Very Good Reception Mr Ahmed, Room is Ok but Need Some improvement in Services like AC remote not working, Water clogging issue in Washroom.

We had little issue cause the facility was not ready because the previous customer has not check out on time. Flexible but need to improve

Good to stay and close to you needs

Great stay for families.... but precaution need for few cockroaches

medium standard hotel ...staff is not trained for hotel environment because not much hotels in the Masirah island

The location is good. I think is the best in masirah island. The staff are nice and especially manager Mr. Puran, he helps us a lot! The message you leave they will give response asap.

The hotel in good location with wonderful beach. The hotel is old and required modifications. However, room is clean and comfortable.

Amazing Resort! The best place to be in... in the WHOLE ENTIRE island. Very nice staff. They gave us an upgrade and put us in a suite for no additional cost. The bed was comfortable and clean rooms. The pool is nice. Their menu has a variety of choices and breakfast is good. They change it up a little every day

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a great view through panoramic windows. Excellent and active service.

Pros: This property is the next best thing available on the island after the resort. It has the best location, less than a minute's drive away from the ferry port. Rooms were clean. Prime location with 5 min access to port. Kitchen too small and not well equipped. Poor wifi, satellite TV was not working. Staff was not that cooperative. Overall its okay if you get a good deal

Most comfy beds in Oman so far and owner is very helpful. He got us some milk for our coffee when all the shops were closed. Lovely.

Room with ensuite bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice view of sea from 1st floor room with small balcony. Fridge but no kettle or hairdryer. Very good value for price.

Next to the beach. The rooms are fairly dark. Not comfortably clean.

This hotel is one of its kind. Budget friendly, very scenic, very calm, very peaceful. Though it's not a 4 star or a 5 star but the hotel was very much like one.. rooms are ok.. not so big not very small. Rooms have TV and some other basic amenities suitable for a stay. Diffinately not a 5* hotel but you get a clean room and clean bed and all your bath needs, price is very reasonable

Secluded and nice place with private beach, however if you are looking to swim or even walk in water, this is not the place, it's very 'rocky', you can get seriously hurt in water. Wifi is non existent. Very comfortable, staff is very friendly. You might get better rates by calling them compare to online sites.
