Papuga Park Hotel Wellness&Spa

Friendly professional staff, fantastic breakfast! Great clean wellness that is quite large, many people fit in without disturbing each other too much. Rooms are spacious though the beds are rather soft. The location if perfect, bakery opposite the hotel and touristic trails start right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, not many speak English. To sum it up definitely recommend the hotel, I will surely come back!

Had beef tartare and chicken liver in a hotel restaurant and both were delicious.

The staff of the hotel (waiters, bartenders, cleaning service and receptionist) were super polite and helpful. They are doing amazing job for you to feel well there.

Spa and wellness maybe have a lot of rooms for body treatments done by a cosmetologist but the pool and sauna area is quite limited and not satisfying in terms of variability. There is room for improvement here.

Hotel is located in a quiet part of the suburbs of the city.

Check in and the staff was very professional and attentive. Every need was taken care of, all questions answered promptly and courteously.

Our room was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the gardens and was very large and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more.
The facilities were top notch! The bar was comfortable, cozy and the wait staff was very prompt and helpful. You could sit outside in the garden or inside, and it was great both ways.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely first rate, with an amazing selection of hot and cold foods. If you get the chance, ask for the vanilla creme filled pancakes. They were truly delicious. The decor was comfortably elegant and refined, but not unbearably stuffy. A great atmosphere. We also had dinner here, and the food was well prepared and generous, with good flavors and selection.

But the best part was the Makaresh spa. It was truly a sight to behold. The pool was spectacular, with accent lights reflecting off of the ceiling. The jacuzzi was just the right size and almost too relaxing after a day of seeing the sights. The treatments were first class, with many different options to choose from.

The spa is themed on Makaresh, Morocco, with intricate mosaic tiles providing an authentic ambiance. You really don't want to miss the sauna and unique salt cave.

This place is highly recommended.

The Papuga Park Hotel is 5 star, a definite 10 out of 10! We had an excellent 3 night stay. Our room was amazing with a spacious sitting area that held a sofa, chair, and table. It was also great to sit out on the large balcony. The pool, jacuzzi, tepidarium, salt cave, and sauna were all included free of charge along with an excellent breakfast buffet with more choices than you can imagine. We also enjoyed tasty dinners in the dining room along with lighter fare at the cafe bar. I couldn't resist booking one of the spa treatments and it did not disappoint. I hope to return for the Ayurveda treatment. I hear it's the best and I must give it a try. The grounds are nice with areas to sit and read or just relax. You can also go hiking just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We journeyed into downtown and walked the city center where there is loads of history and shopping. The staff here is just amazing. Everyone treated us so well. I have to specifically say Thank You to Robert who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay very special. He is full of suggestions and great information. He gave us top care. You won't go wrong staying at Papuga Park Hotel. It is full of must-see and do experiences. My only regret is not staying here longer.

Staff are friendly and always eager to help. Great place to stop off for a quick bite and drink after a long cycle 🚲.

It's just a bit pitty there is no small pool with freezing water to be used after sauna, but atmosphere in their spa is great anyway

After my last stay here and previous experiences with other hotels in Poland I definitely have to give 5 stars !!!

Very nice place, which I chose over the previously visited Sahara Hotel. The reason was not that I was disappointed with the Sahara, but just that I wanted to try some new hotels in the area. I was there on a business trip with a colleague. My colleague visited the local swimming pool and was extremely satisfied. We had dinner in the restaurant and some beers and the service and quality of the food was very good indeed. I will definitely go back there again.
