Nice hotel in the Center of the city

Nice and central hotel in BB town. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast delivered to the room was extraordinary! Parking deck can be challenging! What the crazy dudes that just pop up out of the nowhere when ascending! Big shopping mall can be accessed right from the hotel! Will stay there again!

Very good clean n calm hotel near by the city centre. Kind hotel crews. Asia reasturant one of the best for Asians and middle east people , cheaf can able to cook in your taste. Really wonderful if next time definitely choose this hotel.

Had beef tartare and chicken liver in a hotel restaurant and both were delicious. The staff of the hotel (waiters, bartenders, cleaning service and receptionist) were super polite and helpful. They are doing amazing job for you to feel well there. Spa and wellness maybe have a lot of rooms for body treatments done by a cosmetologist but the pool and sauna area is quite limited and not satisfying...

I spent one night in this hotel. The position is just perfect, exactly in the centre of Bielsko, great if you want to visit the city. Rooms are large and clean, fournished with everything someone could need, large bathroom and kitchen. Even the breakfast (aproximatly 9 euros) is very rich. I'll sure come back to this hotel.

One of best place to stay in old city of Bielsko-Biala

The hotel was very good. The staff was friendly. The parking place is not exactly at the hotel, you need to walk around 5 min. Nearby there is a small brewery, which we found great. In Bielsko-Biala is not so much to see, you can walk around the downtown very fast. The breakfast was OK.

Friendly staff and customer service, but it shouldn't be an ibis Styles brand. Perhaps, if with Accor, it could take the ibis Budget name, but that might still be a stretch. This building makes the worst brutalist architectural designs look fun and inviting. Our rooms had the bare minimum, definitely not of the Styles brand I know from elsewhere. Walls, and even the ceiling somehow, were dirty. Nice...

Very comfortable hotel. I stayed one night in nice looking room with comfortable bed, good shower. In the shower there is good shower gel and soap. Many towels. Many pillows. There is drinking water in bottles in the room. Nice TV. There is good quality WIFI on the whole territory of the hotel. Hotel makes tasty variable breakfast ( I remember omelet, sousages, tasty slides of meat and cheese, sweet...

Basic rooms but hotel staff were very accommodating with our boisterous kids' karate squad (and their parents!). Even allowing us to eat our own food and drink our own drinks in the bar and foyer area. Cheap food & drink prices ?

Huge rooms, great value, reasonable WiFi, parking available. Location is a little way out of the town centre however.

Great hot stone massage for only 170 zloty. Good food in the restaurant with friendly service. Everyone spoke English which was very helpful as my Polish is limited to a few words. We stayed in a comfort room which was spotless but felt a little old fashioned compared to the entrance and ground floor.

Nice atmosphere. Ignore the reviews from people who say it is old. The furniture is new reproduction furniture and all clean and functional. In court parking for a few cars. Downside quite a climb with no lifts. Not disabled friendly. Didn't use the restaurant.

I arrived late and left early and didn't have breakfast. But it was quiet and clean with a new bathroom. A little problem at checkin when she didn't speak a word english and didn't find my reservation. But it was solved after a while. Location quite central

The 3rd football club in the city (Rekord Bielsko-Biala, play here in the 4th tier. Saw them play Otmuchow. Within the complex, plays a successful indoor football team, that I plan to watch one day. Also there is a hotel here.

I've stayed in this hotel for one night. Excellent standard and real good value for money, good restaurant too. The hotel was nearly empty when I've been there. It is a bit far out of the city center, yet.

Near mountains situated hotel with many summer and winter atractions, yet close enought to the city Bielsko Biala. I enjoyed the accomodation with high standard services.

We arranged a yoga retreat at the hotel, and I must say I've never seen such good standard at any other hotels in Poland. Adding to that, the staff were very nice - including the cleaning personnel :) Warmly recommended!
