Changed Room 3 times in 24 hour due to AC were not performed. Receptionists were good, humble and helpful to manage the situation. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall Good Experience.

Had a pleasant staycation with my family. The suite, ambiance and specially the food menu for dinner was great. Special thanks to "Marisa" for great customer service during our stay. The Kitchen meal was overwhelmingly delicious. Highly recommended!!!

I love the place and location was nice i got a 2nd floor room. Even view from room was nice and the breakfast was included so i got a chance to have it, it was very tasty even my wife liked it . Lovely location lovely people but could be better as the worst thing I felt was the housekeeping and room service ( they don’t answer call at all) but overall it was good. Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are one of a kind with its traditional Omani style interiors. Cool during the summers. Loved the wooden and straw detailing which I think actually helped the room to cool. The balcony overlooking the canal is also great. Totally a nice property to stay. This place is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, tradition and antique vibes .... it's a beautiful place ... buffet is not widespread but it's enough and delicious... rooms and facilities are excellent... the atmosphere is calm and soothing which makes this a perfect gateway with family.... the pool view is very good as well...

Located in a very beautiful and peaceful location. Delicious breakfast offerings, though variety could have been better. Small but clean pool, clean rooms with all the required amenities. Overall, had a really good time.

This is a lovely hotel, unpretentious and relaxed. Amazing sea view and friendly staff. Don't go expecting a glitzy Dubai -style hotel, go for the peace & quiet. The bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and great shower. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the views and sunset.

The Hotel it felt extremely welcoming! The service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone there goes above and beyond however, we would like to Acknowledge the high level of customer service received by bartenders. They always received us with a bright and cheerful smile. He was attentive with us and everyone around. They definitely made our stay at the Plaza Hotel memorable! Looking forward to staying there again

2 nights in this very nice hotel, the view from our balcony stunning. All the staff fantastic, went out of their way to make our stay good. Mr Raj the waiter at their restaurant was amazing, made sure he had certain type of beverage available our second night. All the food we had was very good, both breakfast and dinner.

Cheap and good place to stay but they have to improve the quality of service. Rooms were little smaller than usual but comfortable. They should consider to have a lifeguard during peek times as the swimming pool is too deep and dangerous for all. My friends almost drowned.

Can't expect anything more than what I paid. The front desk and the staffs are so nice and accommodating. Especially Miss Rokaya. The pool is good but not temperature controlled. Breakfast is okay. The hotel has an antique touch with Omani traditional decoration. Love to come back.

Prices are really affordable for families with pool. People looking mid range hotel at khasab, khasab hotel has the best to offer. Moreover, they arrange dhow cruise tours and mountain safari...
