Rupakot Resort

Except for the view everything else (room/service/food) was mediocre at best. Also they ought to do more to go GREEN if they are to sustain at that hilltop. Bring some incentives to implement the three R's (reduce/reuse/recycle).

I was there when I was at pokhara , I went there just for the resort so I could enjoy , starting the main entrance I was stopped that's ok , guard asked me I was there for room when I said no and came just to visit and try food he turned to next person than he asked " Guru jee ko nam k ho " every one there driving a car is not a gurujee , I told politely to him about that but he was trying to win saying if you drive a car your are guru jee , welcoming in the gate I think that should be good first ,then at parking there were no any guard and no any sign , I mistakenly went in the helipad ( which didn't have any sign too ) I was asked to move the car I did and the guard came and said " kasto yar ramro.sang rakhnu na gadi k ho yesto " I parked the car , went to restaurant stayed there for like 15 minutes no one there was , we called the waiter they took the order of coffee " Cold Late " and " Espresso " , we neither got espresso nor the late , we complained about it and got right one this time , and for payment when given a card they returned back and asked to pay cash ,

I had heard that Rupakot always discrimated Nepali costumer and I felt that day , the staffs where rude to nepali people not only us but in other tables too , staffs from guard to persons walking on suits should know the job and the management should understand that Nepali people are the one that can run or ruin the business so give place to us too .

One star just for the landscape and the business they took to the place that was under developed .

The service was really terrible! It started with really bad welcome. We we're stopped at the entrance since we didn't come in a car. And then when we we complained to the manager she could not care less and we completely regret to have come here. Will not recommend this place to anybody owing to horrible hospitality.

Awesome ride to Rupakot Resort. Though the road is Offroad we enjoyed the ride when we saw the resort as a heaven on the Earth.☺☺
