First of all let me say why I only gave it 4/5 they don't have a lift, which is no big deal for most people but if you've been trekking, are old, injured disabled etc it's not great. Granted you can ask reception and someone will come and help immediately. Now on to the good stuff and there's lots of it. This hotel has amazing views of the Himalayas if you are lucky enough to get a mountain view room...

Rooms are neat and the location is good of the hotel. But not as expected as it should be according to a 5 star hotel, didn't like the dark ambience.

This is a one of the best 5 star hotel located in Pokhara Nepal. You can have very beautiful views of mountain from this hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes close to pokhara airport and 10 minutes away from fewa lake.

Good hotel, the rooms were clean, staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good except for the bakery items which were not fresh. The swimming pool could also use some cleaning.

Wonderful Hotel with good service. Breakfast has a lot of options. Rooms are spacious, I stayed in mountain facing room and was able to see the amazing mountain from my room it self. The rooms have alot of amenities. Location is a bit far from the lake side but they provide a free shuttle service at a fixed time.

Great hotel by the lakeside. While not as centrally as I'd like, the service was good and rooms rather comfortable. Staff were eager to help if needed and very friendly. Rooftop pool was nice. Happily stay again.

Good hotel in Pokhara Nepal. Situated near lake side. The staffs are very nice. It's having mountain view rooms where u can see the northern Himalayan range in ur window in the morning. It's an awesome view. Food here is also good. It doesn't have lift. Overall it was a nice stay.

I slept 4/5 nights in the dormitory (4 beds), everything was lovely and clean,hot water in the shower :) the owner and young staff (Sauzan and I forgot the other one) are kind and accomodating!

Hotel Fishtail Villa is a great choice when staying in Pokhara. The rooms and also common areas are clean and comfortable. The location is really good, it's in a side street of the main tourist area and close to shops, spas and foodoptions. The staff was the best, so friendly and welcoming! They made nice food and drinks and you could enjoy it in the garden or on the rooftop.

No body ever treated me as kindly and with such hospitality as Shangri la ! Was the best experience I ever had on vacation , nicest staff, flexible , always available for every little thing you can think of. Price accordingly but for what you receive in return worth every penny ! Thank you Shangri la !

I stay there for one night and their hospitality was amazing. I ordered non veg platters that was good but all dry items. chef could add some gravy items there. Ms. sashi from restaurant was so lovely and kind special thanks to her.

Great location, no doubt. Had a pleasant stay. Just need some improvements on the services provided at the facility. People are not spending a big buck just for the view itself. As we know, it's not a cheap place to stay, so my main suggestion would be to work towards providing a good value for money for the guests.

Best hilltop resort ever. I spent three nights here with my whole family. Love the facilities and there is a balcony restaurant which gives you the feel of a height.

It's on the top of a hill...isolated with breathtaking views of two lakes on either side and and clear tranquil view of Machhapuchhre mountain. Excellent place for people looking for peace.

Had an amazing stay at Bar Peepal Resort! The food was excellent and beautiful rooms with a view of the lake. Very friendly staff and great service especially travel desk very informative person. I really enjoyed all the facilities there with reasonable price. So i would highly recommended. We stayed on this homely resort for four nights. I would say the best thing about this resort are the staffs; they are super nice. The rooms are very clean and well serviced, so are bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is something both Nepalese and foreigners can enjoy. Located close to the lakeside you will definitely enjoy stay

Had an amazing stay at Bar Peepal! Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms with a view of the lake. They offer complimentary pick up and drops to the local market which more than makes up for a slightly steep climb to the hotel. Laundry service is very good and super fast! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at their lovely open patio.

Photos do not begin to do this place justice!! The team have been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the view is just unbeatable, not to mention the pool!! Cannot recommend enough! We came here after trekking for 15 days and the massage, comfy bed, bath robe....just heaven

Very nice hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpfull. The bath is a bit small for a six foot plus travellor. But the bed is huge. Nice to have the views and to sit around the pool. Don't forget the veranda at the top of the drive, nice and quiet.

Good location, set just outside of central lakeside Pokhara. You can watch the paragliders land just outside the hotel from your balcony or the pool. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants or the hotel also provides free shuttles 4 times a day. Perfect location for resort.. That lake side view from resort is amazing.. giant pool near to the fewa lake, seems like pool is touching the lake. rooms and food are good but some other hospitality services are not so satisfying..

Resort is nice with good location. Staffs are not well trained. We were not provided room with good view, infact our reservation was missed which we did 2 weeks back from Goibibo. Front desk almost took half an hour to provide us a room ( with backside view of cows grazing). This is unexpected from 4 star resort.

It was a great decision that we have booked this hotel. View was awesome from this hotel. We could see Himalayas hills from our room. Ambience was excellent. Staff, cleanliness and services were also great. All staff members were very friendly and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay there. We thank to the entire hotel staff for this great service.

Staff was wonderful, attentive, and friendly. The service was top notch. Food was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was a lifesaver after getting back from our trek. The views was stunning. Overall stay was amazing both before and after our trek.

I recently stayed here with one of my parents and had a great time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely polite and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our visit, so the view from the hotel is uncertain. I guess I'll have to return for that...

My room was spacious and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator that functioned. A small safe that was not bolted down and could have been picked up and carried away. The shower head needs to be replaced as the water sprayed every which way. There's no door on the shower and so the water floods into the bathroom unless you roll up a towel and lay it on the floor as a barricade. But the bed was comfortable...

Stayed at the Atithi Resort for 5 days on business and have to say it is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful while maintaining a professional manner. Food at both breakfast and evening was well cooked and delicious. Rooms are spacious and serviced to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Visited this resort with family ( 2 adults , 1 kid and 1 infant) for 3 days. Very cozy, home like beautiful place. Very courteous staff. Room service was always at par and on time . Breakfast was really good and with variety of options. Food from the resort restaurant was ok given the options available in local area. the service, the staff was extremely nice and pleasent. it was fun to stay a couple of hours at the pool which was clean and estethic. I think that the massage at the spa center was one of the best I got. the restaurant is good and recommended. definitely come back when we’ll be in Pokhara again.

Loved every minute of our stay at Pavilions. Nice property with very spacious rooms, great farm to table food concept (breakfast was delicious!) and most important: very lovely and caring staff who made our stay as relaxing as possible. They also offer great massages and yoga classes

A few kilometers of dirt road and you find yourself in paradise! A beautiful view of the mountains, the birds are chirping, the apartments are beyond praise, it smells nice of lemon!

One of the best Resort in Nepal. Every where I found the touch of professionalism. They are very much cordial to their service and behaviour. Their check out time is very odd which is 11.00 am which should increase to 12.00pm. Their Room facilities with services are amazing. In a word it's a best option for spend a quality time.

HUGE room, was really great. Still wasnt satisfied with Nepali 'hot' water. Was about 5 days where it was simply luke-warm. After my trekking tour, I booked the complete Ayurveda package for a week at this resort. It was great. The resort has a great location, pure nature and you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
