Great location, rooms, breakfast and pool! highly recommend. We booked our tours through the hotel reception and our guide (Asouk) was absolutely brilliant. Easy walk to the river. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel restaurant also really good. Pool was clean and a really good size.

We had a lovely time here! The service was exceptional, we did the 3 day package. The guide was so attentive and informative. We had a lot of fun! Can strongly recommend the jungle walk and canoe ride.

The place is spacious with lots of green, the rooms were good, and the children loved the swimming pool.

To be honest, the tour guide was very friendly and helpful. However, the front desk that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. The owner is THE WORST ever that I have experienced so far. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. I don’t even know how they got 3.9 out this rating. Please do NOT ever waste your money!!

Stayed 3 nights. Took 3 family rooms. Shabby place. Rooms and amenities therein are too basic for a hotel with that kind of tarrif. Complimentary breakfast is repetitive with only 3 options, bread egg, puri bhaji & aaloo parantha. All these served on different days. No phones to connect your rooms to hotel. Only plus point is the decent swimming pool. Hotel is clearly understaffed and the staff actually present are lazy and unresponsive. Location wise well placed. Needs serious overhauling. Owner is too money minded. Wants to rip you off even while arranging safari etc. They tricked me into taking 3 rooms, when we needed only 2. Did not charge as per prevailing conversion rates i.e. 1 INR = 1.6 NPR but only 1.5 NPR. Hotel has a lot of potential. Hope it doesn't plan things on short term basis.

Spacious room with veranda. Beautiful garden. Largely clean. Service is nice with food made to order even on complete packages. Raj the guide is very knowledgeable and jungle safari along with canoe ride was a good experience.

Had a really good time here.
The rooms are clean, with ac and hot water in the shower. The staff is friendly and offers excursions at a good price. We enjoyed the jeep safari! The pool is simple and there was a party in the early evening, but nothing too loud.

Very nice place. Good value for money. The resident guide Raj is very good and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to take safaris with him.

We stayed here for a week with our kids and loved the place. The staff is very friendly and can help you book safaris at a good price. The place is spacious with lots of green, the rooms were good, and the children loved the swimming pool.
