HOTEL*** NAT Bukowina Tatrzanska

I booked 4 rooms for my family vacation, for 6 nights. On the first night, the rooms weren't made, and I went to reception to check what was the problem. We were told that the rooms to be done, we have tell them. So I asked politely to have the rooms done daily, vacuum, towels changed, bathroom cleaned and beds made. But till the last day, the rooms were never made, the beds were never done. We only were left the towels in the bathroom, and not even the bathroom was cleaned. And to make it even worse, on the last day, I went again for the 5th time to the reception and I was told that the cleaners are saying that they clean the rooms, and I told them to come with me to check the rooms, and they didn't want to come. The cherry on top was when the manager told me why do you come to complain on the last day? I went every single day with the same complaint!!

Hotel looks nice, different room standard though. We booked two rooms, one was very big but old and dark, and the other one was located in another building - it had the most amazing views of Tatra mountains you could imagine but unfortunately we had to exchange this room due to noise from our neighbours. I was really disappointed with the lack of proper sound insulation between the rooms. Additionally, there was a door interconnecting to neighbor’s room where was a family with a small child, shouting, crying etc.
Staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They changed the room without any problems. However there was no longer Tatra view and no balcony because our new room was facing up the busy road. Again quite noisy. A few nights were fine but towards the end of our stay we had to deal with noisy guests again. This time on top of our room we were forced to hear a couple with very high sexual drive and activity. Overall not very relaxing stay. On a positive note, food was good and staff friendly. Dog friendly hotel.
