homes is really the best way to go. They provide warm, comforts beds and have great service. All of the rooms will have heated blankets but no actual heating in the rooms This is due to the amount of power it takes to heat a room constantly throughout the day. There is a warm and very comfortable common room that...

We stayed here on our way down from Everest Basecamp. It is beautiful and clean. The beds were more comfortable than not. The food was only ok. They had great service and were attentive to our needs. They have electric blankets and power in the rooms which is welcome.
The owner Doma Sherpa is a very friendly, funny and warm woman. We received wonderful service, delicious dal bhat and an extra hot water bottle to sleep in. The rooms are simple, clean and have an attached bathroom and toilet. It was a wonderful stay.
Doma is a great warmhearted woman! Rooms are clean, bathroom also. Food was delicious!
In 22 days I went from Jiri to Base Camp to Gokyo and this maybe my favourite lodge throughout. I visited in late November so it was quiet but I got my own room with a hot shower included for less than 500. There is a great seating area which gives magnificent views of the Himalayas. There is 2 dining areas that are both heated. 1 slight improvement is that they can have a few lights when walking back...
Clean with good service. Good price for a room with a private bathroom but its just concrete floors and walls so not particularly attractive. Food was OK, not great but staff was friendly and helpful though limited English.
One of my favourite Teahouses. Stayed here twice in 2013 and in Nov 2015 and it was great on both occasions. Food is excellent and the family are lovely. If you can, sit in the kitchen area and enjoy watching the cooking. Lovely place!

Very comfortable stay with super supportive staff and delicious food. Nima di helped alot from making stay friendly and helped in getting flight to ktm. She even assisted in boarding and accompanied to airport.
We’ve heard a lot it’s the best place to stay in Lukla. I don’t know if it is so, but you should be aware of details. First of all- the two folks who run the place are absolutely awesome - Lakpa and Nima sre friendly, caring and would accompany you to the airport if needed. However, rooms are far from ideal- not hot water we had, design is questionable and sound proof is a joke. Your night is a mix...
It's situated on the 3rd Floor. Rooms are very spacious, view from rooms is surreal. The have clean attached bathroom with shower and hot water. Dinning area has view of whole of Lukla and the airport. You can see airplanes landing while having breakfast
Probably the best place in Lukla for lodging and food. The owner manages almost everything herself. The food is great here but I recommend you to order atleast an hour ahead as the owner cooks it herself with her small team. The rooms and bathrooms are great too, very clean and spacious. Views of the mountains are good too.
