Deducting 1 star for terrible covid awareness, and safety rule enforcement. 2 people in jacuzzi? more like 7, 1.5m distance in restaurant? more like 50cm since some tables are very close, mask wearing indoor mandatory? staff only and not all and not all correct! This was during 4th covid wave when 3000 people are getting infected every day, and the region with the hotel is full of anti vaccers...

Nice place, and though you probably would mostly want to stay here for the pools, it's also a good spot for hikes. Don't expect a quiet place though - there is lots of people, and it will be busy and noisy. The food in the restaurant is really good - above what you would expect from the hotel rating. The place runs really weird hours though - breakfast starts rather late (8 am) and dinner closes really...

Great place to spent time with and without kids. Wellness options and thermal pools are good choice to spend quality time. Also underground parking is great addition.

Very nice place. A little bit expensive, however it is worth its price. Comfortable rooms, good food, included access to an aqua park and a few additional attractions made our stay very pleasant. The location allows to get to several ski lifts in a dozen or so minutes.

What a great hotel with a magnificent view! We've been here on a low season - quiet and relaxing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Exquisite​ restaurant with molecular cuisine on the ground floor, tidy and neat rooms with a view to die for) ALL rooms have mountain view. For a very reasonable price (≈12€ for 2 pers.) you can visit local Termal spa facility. You'll be lucky to get a booking, because...

Really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of Tatras mountains from bedroom balcony. Great buffet breakfast. The architecture is a work of art.

Excellent value. Has a spa with sauna and jacuzzi. It's all very small, but surprisingly good for the low price of the room. A good base for exploring the tatras if you have a car.

An unbelievable hotel with a wonderful view from the mountain. The rooms were fantastic, especially the apartment-style rooms. Our family was extremely comfortable during our stay. Breakfast is included and offers quite a selection.

Very pleasant place to stay! Thanks to receptionist Anya she kindly helped us and pointed to the places of interest. Clean and nice room. Wardrobe and safe are available. Disclaimer: there won’t be a room service so make sure you have water bought for yourself. The heater is doing it’s job well so you won’t freeze.

A great hotel to stay in!

Great hotel !! I've been here for the 4th day. I am delighted with the views from the balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel, friendly staff and delicious meals. Every day there are different dishes in the HB regimen. The chef deserves a medal 🏅 There are towels, shampoo, soap, bubble bath, dryer, toilet paper, kettle in the room. Unfortunately, there is no fridge, which is a problem for a small child...

Spent the most amazing, memorable Christmas and New Years at this wonderful place. The winter scenery was almost too beautiful to be real - straight from our balcony! We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Hotel price/quality 100%. The kitchen and bar are amazing! We have never eaten such delicious soups!

Wonderful place. Really kind, hardworking and diligent staff, always willing to help. Great refurbished and renewed rooms with unbeatable views to Tatry mountains. Pretty complete breakfast with fresh products and a wide variety every day.

It's a good place to choose when you want to travel the area and need a good place to stay/ sleep. I like the breakfast and the view is great. Although, the Pool could be better, I was expecting a refreshing pool but the closed room was really hot and so was the water. + its a pretty small pool, so I didn't like that very much. but overall its a pretty good place

Przede wszystkim przemiła gospodyni! Do tego duży pokój z przepięknym widokiem. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Duży parking pod samym budynkiem. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Great rooms, ski lifts very close and large rooms with a large toilet. Only there is no range, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, our stay ended today, but we do not regret any time spent there. The atmosphere at a really high level and the hosts themselves are wonderful. Getting to Zakopane is not a problem, there are many restaurants around. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and thank you hosts for a wonderful stay. We will definitely visit you again ☺️☺️☺️

Great place, very nice hosts, delicious meals, rooms clean, tidy, nicely decorated. Everything neat. Very good location. There is a grocery store right next door. The nearest ski slope is approx. 100 m away from the Orełki facility.

We spent here 2 days it was quite well and breakfast were pretty good

The place is okay, you have all the basics you need to stay. Rooms are ok, breakfast is a buffet, they have a nice room with an area for kids, parking is available. When I stayed, the staff did not speak English, but overall was Ok, we did not have any issues.

Bardzo nam się podobało miejsce jest bardzo cicho z dala od zgiełku. Super właściciele, bardzo czyściutko i przyjemnie w obiekcie .Napewno wrócę tam latem jak również zima .

Obiekt bardzo dobrze utrzymany, pokoje czyste i przytulne. Stosunek ceny do jakości i standardu pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Jest możliwość wykupienia śniadania, natomiast w obiekcie jest również aneks kuchenny, gdzie śniadanie można przygotować samodzielnie. Aneks wyposażony w mikrofalę, płytę indukcyjną, czajnik i wszystkie niezbędne naczynia. Obiekt posiada miejsca parkingowe bez konieczności korzystania...
